vilifying the poor and oppressed is not being pro-American

A vote for Hillery Clinton is new on the surface,
in the sense that America would give birth to Her first woman as President,
an elderly minority of the opulent White woman of course . . .

And then there is Bernie Sanders running on the political playing field
Ever humble, modest and honest, though a minority candidate that comes
from lower middle class Jewish heritage
Did you know that back in the 90’s, powerful feminist
Gloria Steinem coined Sanders an “honorary woman”

There is a rising climate of consciousness on our Planet today that
wants to level the playing field through a motivation
for all of us to live, work and play together in a socially democratic fashion

But we are living in divisive times today . . .
Like Yin and Yang, order and chaos are mixing it up

Today’s violence reminds us of our need to step up to peace
Be part of the solution by loving yourself and one another

It is imperative to heal our illusion of us and them
May we let go of a dying old elitist world mentality that glamorize angels and demons

Remember that out of the ashes,
a Phoenix Rising is born anew

These tiny birds stand undaunted in their own personal power

Chickadees are small in physical stature
But they are symbolic of our own boundless power of spirit

We all should have the right to express our voice without oppression . . .
Learned helplessness is harder to internalize in a more
socially just and fair global community

We are spiritual beings having human experiences
More of us are waking up to this reality
and there is power in our growing numbers and flowering consciousness . . .

Chickadees sing cheerful songs of Truth . . .
May their energy elevate a personal resurrection burning brighter light in our souls
through passionate expression of Christ Consciousness within and without

Their black caps symbolizes intellect and higher level thinking . . .

We are a diversified and unified portfolio here on Earth
Let us welcome abundance to the possibility of equal access to resources
Divergent expressions of Great Spirit is who we really are

Remember the conflict of duality is healed through
the lens of our upper chakras

When we look through a lens of equality
We honor and respect each other’s diversity in unity

Donald Trump is a reflection of a dirty rear view mirror
that our lower chakras reveal to us as informants

Don’t buy into marketed commercial that sells
the jingle that projects a white privileged-centric
“we’re going make America great again”

That’s just code for demonizing Muslims, Arabs, Immigrants, the poor, oppressed
and other outsiders that don’t fit the mold of the opulent minority

This Aquarian land was made for you and me!

On the surface, energies are intensifying . . .
Suicide bombs have gone off and innocent people are dying
There is tragedy in the air!

Time for the Billionaire class to pay their fair share
Instead of greedily concentrating more wealth
to those that already have more than enough

But on a deeper level, we are moving into blossoming new beginnings . . .

Nature is leveling the playing field

Violence is waking us up

Bernie Sanders is part of a movement in alignment with a
forthcoming Aquarian Age

Contrary to what the corporate media wants you to believe,
he is an electable candidate . . .

We can stop the violence of voting for the lesser of two evils
and against our own best interests . . .

Remember that change, like the seasons is a process . . .
It is more about an unfolding transition than a fixed time and space

May Chickadee elevate our spirits to rise above and get off the couch
Let us free ourselves from the mental slavery of business as usual politics

The time is now for new economies built on a foundations of authenticity and trust
Clean love and clean care is renewable energy for all to share

Dancing under a bright Spring Eclipse setting

A powerful and transformative catalyst illuminates the scenery . . .
Picture a budding green New World

Have you caught wind of the pungent stink of rebirth in the air?

We humans are mostly water –
So, it stands to reason that, on some level at least,
we are all affected by Full Moon’s
In much the same way as “hospitals, police stations and the ocean’s tides”
Might as well swim with Her currents

Isn’t that just another opportunity for deepening our empathy for one another?

Porcupine medicine stimulates the flow of innocence and joy
Reawakening a sense of wonder energetically
A light-hearted feeling of detachment is rediscovered playfully

Some Native American tribes use Porcupine quills to
stimulate energy to get stuck emotional waters

Singing New Songs of Spring with Robin

Now the seasonal times may be changing . . .

Still “Nature is the best physician”

Light and Dark energies are dancing again
with equal footing later on this week on the Spring Equinox

“We are all from the same supernova. From that place
there are no cultural differences. We are all the same light.”

Anyone at least vaguely familiar with the controversial 60’s era,
knows our world whirled rapidly and flipped its script –
Perceptual realities were turned upside down

I wasn’t even alive yet, but I remember

Today, shifting tides of Climate Change is intensifying in the air up there
And so below it is becoming abundantly clear
that clouds of dust are leaving behind their combustion

New winds of change are blowing in the wind

A quarter of a hundred millenia of a slumbering slow melt has passed
Or merely approximately a couple thousand years since a dying Pisces age
Springs forth a dawning Age of Aquarius

Looking back in the rearview mirror –
Reveals that we may need to let-go of last Winter’s storms

But eyes are opening up to the arrival of Spring
Equanimity in energetic Masculine and Feminine relationship

Equality in Yin and Yang energies will return next Autumn Equinox . . .
In the Bat of an eye

Meditation on Robin chimes in with songs of Spring by
whistling the spreading spirited seeds of new growth

Here in Northern New England, this might be a deafening call
to hear with all the snow still blanketing the ground.

Robin is here to reveal that something new is budding in
our flowering consciousness

Perhaps new creative processes are growing into our lives
or discovering a new aspects of Self that wants
to come out and dance in the sunlight

Here it is!
Look at the intentional intensity of the crocuses
Right about now

Energetically, Robin communicates to us that Spring is arriving and that our
Life Force is wanting to activate in our bodies and manifest into our outer world

With Robin, we sing songs of freedom
Defining our own egalitarian territory and blaze our own trails to follow

And with the increasing violence on our the planet today,
The time is Now to wake up to the responsibility that
“we are the ones we have been waiting for.”

Then we all win when we walk away feeling
a deeper connection with our human family

Like Nature’s outwardly changing seasons
Our energetic tides ebb and flow internally

Herrings help us see the subtleties of communication
So that we become adept at reading what is
flying below the radar in our social environment

Genuine respect is a key ingredient to being a well-versed social animal
Our Divine constitution is awakened in this location

As shoreline birds,
Gull teaches us to see the writing on the wall and read between the lines

In between land and sea, shorelines are of places of great magic and mystery
Ordinary spaces between our busy events are wanting to be seen as extraordinary

Do you hear John Lennon’s voice fly in from the Dreamtime,
“Life is what happens when you’re busy making other plans.”

Are you willing to sail away from an old hard land
and take a leap of faith onto the shores of a fluid New World?

Seagulls remind us that reality has both surface and depth

Powerful energies are intensifying and arriving through our perceptual pathways
Like when light is let in to brighten up a dark room
We don’t always like what we see

Meditation on allowing the sunlight to illuminate the shadows
is good medicine right now

When navigating elemental forces of land and air . . .
We need to learn to swim and fly
in the multidimensional waters and skies of Life

Body language is the psychology of communication
If we are what we eat and appetite comes with eating
Then may we drink in Herrin’s teachings to stimulate a healthy diet
to clean up the ecology of our daily lives

“The personal is the political”

Whether bleeding from our deepest cuts or flesh wounds
The time is now to release and let go of our old pains

Might as well weather our shifting fronts with transformational grace

Stay alert, stay aware and be present with what is
Try not to get sucked into the control dramas of others
Or your own insidious anxieties and chattering repetitive mental tapes

Be a spiritual watcher of yourself
We are aware that we are aware

A fortress around your heart might appear to serve as protection
from being stoned by others living in glass houses

But do you believe that the sweet surrender of vulnerability
will be held up by Universal pillars of Love and Truth
while holding a firm foundation of personal and cosmic intimacy?
