Dolphin guides our souls through the wake of a waning Full Worm Moon . . .

The early bird might get the worm, but the madness of March
won’t be without schools of opportunities for sound production

This Pisces time of year inspires dreamy meditation –
while at the same time, we need to sit with grounded mental clarity

We’ll need our feet on the ground during the changing directional winds,
and cloudy days that fog our perceptions

Swimming through life’s waters with sonar precision,
gives us mindful and balanced agility between our heads and hearts . . .

May Dolphin spray spiritual tonic into rational-emotive waterways
How do you feel about how you think about your actions, or the actions of others?

Picture a Dolphin to help you communicate effectively
Knowing when to speak and when to listen are part of spiritual watching

What are you doing to express yourself with
sensuality, creativity, and passion?

A gentle and soft approach to communication is a mystical vibration

Borrow Dolphin’s superpowers of sonar to hear truth versus illusion,
because your uniqueness has its place in group consciousness!

Outer directed projections are suffocated by the undertow of judgements . . .

Dolphin is a friendly reminder to become deep belly breathing to relax
fixed states of mind that suffocate you from being sprung into deeper truths!

Spring Equinox is flowing downstream,
and arriving around the river bend in a couple of weeks . . .

See you along the trails,

Otter can facilitate a sweet sense of surrender,
and relax control issues between tension of energetic opposites . . .

A Full Worm Moon arrives on Thursday
Daylight Savings Time is coming soon down the pike

Spring Equinox is also arriving in the coming Pisces tides of March

Masculine and Feminine energies will dance together in equanimity . . .
Shouldn’t that be a good role model enacted by humanity?

Freeing our minds from our likes and dislikes helps heal our
natural human tendency to move away from what we
don’t want versus moving toward what we want more of

Just empathize for a moment that the gaining popularity of
the GLBTQ modern label is nothing new from the perspective of our
collective consciousness, sentient being history!

It’s just outside the box from a cookie cutter, Americancentric perspective

Consider meeting both opposite sides of the same coin with
an aware/soft mind, let it be, and let it go . . .

Cultivating sound mental health is a process of letting go of our
preferred/non-preferred experiences, yet responding to awareness instead of
reacting to our reality-based judgements

If only we meet our challenges with an aware opportunity of a soft mind,
a puncture-proof spirit of letting go, and be open to whatever
it is we are experiencing with love, and compassionate kindness . . .

But seasons don’t come and go in concrete steps in Nature
Her feminine power isn’t always cut and dry like that

The universal Law of Impermanence merely reflects Nature’s Way
that the only constant is change

An old meditative mantra of let it be and this too shall pass is good medicine
to remember always, but especially during energetic seasonal transitions

Otter, like Dolphins know how to be playful,
even when minding their daily business affairs

Our pleasures, aches, pains and injuries
will die just like we will someday . . .

May we all do the best that we can

Otters reflect relaxation as a balanced approach to work and play
Are you able to whistle while you work?

We suffer because we tend to forget living in harmony with the
changing seasons of life, which often results in fights . . .

But Otter reminds us it’s about how we flow with the fluid sensational waters of life

The gravitational pull of our world is heavy and serious enough . . .
But don’t let that take away your right to experience enjoyment

Goliath is a metaphor in our old testament consciousness that is
even more proliferated and pronounced in our world today

Just look at the NRA as part of the big business strangulation
of our sovereignty by the miserly ways of the Powers that Be

Mental illness is about doing the same thing over and over,
and expecting different results

But genuflection to the better devil you know mind-set is comforting,
even if toxic and against your own self-interest . . .

At the end of the day, nobody really benefits from a maximum economic
profit off of sickness, and death,
albeit under the guise of protection and security . . .

Is American ready to become an embodiment of showing a moral responsibility
to provide equal pay/livable wages, universal health care, and
a built-in emphasises on vacation/leisure/free choice time
to create your own self-determined experiences?

Or is that perspective only reserved for those that work hard within the
entitled, privileged inner circles of the minority of the opulent?

Till the next trailhead,

A Full Snow Moon arrives earlier than usual this year . . .

This Full Moon is also a Total Lunar Eclipse
Its energies, like the NFL/Super Bowl hype is performance enhanced!

The Imbolc, or the halfway point between Winter and Spring
also arrives this week, along with Groundhog Day

Our days are getting longer, and light/dark will be
equal again by the Spring Equinox in March

May the spiritual powers of Groundhog’s consciousness
awaken a death without dying experience

Although wearing masks is a natural part of being human,
living authentically means coming out of hibernation . . .

Time to come above ground and leave our shadow selves behind . . .
A Full Moonshine is a revelation into our Higher Selves

Digging deeper into our souls revisits lessons from past selves and before lives
What do those lessons have to teach you in the here and now?

See you further up the trails,

When I see a Ladybug,
it’s hard for me to not think of the embodiment of metamorphosis

Ladybug has life lessons for us to meditate on
walking with balanced footsteps

Transformation into an authentic spiritual path
knows the power of our earthbound connection

Spirits run atop the mountain when light is at its peak
It’s easy to feel inebriated when soaking up the sun

But doing your dharma isn’t always about being a social butterfly,
having your ducks in a row, having a good time, or pleasing others . . .

In darker days, deeper feelings take refuge within
the fiery embers of the soul’s dream lodge

Darker days and colder weather can have an adverse affect
on learning how to be a human

Have you had a hard day’s night or a tough week?

We remember past loved ones, old relationships and old connections
Perhaps there are regretful memories or maybe even nostalgia . . .

But are you able to hold hands with the who you used to be
and make friends with the who you are now?

Or are they totally separate, disconnected and compartmentalized entities?

I like to view such phenomena as an interplay between
personal identity interacting with group consciousness.

There are times when the mythical spiritual quest works its magic
on the inside – moving in mysterious ways, not without uncertainty

But the awakening wintry slumber is fluid, and flows toward its source!

Nature wants to nurture organic co-mingling opportunities . . .

A place where novel, creative free thinking are real possibilities,
where heaven and earth tango together

Till we meet again along the trails,

Tomorrow is the Winter Solstice . . .

It is the darkest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere

The Holiday season is upon us . . .
Merriment and festive spirits are in the air

It is a good time to come down into our souls and gather with family and friends

But darker days, and mixed-feelings come on strong
that are not always easy to make friends with

In your inner conversations with yourself, try to be gentle on yourself . . .
It is a gift to have a forgiving attitude about your humanity and imperfections –
(and the humanity and imperfections of others)

Being in that space calms down self-inflicted suffering!

Being present with yourself and others
is a far greater gift than getting sucked in to the consumerist
drive to outdo each other with manic striving to buy the perfect gifts

Notice how shopping and work are can easily
become culturally sanctioned addictions

Might as well hit the pause button, take a step back, and
take in the spiritual meaning behind this time of year

Allowing yourself to receive love and be compassionate
is a blessing that is shared by all in everyday exchanges

Meditate on healthy giving and receiving during this time of year especially
Celebrate the rising light and waning dark as it unfolds on Nature’s cycle

There will be a Full Wolf Moon on the first day of the Western New Year
May we discover new tracks into a new world

See you further along the trails,

A Full Cold Moon comes out of its Bear cave this Sunday . . .

Dimming lights are slowing us down
Winter is coming soon with Winter Solstice later this month

Mercury in Retrograde amplifies darker days ahead
Shadows of old selves are shedding light onto your awakening new self

Do you see reflections of who you used to be into your mirror today?

Are they aspects of your soul revisiting you to help you
transition into a new season in your consciousness?

See this reflection as inspiration to become the changing you
and let yourself let go of who you were in relation to yourself and others

Picture yourself becoming the new self that you want to see in the world
Imagine a New Earth flowering in your Dreamtime . . .

When you acknowledge that we live in a Matrix that has programmed us with
repetitive and controlling old mental tapes . . .

We open up to imagining ourselves creating novel stories

There is a collective belief that the Earth is a hellish nightmare,
with winners and losers, that’s just the way it was, is and always will be

But Bear reminds us that Life should be sweet like honey!

We are equipped to Intuit wisdom from the Heavens of the Dreamtime
to bring it back into our material world with the grounding power
of wise old trees with roots reaching deep into the Earth . . .

In this space, we are building a new dream for ourselves and our planet!

See you up the trails,

A Full Beaver Moon arrives on Saturday . . .

Beavers naturally reflect industry, signaling a heightened workload
before Winter’s freeze slows yinward movement down till dead in its tracks

With the Samhain’s passing, we are revisited by past loved ones,
and ancestral spirits echoing in our ears, and whispering in the winds

We are leaving the light, and Autumn behind,
while moving closer toward Winter Solstice in December

Ghosts of yesteryear are revisiting our consciousness . . .
No need to let them haunt you, eerie as they might feel

Use their energies to let go of whatever wounds
have weighed heavily on your heart . . .

Many of us have lost power in our neck of the woods . . .

I think about how hard our ancestors had to work in the old days –
without modern conveniences or technological advances

I wonder about how our brothers and sisters in the South,
have been struggling with their limited access to basic resources

Civilization has certainly set established traps of precedents
that have gotten dammed up, and frozen solid in their tracks

Meditation on Beaver can build new neuronal pathways . . .
Leading toward transformative free-thinking possibilities

Opening up to spiritual abundance awakens
multidimensional realities that soften barriers protected by conscious minds

Till we meet again along the trails,
