A Bell Of Mindfulness, New Moon In Virgo, Full Harvest Moon And An Autumn Equinox In The September Of Our Years

Have you ever heard the expression Bell of Mindfulness? Although this writer didn’t invent the expression, he recognizes it in his common language with regularity.

Many moons ago, my first inspiration of this meditative expression arrived when reading, At Hell’s Gate: A Soldier’s Journey From War to Peace, by an American Zen Buddhist Monk and Vietnam veteran named Claude Anshin Thomas.

Whatever your trauma, if you are a survivor and have put in the work, you know the journey from suffering to inner peace.

But when you work with that, it isn’t without its moments of struggling.

And if you are doing the work, you already know these journeys are not always linear and sometimes intersect and coexist with each other seemingly simultaneously.

Of course there is a tension of opposites, like when we were kids playing on the teeter totter.

Heaven and hell are inner states of consciousness that reflect back to us in the outer world.

Shamans called the current state of affairs a collective nightmare that we see playing out on the fiery Planet today.

Prophesies of a Golden Age are a co-creative New Dream. Remember that out of the ashes, the Phoenix Rises!

Truly, we all have what Taoists call the Chattering Monkey Mind, and this anxious mind can dominate our lives if we let it.

For example, chasing, clinging or indulging in darker thoughts (or any thoughts) are part of being human. It’s how we approach them that really matters.

Do we respond with mindful consultation with our Higher Self or do we react to the provocations of our lower self?

Do we resist and fight our shadowy thoughts or do we gently let them pass till an awakening of clearer thoughts emerge? We all have emotions and feelings that tend to accompany our thoughts. It is wise to take personal inventory of them through the light of loving compassion.

A New Moon in Virgo will happen on August 27, 2022. Feeling safe is connected to order, clarity and emotions right now. Perhaps there is a need to organize everything chaotic and disorganized.

Working Virgo energies in the positive tempers the self-critic with self-acceptance and finds self-expression of its soul purpose through service. In this way, you are more likely to take care of others if you are taking care of yourself. The inner critic is leveled by an internal state of acceptance. The situations are what they are. We might as well say yes to them on the inside, instead of meeting them with resistance (what we resists, persists!). From there, we can take corrective action if necessary.

Inner peace is a practical replacement for going to war with yourself (or others). It’s easier to replace with inner peace than it is to extinguish going to war. More inner peace replaces the likelihood of going to war.

Virgo stands on mutable ground to teach us that it is healthy to give consideration to being more tolerant and accepting about life’s imperfections. It is better to trust life and let it run its own way. Not everything must be according to our expectations or controlled. The Japanese spiritual tradition of Wabi Sabi reflects this way of being. Beauty exists in taking risks and making mistakes. It’s very Growth Mindset.

In many ways, we live in a Virgo world. It’s easy to get caught up in the do’s and don’t and should and should nots and consumed by fixing problems and perfectionism in the material realm. Chaos is especially hard on Virgo. But there is order in chaos and disorder is part of balance. Movement into the New Aquarian Age awakens possibilities that might be hidden or unseen to the predictable mindset or preoccupation with the headlines.

Energetically, Autumn is a good time of year to practice letting go. Tis a good mantra to Fall back on, if you’ll pardon the pun.

September’s Full Harvest Moon will peak on September 10, 2022. This Full Moon always happens closest to the Autumn Equinox on Thursday, September 22nd.

In Ojibwe, the Full Moon during this time of year is called the Falling Leaves Moon. Watch the leaves falling and observe their process of changing colors. Seasons change no matter what we are doing or not doing.

Furthermore, feminine and masculine energies are equal around the Fall Equinox. Meditation on balance of the yin and yang is in perfect equitable alignment with Nature at this time. Give this special consideration when you see people struggling with their identity issues, like sexuality and gender identifications. Appreciate the confusing times we are living in with open hearts and minds. In much the same way as race, disabilities, religion and ancestry, these are key Civil Rights issues to be mindful of in the here and now.

Reflections on the Harvest Moon, invites looking back at when our ancestors farmed the land before artificial light existed.

Back then, their work day depended on the natural cycles of the sun and the moon. They were more active and slept less during warmer weather and brighter days. Conversely, they were less active and slept more during shorter days, colder temperatures and darker nights.

This is the only Full Moon that rises at nearly the same time for multiple days, giving farmers several evenings of extra moonlight to finish their harvests before the arrival of fall frosts. Abundance is in the sky and on the ground. The harvest is in and yields its bounty.

Today, it is wise to pay attention and return to these natural rhythms and cycles. There is a time to do and a time to rest. Meaningful work is good for the soul. So is play.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

Hearing The Voices of Spirit Without Going Too Batty Or Forgetting To Heed The Echoes of Grounding Callbacks

Images Created by Aunt Barbara Merlotti

October begins and ends with a Full Moon this year.

An arriving Full Harvest Moon on Thursday, October 1st, is followed by a Blue Moon at the end of the month on the Samhain, aka Halloween.

The harvest is in, the hunters are out, and bats are flying about.

The Samhain marks the approximate mid-point between the Autumn Equinox, and Winter Solstice.

Dark energies are making their ascension toward their peak on the Winter Solstice, the darkest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere.

After that, we can look forward to coaxing back the light, as our days slowly start getting longer again.

Our anscestors noticed the thinning of the veils around the Samhain, where the curtain between the physical/spirit realms pulls back, while blurring the fine between the coexisting material/spiritual realms.

What masks are you wearing these days?

Are there ghostly attachments of your old self wanting to be released?

Are there any hidden selves within you that want to awaken from the dreamtime?

For better and for worse, 2020 will be a year to remember when the old ways changed, and a new normal could not be denied.

If anything, the Virus has helped the general public to wake up to the plight of black people, indiginious people, and people of color.

But we can transform our spiritual DNA/lineage/geneology, and become change agents in humanity by celebrating our diversity within unity.

We are becoming the better angels of our Galactic Heritage.

Along the Thunderoad of a burned out American Dream, meditate on the ground that you are standing on is more than likely sacred tribal land, of indiginious people that belong to the land, not the other way around.

We are the Universe!

Here on planet earth, the spotlight has shined on the tenuous relationship between the police, and the communities they serve.

We need to focus on building trusting relationships with each other, especially between authority figures, people of privilege, those that are oppressed, and underserved.

The Me Too movement, along with Justice Ginsberg’s recent death is ringing a bell of mindfulness of a dying patriarchy, and echoing the call for racial, gender equality, and women’s rights.

Women’s suffrage in modern America is a 100 years and runnin’!

If there is any time to walk with one foot in spirit, and one foot in ground, the time is now because things are getting more intense on the planet, and will continue to do so.

Being in this space helps keep us from getting seduced from veering too far off from the middle of the road.

A New Moon in the middle of the month takes place on the 16th.

New Moons always reflect new beginnings.

Peak foliage will be waning by then, as darker days are rising in the still of the nights.

Bats reflect the power of seeing in the dark, through echolocation, an acute form hearing that is like seeing through sound vibrations.

In this way, their spiritual superpowers reflect clairaudience, or the powers of hearing spirit.

Where did that ancestral voice come from?

What spirits are calling out to you?

These are experiences that we tend to have more around this time of year.

Halloween is associated with costumes and masks.

Wearing masks in particular can help us awaken parts of our selves, and also letting go of the typecast of past attachments.

When you play with masks as spiritual practice, you can venture into portals of your old selves.

This can be a powerful ceremonial form of releasing the old ghosts that are no longer serving you.

Wearing masks unconsciously can create problems, shadow building, and feed false selves.

Think about the old children’s story about the Emperor’s New Clothes.

All his followers played into the emperor’s charade.

But everyone knows that the naked truth is that the emperor is exposed in his birthday suit for everyone to see.

Doesn’t this old story sound familiar today, in much the same way as President Trump’s eminence front as a successful businessman, coupled with his recently reported tax delinquency?

But then again, seeing his true colors, and his full monty for what it is, should not really be a suprise to anyone.

Predictibly, the Trumpites will probably continue to follow the party line.

When you find the courage to question the status quo, including your own worldview, what you once clung to as truths start to disappear, and collapse onto themselves.

It’s a put on folks.

Maximum economic profit, rampant greed, and economic strangulation is suffocating the air we breathe.

Some people lose their minds, go bizerk or even kill themselves or others when the the devil they know takes off its mask, and reveals its brilliant disguise.

We can predict that if Trump does get reelected, then the left wing movements will get louder, as the cultural divide will get wider, more chaotic, further backlash into a police state, and a drive toward more criminalization to establish order.

If Biden wins, which I think he will, there will be more intense backlash from the right wing, more bible thumping, louder calls for more religious fundamentalism, and zeolotry. MAGA will be up in arms.

Can you hear the callback to the old Woodie Guthrie tune, “this land is your land, this land is my land?”

The reality is, that here in America, we are all standing on indiginious land that existed before the arrival of Columbus.

The people already living here were sovereign, had their own cultural identity before their land was taken from them, and then were relocated against their will.

Violence, terrorism, and genocide were real experience for First Nation peoples.

The same thing happened to the indigineous people of Africa, who were taken from their land against their will, and then forced to work on command as free labor that made this country the weathy superpower that it is today.

Also, there were white slaves, who were once looked upon as standing on equal subserviant footing as the rest of the societal underclass.

And then the minority of the opulent saw that this could be exploited, by convincing the poor white man that he was a little better than blacks, browns, and indians.

We all know what the Natzis thought about Jews, and the LGTBQ crowd.

The Hidden Hand has been manipulating depressed whites to identify with the power and control of the upper classed white men, who held positions of power, many of whom abused that power.

This is basic psychology, in its darker, more manipulative, and egocentric forms.

Power to the people, and unity consciousness of we the people is more in alignment with the New Aquarian Earth Age that is awakening on the planet today.

But then again, it’s just an old school respect for the Golden Rule.

Having An Attitude of Gratitude

I heard someone say recently that the holidays are whatever you make of them.
Isn’t that true about everyday life?

In America, we are moving further into the season know as the holidays.
This time of year serves up mixed feelings for our culture,
which reflects the sign of the tumultuous times
we are living in on the planet at large.

And there are is a deeper and higher multidimensional Universe at play,
a vibration we have always been a part of – a reality more of us are waking up to.

More people are opening their eyes to the sacred ways of Nature,
yet others are walking around with eyes wide shut.
Still, others are losing their minds, checking out,
killing themselves or killing others.

In the pain and suffering, there is great tragedy

We in the modern Western world have been conditioned to destroy.
Just look at the medical model, and the Military-Industrial Complex.

But awakening to our “better angels”,
allows us to use our shadow sides as spirit guides to move through the darkness
so that we can move through the gateways of transformation.

This is a guiding light

You might think to yourself that “getting older sucks”,
and be seduced by the temptation to glorify youth culture,
and look on the good old days through the lens of nostalgia.

We are like the seasons, and we go through changes accordingly.
As such, Old Man Winter has shown himself by bringing us snow.

We have officially crossed the mid-point between the Autumn equinox,
and are moving closer to the darkest day of the year on the Winter solstice.

But that gives us an opportunity to look forward to our days getting a little longer,
and filling our hearts with a little more light everyday until the Vernal equinox in March,
when light and dark energies will be equal again.

Or maybe you’re hard on yourself about your transgressions,
or about how you’ve hurt others. With the holidays coming,
a Full Moon on its way, and Mercury in retrograde, the temptation to focus
on getting depressed about the past or anxious about the future grows.

But if you consciously meditate on the spiritual energy of Turkey,
then you can awaken your spiritual eyes to see abundance all around you,
and stuff yourself with an attitude of gratitude in your heart for the shared blessings that exist today,
and everyday really. And if you find your energy field depleted or consumed
by the energy of others, you can picture a turkey to help you ward of those negative energies.

Stay grounded, and connect to the roots of the Earth.
Drink lots of water, eat whole foots, and exercise in a way that you “don’t sweat the small stuff.”
Be gentle on yourself, look for the silver lining, and make positive interpretations.
Leave it to a Full Beaver Moon to give you the industry you need to design
new internal structures inside yourself to give you the
spiritual power you need to rise up to the challenges that you face.

Beaver can help you find alternative pathways that you might not have even known were there.
Then, if you notice a new way of doing something, give that more of your attention.
Novelty is good, but repetition can be a good thing too.

Old habits may die-hard.

But new ways of doing things are ready to spring forth!

Moving Through Transitions

The spirited seasonal Harvest is in, and the Moon is Full today.
Last Saturday, we were blessed by the annual Autumn Equinox . . .

When I think of movements like Me Too,
I think about the Tao bringing in feminine waters to
levy a patriarchical world order that has blinded our
planet with too much sunlight.

Movement through Nature’s portal reflects
balance between masculine and feminine energies

These energies are flowing through us, on the inner/outer realms
of our individual and collective consciousness.

Our friends in the Southern Hemisphere will see the light rising
until it peaks on their Summer Solstice in December.
It is their Vernal Equinox there.

Here in the Northern Hemisphere,
we embark on the voyage into waning light and darker nights,
till the Winter Solstice brings us the darkest day of the year.

And then we will coax back the light

At this time of year, I like to meditate on balance,
and spiritual alignment with the spirit of the season . . .

I envision a Nature’s greeting card that celebrates
the male and female of every soul living in harmony
with the totality of our humanity!

Whether you identify as LGBTQ, or otherwise . . .

It is a natural window of opportunity to fall in love with
the sensuality of Mother Earth, and all
Her forms of Diversity in Unity . . .

Black Lives Matter, just as all Life matters in Spirit!

Perhaps it is challenging for you to have empathy in your heart for
the truth that Agent Orange matters too.

Yeah, he has a hard time not being enveloped by his narcissism.

But that’s just how a con artist cons himself into
getting tangled up in the bluesy behavioral trap of his own facade!

That’s why you see him reacting defensively
to the systemic reflection of his own misogynist ways.

The clown shows us the circus.

Even if the manufactured creation of the haves and have-nots
is a glaringly obvious power imbalance . . .

We see that people are losing their minds because the better devil
they know is being exposed by the light of consciousness.

Don’t buy into the fear that says
you should choose the lesser of two evils!

The only way to relax hate is through the power of Love . . .

You can’t hide in the dark as easily as you once could.

Your position of power and privilege
does not guarantee that you are untouchable,
like a “made guy” in the organized criminal underground of the mafia.

Do you really want to live in the reptilian ghettos of the mind,
being obsessed with order and control,
and always looking over your shoulder,
wondering if you’re going to get whacked by the end days?

The truth is that pain is a sobering fact of life.

But resisting that truth is more painful than
surrendering to the freedom to choose
to build our resilience toward tolerance, acceptance,
and even embrace the bitters that spring up in our daily steps.

Till we tweet together again peeps,

Back to School

A Full Sturgeon Moon already passed us by, and it’s back to school,
back to business is in the air . . .

But summer hasn’t ended yet,
till Autumn begins in less than a month on September 22

The eclipse season might be over,
but its aftershocks are still alive . . .

Changes in ages are like changes in seasons

Everything is ephemeral and transitory
But all life is energetic and sacred nonetheless

Have you noticed the squirrels, and chipmunks scurrying about,
and foraging like mad in their preparation for winter stockpiles?

It must run in the family, because groundhogs are gorging before
they go to sleep when consistently colder temperatures arrive

Perhaps I’m making erroneous assumptions, but in their industry,
they don’t seem preoccupied with the impending dark and stormy days ahead

Are you someone who looks forward to the crisp air,
dimming light, and colorful foliage?

Or do you dread saying good-bye to summer because fall
reminds you that winter is too close for comfort?

Like the weather, these emotional realities are fleeting,
and opposite sides of the same coin.

Might as well allow yourself to have these experiences,
observe them without judgment, and take them in as learning tools!

Like the current political climate,
resisting them isn’t going to change anything.

But you can get in alignment with the changes,
and harmonize with your environment.

“Agent Orange” in the White House is a cold, hard fact of life

But the current markets are likely to crash regardless of
whether or not he remains the President

The will of the people marches to the beat of a more
equitable, fair and just global economy

Yet wouldn’t it be ironic if We the People
were to say, “you’re fired.”?

People have been conditioned to believe that
maximum economic profit is the only way to live

The puppet masters want you to believe that private means better, and
that you should compete against your neighbor for a bigger piece of the pie

But a vibrational shift in the direction of an awakening inner peace
doesn’t mean you just sit around doing nothing, and not taking action.

If you see injustices, be like Dr. King and
connect with them head on with love.

When you become a beacon of love, light and laughter,
you are effectively dismantling the Military-Industrial-Complex

But not when you are complaining incessantly about Trump, the woes
of the world, and the abusive charlatans in positions of power

I hardly think that blue jays could spin greater
master illusionism than the fake news and quackery out there today

May we all do our part by being true wizards by
becoming the change we want to see in the world!

These internal shifts can be powerfully action-oriented,
like not feeding into spreading rumors and gossip.

Internal martial arts are intentional acts of
civil disobedience and non-violence.

When we practice in this dimension, you become a role model for a New Age
that is predicated on being your own unique diverse expression of a unified whole!

I know a lot of people who are feeling the
rapid pace of living in the world today,

It can be hard to respond to the hurry up offense
But you aren’t giving up when you surrender to the will of the Universe

Rather, you find the courage to rise up, and stand in your own personal
authority to show what the New Age of Aquarius can look like

You reveal this reality to people as it reflects from your energy field
toward someone else, even a stranger on the street

Don’t get caught up in who is or isn’t conscious or appreciative of it

Just being in this space will naturally inspire others in your orbit,
if not now, then when the time is right for it to awaken in them

Many folks are going through changes in latitudes and changes of latitudes
Relationships are part of those energetic shifts . . .

A family member that you once felt a close connection to
now might appear like an effort to get along with in the way that you want

Even more trying could be a rift in a marriage or domestic partnership

Are you burned out in a job, or feeling like you need
a fresh start in a new location?

Full Moons, changing seasons, and new ages bring these
issues to the forefront

Spiritual awakenings, and growth do that too.

Have you rebelled against convention, and traditional relationships,
and are now wondering if you should open up to explore them with an open heart?

Conversely, have you bought into doing things
conventionally and traditionally, and are now feeling moved to
become more free-spirited, with a strong desire to explore other ways of
expressing yourself in relationship?

Wherever you are at on your soul journey . . .

Be there with a compassionate heart,
and gentle softness along your communion with fellow travelers

Beaming much love, inner peace, and happiness to all of you as
you travel along the trails of your life,

Ari

Remembering When Spirit Matters

After my grandfather left this Earth recently, I’ve been thinking about my mother,
and grandmothers, whose souls departed our planet many moons ago.

Speaking frankly, my primary caretakers are gone with the wind . . .

And yet they will always be with me,
just as yours that have passed on are with you.

This is a sobering experience,
and not without feelings of grief, sadness, and loss.

Mercury in retrograde is a good time to revisit and reflect on past relationships.

You can also work with the intensities of summer eclipses that
bring back past experiences to the surface.

It can be hard not to wanderlust into an internal widespread panic,
with regards to your past fears or regrets . . .

But their spirits keep on streaming into our world . . .

They want to connect with us in spirit together,
and help us co-create Heaven on Earth.

Can you hear them wanting to help us lighten our load, and feel peace in our hearts?

What baggage are you ready to give back to them that was passed on to you?

Releasing what has weighed you down in this lifetime is a good karmic clearing.

We have all been handed down landfills
that need to be composted, mulched, and cleared.

Yeah, entanglement with form is natural for spirit,
till it leaves its mind-body connection . . .

It is also natural for it to feel free when it let’s go of the ties that bind.

Many of the children that I have worked with have lost their parents to
sudden deaths, such as drug overdoses, homelessness, incarceration, and are now
being raised by aging grandparents, extended family, or the foster care system.

We all need to keep working on love – by being in our hearts with one another,
even when tough love is called upon, do it with compassion.

It can be challenging to know how other people are going to feel
much later in life when their parents leave them behind.

It can bring up unexpected feelings of abandonment.

Regardless of your chronological age, it really doesn’t matter how old you are,
as the feelings you deal with are the same, like with our animal friend pets, etc.

We might process them differently, and we all grieve in our own ways.
But these feelings are universal, and they need to be supported, and processed.

I remember a High School teacher once sharing some wisdom that children
become adults when they wake up to the reality that their parents aren’t gods . . .

Rather they are human beings.

That bell of mindfulness resonated with me back zen,
and it rings true even more with me right tao.

I understand that many people get stuck in a vibration that looks like:

Clinging to a belief that you should hold tight to your loved ones, and
that your children should lean on you.

There is a voice that says that you deserve to suffer, and be driven by
guilt, shame, a generalized sense of duty, and sacrifice, feeling unworthy of
receiving from others, and being afraid of the mystery and adventure of life.

There is a hard-edged, nose to the grindstone security in that mind-set.
You might even feel empowered by trying to control everything in your life.

But it is a recipe for perpetual disappointment, let down, and unhappiness.
And it is difficult to Let Go and Let God in that vibration.

Consider shifting your mind-set into a receiving perspective,
of welcoming your goals and objectives as arriving, but without getting hung up
on the outcomes you desire or prefer . . .

Be open to receiving the abundant possibilities
that you might not have planned for!

Take in your experiences, whatever they are, and observe them as a
spiritual watcher of whatever events come up in your field of vision in real-time.

Till our next walking meditation,

Ari

Deep Sight Beneath Herrings of Habituated Mind

Herring soars into soulful skies again –
echoing Sea Gull sounds of symbolic subtleties in communication . . .

A Pisces New Moon breathes in
incoming energies of Mercury in Retrograde, and Spring Equinox

In a few days, light/dark/masculine/feminine/yin/yang energies
will be together again in natural equality . . .

Yet it also feels like an endless
Winter replay during this seasonal transition

Hard to believe spring fever will be in the air again,
whilst fragrant flowers are blossoming as we speak . . .

Old networks of friendships and other relationships are coming back to visit

Part of mindfulness is noticing body language,
and other non-verbal ways of communicating with each other

Inner peace and happiness are not without remembering
the depth of deep soul wounds that bring back hurt feelings

Forgiveness starts with your own healing . . .
It doesn’t have anything to do with someone else really

But anger is a natural emotion offering
opportunities for deeper examination

When you choose to not take the happenings around us personally,
you end up feeling more empowered and less swayed by the ways of the world

Beneath life’s herrings, Nature reveals to us opposites are everywhere . . .

Sometimes, silence is a higher spiritual form of communication
But paradoxically, so is speaking your truth, and standing up for what is right

Meditation on opening our mouths to releasing spirit,
while closing our mouths to holding spirit in . . .

This is a conversational exchange between order and chaos!

See you up the trails,

Cardinal Whistles Wind Chimes of Virtuosity

Cardinal appears in our world today
As Father Sun just revealed a peak light experience
on a waning Summer Solstice

A Full Buck Moon runs through the sky trails ahead

Do you need a strong moral compass or a
yoke tattooed around your neck to be true to yourself?

Yang heats up his fires during the summer months
It is a time for outer growth and an action-oriented lifestyle

And yet, we are heading downhill now until light and dark
are equal again on Fall Equinox in September . . .

Can you sense seismic shifts of
Climate Change across the fruited plain?

As the world turns, may we remember the softness of
yin’s hands calm the nerves of anxiety ridden war mongering

May meditation on Cardinal’s whistles blow in the winds of change
that resonate with crystalline clarity in Mother Earth’s heart beat

See you up the trails,

Ari

Toad the Dry Trail Hopper

Toad hops along the trails . . .

Their energies remind us to use what resources are available

Trust the signs and synchronicities to show you where to look

Last week’s Full Sturgeon Moon wanes in concert with sunlight

Paradoxically, Fall Eclipse Season is blowing in the wind

Picture Toad to relax any fears you might have about
the times that are changing before your eyes

At the end of the day, there is security in the knowledge
that the only constant is change

There is no need to push the river or hang on to the shores

Toad is good medicine for conflict resolution
It is possible to confront your fears without being too confrontational

Sometimes, you just have to lay your cards on the table and
let the chips fall where they may

Autumn Equinox is not far off on the horizon in the Northern Hemisphere

In later September, Light and Dark energies become equally aligned

Right Tao, we are preparing for moving Yinward

Pretty soon, feminine energies will gain momentum and then
climax on the Winter Solstice after a long December

See you along the trails,

Ari

Climbing the Trails with Mountain Lion

Mountain Lion hides in caverns, cracks and crevices
Their energies reflect silent leadership and strong feminine power

Yin is rising toward Autumn’s ascension

Feminine power is strongest when cultivated gradually
through a gentle and soft approach

A Full Sturgeon Moon floats
into our stream of consciousness on August 18th

Humans have been programmed to be afraid of the dark
Which is why it is tempting keep the blinders on and go back to sleep

But the light of consciousness wants to shine on
what we were once blinded by

That could be learning something new about yourself or someone you know
Perhaps that new information does not sit well with your preconceived notions

In that light, maybe the shades of your worldview has been forced to lift

But Nature reflects storms brewing that require us to pay attention
to the subtleties of the changing seasons

Cats remind us of the magic, mystery and synchronicity
that lurk behind shadows and dark areas

What self-evident truths want to leap out into the waning sunlight?

The Autumn Equinox is coming soon in later September
Between Tao and Zen we will experience an astrological eclipse season

At that time, light and dark energies will be fleetingly equal again
Masculine and feminine energies will be in alignment with one another

What winds of change are brewing in the air up there?

When I think of how maddening it is to hold onto the shores,
I remember the wisdom of letting go and letting God

Because what we resist will persist

It does feel less crazy to float with the current
and trust the process without throwing caution to the wind

See you further on up the trails,

Ari
