inspires a powerful potential to lighten-up our energy fields . . .

We all become guardians of the galaxy when we heed the
sweet surrendering sound of hummingbird’s call!

As Summer Solstice rapidly approaches,
growing energies of sunlight are intensifying

Revolutionary raised firsts to a power to the people mantra is bringing the noise

Judging yourself or someone else as a powerless victim of circumstance
feeds your enslavement by those in positions of power

We all have to do our part by awakening to our own personal power!

In this process, we move further along the co-creative trails
of inner peace and we consciousness . . .

Perhaps you feel stuck in the sinking sands of a personal swamp . . .

Just let your guilt and shame go by imagining a truthful, yet loving
perceptual lens shift into the shape of authentic personal discovery

Follow your bliss and discover the joy within your being
Even if you doubt the reality of that perception

Just imagine the possibility of Hummingbird showing you
the inner spacial landing pad of inner peace

Where nothing else matters but the vibration of healing old wounds
that get in the way of you experiencing heaven on earth

Buzzing Along During The Sweetness of Spring’s Air

Working folks make a difference when in touch with their grass-roots

But souls must be careful not to lose individual identity at the expense
of the rising tide of conformity that gets stuck in hive mentality

It’s easy to foolishly distill complex issues into
simplistic mental compartments of good and evil . . .

Just take a look at the proliferation of
weapons of mass destruction buzzing in secret silos across our planet,

Do you feel the stinging the truth of this kind of stupidity?

Forget about apocalyptic internal nightmares for a moment . . .
Replace these dark storms with a dead calm

Focus on the sweetness of life as much as possible
Especially during the bitter-tasting

Wading Through The Blues and Clearing Up Muddy Waters with Blue Heron

Blue Heron symbolizes sound soulful guidance in the area
of cultivating a wise personal security council

Folks in the coaching, mental and spiritual health arena
might call this balancing our rational-emotional minds
with our wise minds . . .

It’s so easy to fall in and out of love with the ways of the world . . .
Anything and everything can be romanticized

Entanglements with form abound, and distract our
pleasures and pains with conveniently inconvenient truths

Where did the poetic pop culture expression
“word to your mother” come from?

Shouldn’t everyday be a combination of Mother/Father/Earth day?
Every moment awakens a new breath of new life into our Beings

That’s a good saying to self to remember in the fog
of seasonal allergies, head colds and other maladies
serving as barriers to knowing inner peace . . .

Singing the blues, ramped up mania and the downward
spiral of melancholy have a way of streaming into people’s lives

For some, clinical depression and its manic opposite side
of the same coin are normal realities!

Full Moons tend to feature a rise and fall of these opposites
Does that drive you nuts?

But now that a new lunar cycle is waking up again
remember that madness is the choice to keep doing the same thing
over and over again, while expecting the same results

Taking responsibility for that choice, blazes new pathways that lead
souls out of the darkness of blaming-oriented,
problem-focused, victim consciousness

There is security in knowing that there is always a third and different
way of doing things that can reveal a solution focused perspective

May the spirit of that light your way!

Swan Swims Gracefully into New Age Waters

Imagine the old story of the ugly duckling growing into a beautiful Swan
inspires humanity to undergo a similar transformation in consciousness

Perhaps it looks like an unlikely story, but then again
these are the days of wonders and miracles

A Full Flower Moon rises in the skies this week

It is also called a Wesak Full Moon
when Buddha’s light was born into our world

A flowering spiritual awakening is everywhere

But where there is light, there is also dark
There are many growing dangers out there

Keep in mind it is easier to judge and hate
than to love each other and find common ground

Fear spreads like wildfire . . .
and you always fear what you don’t understand

So doesn’t it make sense to be curious and empathic
in how we approach our differences?

Remember that where there is yin, there is yang
masculine energy lights the path toward yin’s darkness

Next time you find yourself sizing yourself up to someone else –
making a comparison about why your position is right,
and someone else’s is wrong

Or just putting yourself up on a pedestal by demonizing someone else
based on your belief that your way of living is preferred
and therefore should have dominion of another

Take a deep breath, and a break from that mind-set,
whilst just considering the opposite viewpoint for a moment . . .

Allow yourself to see the opposite side of the same coin
from both your head and your heart

This is how we move beyond us and them segregation,
transition into we consciousness, and brings balance to our Earth

Slithering into New Holes with Snake

A Full Buck Moon fades into the backdrop
Peak light on the Summer Solstice sets further away on the horizon . . .

Here in Maine, Governor Paul LePage and company
represent developmentally delayed politics

Currently, we witness a parallel process unfolding
in the presidential candidacy of overt bigot Donald Trump

Now back to business with the Clinton’s . . .
Did they really go anywhere?

The torch of a smoldering Bernie Sanders campaign
cannot be extinguished entirely

Because the political waves of social-democratic change is a rising tide
of a New Age consciousness that is still weathering labor pains

Venoms and poisons are toxic to our planet
Paradoxically, we all have an opportunity for personal transformation

May we rework success from an inside out perspective!

We are living in an era where
we are shedding dead skins from a passing old world

In that, an awakening New Earth is cross-pollinating

Don’t buy into the reptilian fear-based mental tapes
that saturate the public mind

Is an alternative vote for someone other than
the proverbial lesser of two evils really a wasted vote?

Or just an energetic vote that moves closer to love and further away from fear?

See the truth of oneness through the eyes of love, light and laughter . . .

In Preparation for Changing Weather Patterns with Squirrel

A New Moon is coming
Signaling new beginnings like new moons do

Squirrels reflect lots of yang-oriented active activity
Their energies are intensified by peaking sunlight that is
now making a slow downhill descent

Our friends in the Southern Hemisphere are celebrating a resurrection of light
after their darkest day of the year on their Winter Solstice

We are reminded to use what we need and prepare for in times where fewer
resources are available as we travel further into
natural seasons of darker scarcity

Won’t be too long before light and dark energies
are equal again on Autumn Equinox in September

But for now we are reminded to learn to balance work and play
Summer is a good opportunity to become more festive and socially engaged

What about the UK pulling out of the European Union?

Doesn’t this latest episode synchronize with the reflection that big waves of change
are crashing in as we sail closer toward the new shores an Aquarian Age?

Old hoarding ways of viewing the Earth as belonging to us
to subjugate and plunder are fading, yet not without resistance

Whilst this delayed mindset keeps humanity enslaved by making repetitive
and unconscious consumer transactions is an unsustainable life support system

Tragedies like the latest Orlando massacre and Donald Trump’s popularity
are reminding us that it takes more energy to hate than to love

What will a more equitable economic structure supporting The Many look like?

We can say with confidence that promoting the general welfare for the Goose
and the Gander facilitates an awakening of our souls to the

Light of Unity Consciousness

Time to heal our dysfunctional ways within an endangered human family

Summertime is a natural time for externally driven action and outward expansion

Become inner peace and see it reflect in the world around you

In the Southern hemisphere, yin’s dark nights reach their zenith
then darkness wanes as their days slowly grow longer . . .

In spite of how shy or introverted you might be . . .
Transform into a playful and social air like Butterfly

Lighten-up our energy fields with a trajectory of joy in our energy fields . . .

Breathe in light-hearted fresh air
and sow the seeds of love

Flap your wings and let your heart sing with Butterfly!

Relax judgments and prejudices of yourself and others

See we are all a colorful and diverse expressions of oneness

Butterfly guides us into the equal fields of cross-pollination

Gentle Truthful Expression by Chickadee

Chickadees speak the truth in ways that are gentle and soft . . .
Their energy can help you authentically speak your truth without passive aggression
or other subtle acts of violence

And they can also help you become mindful of your communicative delivery

Some say that the truth hurts
But it doesn’t have to be that be that way!

Perhaps you are pondering whether or not to vote
for the Donald or Hillary in this upcoming American political election

Remember when Hitler perceived America as
having a greater harness on propaganda than Nazi Germany?

Has a big corporation like IBM followed through with reparations from
a genocidal arrangement against primarily Jews to target and dehumanize
the rising tide of right-wing scapegoats today?

And what about all the “right-sizing” big business does to justify laser-like precision
in cutting costs by outsourcing workers to justify cheap labor somewhere else?

Regardless of outcome, it is wise to prepare for the strong possibility that a bigoted
man of silver spoon white privilege will become president yet again . . .

Or arguably even more likely, we will have our first woman take office
Like her or not, that is progress here in America
where still most of our politicians and presidents are old, white men

Synchronizing with a passing new moon,
we need to talk about and entertain new
possibilities in our collective consciousness

Economic strangulation and domestic violence –
primarily against woman, black folks, people of color
and the poor and oppressed needs to stop!

Chickadees are fearless peaceful warriors
“If you see something, say something”

Let go of your fears that a half white black person, woman president,
or an honest candidate like Bernie Sanders can’t win or will be killed if elected

Picture the authentic will of the people’s appreciation over the interest of big money

Remember to stand in your own personal authority!

The black caps of chickadee symbolizes intellect and higher level thinking
There is such primordial power in blackness

Imagine ourselves as a diversified and unified portfolio –
Sharing equal slices of humble pie . . .

We are divergent expressions of Great Spirit

When we look through a lens of equality,
we honor and respect each other’s diversity in unity

In today’s overemphasis on a marketed-sex driven world-view . . .

Human sexuality is as complex as it ever was
But it is a systemic and holistic issue that is symbolic
of our modern world’s libido-centric malaise

Intimacy is a personal issue that projects itself outward
And so it is that masculine-yang desires to express itself
in the rising sunlight of the Northern hemisphere

Just because you are not in the mood to make love
does not mean that you will not enjoy the fruits of your labor

Consider allowing yourself the viewpoint that it would be
healthy to see your follow through in this area to be a private victory
rather than a personal-relational duty and sacrifice

Sitting with Bees

Sunlight reaches its peak on the summer solstice in later June . . .
At this junction Bee becomes more active
by shining Its sweetness across our planet

There are imperial deep pockets that fuel
commercially driven insecticides and pesticides
that sell us crime rhymes spitting that the only good bee is a dead one

But those of us that are in alignment with the pulse of our planet know better . . .

No bees, no flowers
How fragrant would that be?

But the dark side of a business-centric supremacist hive mentality
threatens their existence and our own by way of killer agents sprayed
on the fruited plains of our classroom know as Earth

What would we do without the fruits of their labor?
What would we do without healthy seeds in this Garden?

See honey as a metaphor for a natural elixir of
love, fertility, industry and sexuality

It takes a nation of remote-controlled drones to hold us back . . .

Working in masculine drones, bees epitomize a strong work ethic –
This active yang approach mirrors rising energetic sunlight

But Queens Bee rules the roost – so their habitat hints at a matriarchal society
Yet paradoxically their culture is a hierarchy

Turn yinward and look deeply into your feminine right brain self

We can learn interdependence from Bee
Realizing that fluid synergistic top-down and bottom up communication
is necessary for our survival during movement into a New Age

What’s the buzz about unisex bathrooms?
We are moving into more androgynous times
Abuses already happen in clearly segregated designations

Sort of like “free speech zones”
More official zones equals less free speech

Do you need to examine your own sexuality or your attitudes toward sex in general?

Watch the influx of refugees stream into Western/First World Nations
Challenging us to redefine our sense of cultural identity

A planet without bees is a world without flowers and fruits
Talk about a buzz killer

Bees know there is power in numbers . . .
We should adopt that wisdom when it comes to a Critical Mass that
tips the scale of collective consciousness into a positive dimensional shift

Waking up to the power of transformation will transcend the conventional logic of
even our most celebrated and brilliant minds

Take a moment to stop and smell the fruits of your labor . . .
and the fruits of the present moment in the Zen of right Tao
