Conjured up in the sweet nectar of Nature’s way

But in order to taste sweetness . . .
We are given a choice to –
Drink in what was, is and will be
Sometimes in the uncomfortable company of vulnerability . . .

Yes, it can be a wild world out there

But what a colorful and fragrant Mother Earth She is . . .
The Kingdom of Heaven is waiting to be seen and heard
When our “doors of perception are cleansed”

Are we able to harmonize with the Celestial music within?

Humming brings you into a mystical vibration . . .
Where you can swim in the waters that madness drowns in

Use the power of a New Moon on Monday
to sail with the winds of change blowing into your consciousness
Look to Nature to show you that everything is fleeting and transient
But magical and sacred nonetheless

Try not to resist what is because it will then probably persist more if you do

Humming is a powerful mantra with Mercury now in Retrograde
As we flit away from logical and rational systems of thought

Into more intuitive and non-localized realities
Let go of trying to “figure it all out”

Although you are likely to miss out on Hummingbird’s magical powers
if you forget to stop and smell the roses

Or if you are distracted by repetitive mental thoughts,
emotional reactions to those thoughts –
and unconsciously acting out anxiety driven, deeply engrained behavioral patterns

Life throws us curve balls so that we keep our eye on the ball
Perhaps the home run transformed into a foul ball
But the strike-out ended up being fair play

Learn to fly in all directions

Hit the pause button from your judgments for a spell . . .

Our material world can be seriously heavy brothers and sisters

Bottom line the point is that

Breathing in Spring air sometimes makes us sneeze and hits the nail on the head

Hover over changing weather patterns

Trust in the process of seasonal adaptability with internal mutability

You are never alone . . .

“there are people who hurt you” but you can learn to trust and love again

How or why is your heart crossed?

Have you done something callous to another,
causing them to shut off their love they once felt for you?

May every one of us feel an authentic sense of belonging –
A deep knowing that a network of Spirit Guides
are always available to us if only we ask

Intrinsic equality will reflect in our outer world
when we look upon our Planet through a lens that values Diversity in Unity

toward greater empathy, compassion and understanding

Given that we are all connected –
Try to see yourself in all that you encounter . . .
Especially when hiding behind their more distressing disguises

What aspect of yourself is masked behind darkness –

Do you see the beauty within your own Being and
the world around you?

Might we dig deep enough
and rise up to the challenge and opportunity –
to make friends with whatever we do not like about ourselves?

Trying to lead a perfect life . . .
Is a foul stink of unhappiness
As is augmenting anything perceived as undesirable

Becoming mutable by adjusting our internal world
Opens us up to the sacred space of inner peace

Transient remedies to sitting with what is –
Are conveniently inconvenient distractions from the Now
Because cosmetic changes only temporarily placate the little ego

Remember that “the Tao does nothing and yet leaves nothing undone”
We are aware that we are aware

Our modern world has an appetite for destruction and super-sized meals
The Empire hisses that cosmetic surgical procedures
will swoop in to rescue us

A dying old world paradigm
parrots marketed mental tapes that suggest
removal of scar tissue will cure us
from built-up excessive fats
that are pushed on the masses

An externally driven culture of band-aids and face-lifts
Gleans the Silver Screen
“Who stole the soul?”

When greed is perceived as good
We understand the Liberty of the Stock Exchange has
Properly programmed us to pledge our allegiance
to the Almighty Dollar

How much money do you really need?
Don’t you know that maximum economic profit can’t buy you harmony

But a more equitable and intentional sharing of abundance –
Facilitates shifting our heartfelt beliefs into intuitive knowing . . .

We understand equal access to concrete resources
When a more fair and just New Earth is revealed

A powerful and transformative catalyst illuminates the scenery . . .
Picture a budding green New World

Have you caught wind of the pungent stink of rebirth in the air?

We humans are mostly water –
So, it stands to reason that, on some level at least,
we are all affected by Full Moon’s
In much the same way as “hospitals, police stations and the ocean’s tides”
Might as well swim with Her currents

Isn’t that just another opportunity for deepening our empathy for one another?

Porcupine medicine stimulates the flow of innocence and joy
Reawakening a sense of wonder energetically
A light-hearted feeling of detachment is rediscovered playfully

Their energy inspires us to release judgments to the Universe

Picture sending them out into far out black hole vortexes
Where they are transmuted into healing rays of light

Perhaps you have judgments about grieving the death of Winter
Given that you have been anxiously awaiting the arrival Spring
Are you feeling depressed about these changes –
Or not allowing organic feelings mulch as they may?

But season’s change and so do we
Nature shows us that everything is transitory, fleeting and ephemeral

Sometimes, what seems like a curse is merely a hidden blessing
in a brilliant disguise

Holding on to our judgments, like emotions
leads to blockages in our bodies – like stagnant water

Clearing stuck energy sows seeds of Love
Blazing new pathways that want to grow into our spirits, minds . . .
eventually taking root in our bodies

So it is important to listen to our bodies
Because it leads us through the theatrical chatter of our minds

To the realm of spirit . . .
Where there is so much help available to us, if only we ask

Remember that Love is patient and kind
But if you don’t believe that
then so it shall be done unto you

Our pain is real
But suffering is a choice

May your pain lead you toward a letting go and a surrendering
to the will of the Universe

Secure your footing in your own personal authority
The time is now to take back our projections

Returning to an intrinsic heart-space of Love
Here we enter into a light-hearted portal of inner peace
Soothing yourself without bringing in the Calvary

Pelicans reveal balancing competition and cooperation when catching fish
Leaving behind a fixed idea that competition must equal maximum economic profit
or that cooperation means socialism, communism
or any other dirty fixed ideas that have locked us up in toxicity and stagnation

Meditation on forgiveness
is really about understanding that you win on the inside
when you choose to forgive
There is levitation in the release of judgements

You can let your judgements go
and your spiritual power will grow

Consider examining your own judgments . . .
Are you willing to scuba dive beneath
the surface of your anger and emotional negativity?
And whatever stories you attach to those vibrations?

Our old world is falling through the cracks
Its crevices are splitting with judgments that some
people are oriented in ways that are superior or inferior to others

Is the top socioeconomic 1% entitled to greater welfare than the rest of us?
Do we value masculinity more than femininity?
Or the opposite side of the same coin?
Should we be protecting dirty policies that trash our planet?

This is not to say that we should not celebrate pride in our diversity
But a New Age needs a strong foundation of Oneness and Unity
Where we can breathe in fresh air of planetary equanimity

Now the seasonal times may be changing . . .

Still “Nature is the best physician”

Light and Dark energies are dancing again
with equal footing later on this week on the Spring Equinox

“We are all from the same supernova. From that place
there are no cultural differences. We are all the same light.”

Anyone at least vaguely familiar with the controversial 60’s era,
knows our world whirled rapidly and flipped its script –
Perceptual realities were turned upside down

I wasn’t even alive yet, but I remember

Today, shifting tides of Climate Change is intensifying in the air up there
And so below it is becoming abundantly clear
that clouds of dust are leaving behind their combustion

New winds of change are blowing in the wind

A quarter of a hundred millenia of a slumbering slow melt has passed
Or merely approximately a couple thousand years since a dying Pisces age
Springs forth a dawning Age of Aquarius

Looking back in the rearview mirror –
Reveals that we may need to let-go of last Winter’s storms

But eyes are opening up to the arrival of Spring
Equanimity in energetic Masculine and Feminine relationship

Equality in Yin and Yang energies will return next Autumn Equinox . . .
In the Bat of an eye

Meditation on Robin chimes in with songs of Spring by
whistling the spreading spirited seeds of new growth

Here in Northern New England, this might be a deafening call
to hear with all the snow still blanketing the ground.

Robin is here to reveal that something new is budding in
our flowering consciousness

Perhaps new creative processes are growing into our lives
or discovering a new aspects of Self that wants
to come out and dance in the sunlight

Here it is!
Look at the intentional intensity of the crocuses
Right about now

Energetically, Robin communicates to us that Spring is arriving and that our
Life Force is wanting to activate in our bodies and manifest into our outer world

With Robin, we sing songs of freedom
Defining our own egalitarian territory and blaze our own trails to follow

Do you need to pay more attention to your intellectual development,
or communication issues regarding the psychology
of self in relationship?

Whether looking at conflict in world events
Or personal relationships –
Sometimes silence or even pausing to take a deep breath,
and think before we speak gives peace a chance

Water symbolizes creation, passion and sexuality
Feminine power gains sustainable momentum
when tapped into gradually, gently and softly

Picture the dominant Masculine Military-Industrial Empire
Breathing in the fresh air of these self-evident Truths
and then exhaling its complexities that blow things out of proportion

Before going scuba diving . . .
Remember to adjust breathing patterns accordingly
Blowing out tension by relaxing into deep belly breathing

We use our sonar (empathy) to tune into our natural bio-rhythms

Surf the energetic waves with a playful, light-hearted sense of detachment

Let us bow equally to our oneness and diverse expressions

Our Dreamtime reveals connections to old wounds that want to release and heal

Do you need to enjoy life and become more playful –
In spite of undesirable cosmetic imperfections?

Grieving our heartaches and sorrows is a sign to address pain we have stuffed
Otherwise, the pain builds and suffering continues

May we take back our outward projections

What does our awareness of our traumatic experiences
have to teach us about ourselves?

Adjust our breathing patterns to swim in life’s mutable waters
Altered states and New Dimensions are accessed when inner sounds
reverberate in outer manifestations

Becoming the change you want to see in the world is a good mantra to live by

A Full Worm Moon later on this week hints at softening ground
with reappearing earthworm casts
Robins sings songs of spring arriving
As maple sap begins to flow
Tapping of annual maple tree rituals are beginning

Masculine and feminine energies will flow together
in waves of synchronized oceanic swimming
On Spring Equinox in later March . . .
I hardly think a showcase of collective Olympic gold medals could touch that.

Leaving behind a clean wake for others to follow in

What a long Winter season it has been for many folks blanketed by snow
Cold as it is now, a powerful Spring Eclipse season lies on the horizon

Yang energetic intensities are rising
Light and dark forces are moving toward equal dance steps together again

Masculine and Feminine energies will be in equal alignment with one another
Come Spring Equinox in later March

While trekking the great outdoors,
Mother Nature reveals Her feminine power

My oh my, can’t She be unpredictable?
When riding out these changing tides,
It is helpful to tune into the echo chiming in to go with the flow
