Behind closed doors or out on the street

We all win when we treat Her and one another with dignity and respect

Breathe in the calm in the eye of the storm . . .

Are you able to harmonize with your conflict?
Do you hear the attached emotions within your self or
from that pesky other person that is triggering you?

Are you being agile enough to make friends with inner peace –
Instead of externally demonizing another person, place or thing?

Try not to become seduced by making up sensational stories
about how you have been wronged or persecuted by others
Or by playing the blame game or beating up on yourself or someone else

Raccoon can guide you into finding a peaceful way
toward greater empathy, compassion and understanding
for yourself and your relationships

Given that we are all connected –
Try to see yourself in all that you encounter . . .
Especially when hiding behind their more distressing disguises

What aspect of yourself is masked behind darkness –
Just waiting to walk out of the shadows and jump into the sunlight?
