Soulful Amplification

The shroud of the Empire lurks within and without.
But inner peace still lies waiting beneath the dark n’ stormy surface . . .
Let go of “things and thoughts that get in the way of realizing
your true nature and best self.”

Allowing folks we care about to evoke our better angels
Without demonizing the devil we know.

Giving ourselves permission to receive energizes us to give.
Accepting love from others opens up energetic connections.
Feeding our hearts for Celestine soul amplification . . .

Co-creating space-time to reset our internal gauges to
Shift our attitudinal gears.
Revealing pleasantly surprising changes in latitude . . .

We are all dealt a deck of cards.
It’s what we do with the deck that makes it magical.

As adults, we have the opportunity and challenge –
To look at our outer world through . . .
The wonderful eyes of a child again –
With a mindful position of curiosity and empathy.

Fixed ideas are roadblocks to novelty . . .
Surrendering to universal flow is true freedom . . .

Making friends with our whimsical and intuitive selves . . .
Balancing our heads and our hearts in one rhythmical drum beat . . .

Taking a leap of faith requires the courage to
Let go of our systemic control issues . . .

Set a daily ritual of harmonic intention.
Create an organic psychic energy field of solitude.
When feeling introverted in extroverted situations
To feel security within our private selves . . .

Cumulative effect of “conscientiousness of our gifts”
Empowers us to be good stewards.
Breathe in blue skies (life) and breathe out gray skies (death).
And indulge in your daydreams for a short spell . . .
Return to ground control by picturing yourself as a
Wise Old Tree with strong roots growing deeps within Gaia . . .

Classroom Mothership Earth is our teacher and we are Her students here to learn.
What a pain in the Yin . . .

Slavery was justified as good business, while making us sick!
With food production chain, we are still enslaved with dirty planetary maladies.
Justifying the unjustifiable by parroting a “business as usual” mantra

Feed your soul a daily portion of self-care . . .
Feng Shui your home and work space.

Now that is good business practice.

Echoing Self-Reflections

Echoes in Earth justice parallels Kindergarten 101 wisdom . . .
Clean up after our own mess!
Stillness speaks when hearing items of power . . .
Heeding the voice of spirit’s assertion, “do your best!”

Checking in with your Higher Self echos alignment with cadence of Spirit Guides.
Life is an open field for manifesting our dreams and visions . . .
But not without discernment before impulsive actions.

Self-reflective examinations ask,
“do whimsical impulses enhance our experiential evolution?”
While sitting with Common Sense conservatism
clears liberal doors of perceptual Infinity . . .

Moving through roadblocks gracefully.
Keeping the faith, while trusting in Spirit.
Waking up expecting synchronicity.
Gently allowing details to work themselves out universally . . .

Reading between the lines, while listening to attached emotions.
Aware that we are aware of our stream of consciousness.
Like watching a movie or listening to music as a detached observer.
Unplugging from little ego to amp up authentic connections . . .

Replacing negative chatter with positive self talk.
Cultivating telekinesis of the character of your inner space.
Developing plasticity of your brain exercises your muscles of intellectual curiosity.

Formation and meditation on chi balls stimulates feelings, while bringing color magic to our world of form . . .

Welcome to the world of inner peace

Welcoming 2014 and Soul Purpose

The passion and fires burning within the Earth are also burning within humanity.  And you can bet your bottom dollar that there will be more intense energies igniting more opportunities to transform and heal – or die like the old ways no longer serving us.  The “out with the old, in with the new” earworm will amp up in 2014. Traditionally, it is natural for this to occur now as we move away from the Winter Solstice, as yin contracts and yang expands toward the Spring Equinox in March. But during our movement into a new age and paradigm, many of us are becoming more sensitive and attuned to the exponential intensity of these shifts and vibrational energies streaming in.

My sense is that it will become more difficult to ignore your soul purpose, as it will become more challenging to turn a blind eye to developing the “walking meditation” of watching the world turn with an “observation without judgment” lens. There can be a sense of losing control when we untangle our attachments, so as not to get too invested in what we identify with. But beyond that, a deeper place of inner peace is waiting for us to explore. Even if you feel that you are “wise to the ways of the world” and take ownership in a comfortable lifestyle in the material world – you also know the risky business of investing all your stock in possessions without diversification.

How do we get to know our soul potential?  How do we enact an “observation without judgment” view of our inner landscape and the world around us? Through trust, we open up our inner light to “walk in the sun” and share with others, rather than “hide her away from the rest of the world.”  Social media is one way to do this, as there is a reality to virtual connections.  But getting out in the natural environment and making face to face contact is best medicine. While our intimate relationship with our own Self is most important, we gaze deeper into the mirror through our relationships with others.  “Relationships are for a reason: for growth and learning, for nurturance and support, for love and romance, for sex and passion, for experience, for karmic debt or clearance, for business reasons, for security.”

When we look beneath the surface of our introverted and extroverted reactions to what is going on with curiosity and empathy, we begin to understand the experience of “walking in someone elses’ shoes.” We all say that we want to be seen and heard, but is that really the case? Are you afraid of your own power? Is there an underlying fear of feeling rejected or abandoned for allowing yourself to blossom into a flower or turn into a butterfly? It is a good time of year to re-work the dark and let go of external securities so that we learn to feel safe with the arrival of uncertain unknowns. There is a sense of security in “expecting the unexpected” by viewing life as “one big surprise birthday party.” The old guard of secrecy and concealment is fading into a distant memory. Do you need to resurrect old memories to re-work, transform and clear space for new co-creative experiences? Or do you want to remain ensconced in Groundhog Day, without realizing that you are unconsciously replaying old mental tapes and clinging to fixed ideas?

We are here on Earth for a reason. Waking up to our soul purpose is a key ingredient to that. It is a painful challenge to get stuck in the sphere of excuses, reasons rules and routine. At the end of the day, a way out of the suffering is to learn to live with the pain and understand the information that your pain has to shed light on finding your soul’s purpose. To avoid by exiting through anger or denial will cause more pain and suffering. But taking an authentic look at our anger and then channeling this energy in positive and constructive ways will open up new vortexes for transformation and healing.

Sending You Much Inner Peace in 2014,

Ari

Remembering Past Family Members

Humanity is grieving the loss of Nelson Mandela – one of our great fraternity brothers on the forefront of our movement into a flowering New Age. It is hard to say good-bye to our loved ones that have passed on. In the letting-go, I am grateful for his energy and look forward to his spirit breaking out and shedding even more light on our Planet and Universe. Sadly, society is frequently put in the position of taking away freedom from those who cannot handle it. But for some free thinking individuals like brother Mandela, he was unjustly crucified for decades for breaking the rules by doing the right thing as a freedom fighter. I particularly appreciate his understanding that regardless of what was taken from him, he refused to allow his soulful attitude to be stolen. Regardless of how small his jail cell, he knew he was in charge of his attitude about the cards he was dealt. Part of being human is to indulge in a little self-pity once in a while. However, too much self-possession sneaks us into the portal of a Martyr. Did he not have the patience of Turtle while he walked this Earth? But like any enlightened Being or good role model, our task is to emulate the experience of inner peace rather than being seduced into the dogma of putting our guru onto a pedestal. Part of being human is learning to honor our imperfections. Otherwise, unwelcome disappointments will overwhelm our souls like a flash flood.

In much the same way as Gandhi, Nelson Mandela lead the cavalry by stampeding the institutional segregation system known around the globe as Apartheid. Isn’t it interesting that phonetically, Apartheid is pronounced as “apart hate”. Around Kindergarten, we learn to make judgments about our differences from one another as inferior or superior – My skin tone is different from that other kid, so that must mean that I am either better or worse and perhaps justified in hating him or her for that, goes the indoctrinated and typically unconscious belief system. It is a learned behavior. Our old world has not let go of this kind of programming just yet – although there is a burning desire to do so. Can you feel the Earth’s anger at that? Mandela’s death synchronizes with our dying old world of the perceived polarity of separation of “us” and “them”, heroes and villains, friends and enemies. Awareness reveals the yin and yang are always dancing with one another. Within our Being, we have the opportunity to look upon this sensuous feminine and masculine tango as energetic soul mates showing one another a mirror that reflects back parts of our greater whole – diverse expressions within our Unity. Where the sunlight dominates, the dark night is merely kneeling beneath her bounty. While poly amorous encounters might provide short-term extroverted happy endings – flirting with more introverted lovemaking probably leads to clearer forecasts and less dark and stormy weather down yonder.

While taking communion with the Full Moon and Winter Solstice coming up, we look forward to the light increasing thereafter. The reptilian-brain position of viewing ourselves as separate and disconnected from one another embodies a developmentally delayed way of looking at our world. While this dirge is a real position, it is not the position. Those of us that stay in that place have become comfortably numb with this familiar funeral parlor. You could even say it feels safe, even though it is a traumatic place to live. Our future plight as a human family, global and Universally Eco-sensitive community rests on learning to emulate the likes of Nelson Mandela and others that walk in “the Way, the Light and the Truth”. We all need to bring in more inner peace into our world. We all need a sense of security and belonging. At the end of the day, inner peace will only come from within – even though it abounds without.

Wishing You Infinite Inner Peace,

Ari

Living on Earth

Could it be that I see
myself in your eyes?
Perhaps an old self through an entangled
spider web of past lives?

I take a deep breath,
exhale and let go . . .
That was zen old friend,
this is right tao.

Could it be that I’m a tree,
rooted in the Earth?
A Universal antennae . . .
Beaming spirited messages to thee.

I’m alive, I’m alive
in elemental forces of Nature–wind, air and fire.
Here on the ground.
Learning to live on this Earth . . . Down to the wire.

Standing On The Doorstep of Infinity

We stand at the doorstep of Infinity . . .
Massive change is coming our way

A Full-Moon on Sunday . . .
Trailed by a Comet in its waning wake

Giddy-Up toward the darkest hour on the Winter Solstice . . .
Coaxing back the Light in the dark of the Night

Releasing egoic entanglements with form . . .
Spirited energies realigning who we are

Rising tides of oceanic waves flooding our sea of consciousness . . .
Slumbering sheeple waking up from napping while under the influence of conditioning

I’m sitting at the dock of the bay in my meditation space . . .
Theta state in my green lantern heart space

Feeling waters of empathy bubbling up wells of Love . . .
Illuminating my soul

O darkness of yin . . .
Light a moonshadow o’er my inner landscape

I’m checking out energetic pulsations of neurotransmitters traveling through my bodily pathways . . .
Portals to consciousness are they

Reflections Of An Experience With A Spirit Messenger

A part of me died when you crossed
O’er the other side of the veils . . .

In this spirited door-step between space and time,
The curtain between realms are thinning now . . .

I remember a part of my soul that had gone to sleep for a spell.
And then I saw a deer in the woods–
Remembering when I woke up in that moment to new adventures.

Today, I walk in awakening moccasins . . .
On a Universal street in Divine Light of brotherly and sisterly Love.

Tomorrow my footprints . . .
Run with the wind . . .

Into a timeless place called Infinity . . .

Where past, present and future . . .
Coalesce into an eternal moment

Our Town

Our Town
Here on Mothership Gaia, in dying Pisces centuries
Birthing into a New World of Aquarian Unity
An old age built on wireless, in sweatshops on other shores
And they built the satellites that helped the Empire win Star Wars

Here in Our Town
Here in Our Town
My sweet Eartha I’m sinking down
Here Buddha in Our Town

Well Granny’s working at Wal-Mart
Keeping aisles tidy to sell
Always greets customers with a smile
A job that’d suit a robot as well
Property taxes rising, lost my job without pay
Mr. Le Page took down the Labor Wall
As small businesses sail away

Here in Our Town
Here in Our Town
My sweet Eartha I’m sinking down
Here Buddha in Our Town

Well my Grampy’s off the Waterfront
Now he’s come to join Occupy Main Street
Our yard’s just rusty lobster traps
Cuz the Hidden Hand did what fishermen couldn’t do
These seas are filled with tales of mermaids and whales
Swimming these ocean floors
We sent our daughters to department stores
Now we’re wondering what they’ve been buying for.

Here in Our Town
Here in Our Town
My sweet Eartha I’m sinking down
Here Buddha in Our Town

From the Harmonic Convergence
To the 9th Cosmic Wave
To the instant Karmic Groundhog Days
That tired story remains the same
Crystalline Grids are rising
Now mister you tell me the world’s changed
Once working folks made a few wealthy enough–bought up deeds
to forget our own names

In Our Town
In Our Town
My sweet Eartha I’m sinking down
Here Buddha in Our Town

When I die tonight I’ll eat a Slice of Heaven
And digest it mystically well
I pray to God to bathe me in Light
As I leave behind my human shell

With Frog, April Showers Bring May Flowers

Frogs help us remember how to evoke changing weather patterns by singing harmonically with Mother Nature. Perhaps these vocalizations are more raw and less polished than the popular voice. And yet, their melody is powerful and music to the clairaudient ear that resonates deeply within our souls. In the beginning, there was sound. In that vibration, our spirited songs of freedom were born. This reverberation asserts that we are all diverse expressions of Great Spirit. It is true that we are a rainbow of different orientations, but we are all cut from the same cloth. There is no us and them. We are one human family. If corporations are people too, then we wake up to the awareness that we all benefit from a spring cleaning in our souls. Developing tolerance for our diversity is a “step-up” for many folks. A step further is to integrate acceptance of what is into our Being. Frog helps us purify and detoxify blockages in our souls, so that we are equipped to move more gracefully with the changing tides during our experience with Climate Change. As more of us become hip to this vibe, we witness a proliferation of this Oneness reflecting in our material realm. In this process, we help clear the way for spirit to weave its way into our world. Ingesting Frog medicine is good food for the soul and amplifies our power by becoming clearer channels, serving as conduits for radiating cleaner energy. This internal purification and detoxification facilitates the internal experience of inner peace, which decreases pollution so within as without.

While we are one human family, we see that we have been raised with much dysfunction and toxicity. We have been programmed by our societies and parents to follow certain rules and rituals, often unconsciously and without review. In Maine, there’s an old saying, “that’s just the way we’ve always done it.” But part of our healing, especially in Spring, is “out with the old, in with the new.” We can learn from Frog and shamanic network of animal friends how to get back into alignment with Nature. Do you remember the scene in Rocky 3 when Apollo tells Rocky that he has lost the “eye of the Tiger”, but that he is going to help him get it back? Given where we are at in human history, the timing of the spiritual wisdom, “if not now, when” is critically important. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. The corollary is also true. In much the same way as the Buddha, even children raised in ideal situations have an underlying yearning to wake up to the emotional sensitivity that there is more to life that creature comforts and pampered privilege. Through our dirty waters of suffering, Frog breathes in a renewed sense of harmony into our lives and rekindles the notion that there is great peace and joy in taking time for yourself. With its connection to the water element and the lunar cycle, we look back to the waning Wesak Full Moon and are inspired by clearing out our muddy waters and drinking in crystal clear fresh water. Whether you are an atheist, agnostic or a devout believer, Frog is here to remind us to do whatever we can to get closer to Great Spirit. Some ways we can bring in this energy into our lives are going for a walk in the woods, taking in a deep and cleansing deep breath, asserting “stop”, unplugging from technology, staying away from the news for a while, taking a long, relaxing bath, going for a swim or just getting near the water for a spell. We all need to give ourselves a break from information and choice overload. In our modern world, tapping into Frog’s energy might even make you a bit of a rebel. How do you like to weave Frog’s cleansing energy into your life?

Frog is the rainmaker and is a true weather person that is capable of weather control. Its medicine encourages us to wash away the dirt in our lives. As such, meditation on Frog reflects metamorphosis and creativity into our waking lives. Given their amphibian nature, consuming Frog’s spirited energy links us to water and land and helps us stay grounded and emotionally sensitive with respect to the boundaries of self and relationships. Meditation on Frog can assist us in vocalizing our truths powerfully and respectfully. Given that Spring and Summer are its power times, we need to use its energy effectively so that we do not blow things out of proportion. Frog is good spirited soul food to consume while digesting Climate Change.

See you further on down the trails,

Ari

Heavenly Umbilical Chord Meditation

Here is a meditation I would like to give you that I carry with me in my walking meditation tool-kit. It is a helpful resource in staying connected and in alignment with the Universal flow.

–Picture a luminous Divine thread from the Heavens connecting to the top of your head where your Crown Chakra is.
–Feel yourself being nourished by this Divine Light flowing in through the top of your head, pulsating down your spine, Chakras, body and exiting through the balls of your feet, or bubbling wells if you are into tai chi and qigong.
–Gently allow the residual energy to exit three feet into the Earth for organic compost. This process is free mulching for the soul.
–If you are into Reiki, you may also picture the appropriate symbols to enhance this powerful meditation.
–Repeat as needed.

Bonus material:
–Feel your heart open up and connect with other energies around you, allowing yourself to give and receive this Divine energy. Imagine yourself elevating your own consciousness and the consciousness of others.

When out on the trails of Life, this is one way we step into the realm of Infinity and co-create Heaven on Earth.
