Releasing Old Stories, and Reworking New Scripts Revisited

“The early Buddhist texts view death not as a final end, but as a transitional gateway within a continuous cycle of existence (samsara). The Buddha taught that while grief is a natural response to the arrow of loss, true transformation occurs when we stop fighting impermanence and recognize our deeply interconnected nature.” 

Moreover, a growing body of scientific research is further reinforcing the old spiritual truth vis a vis the quote above; as you will see in the video clip below:

Furthermore, notice that the Imbolc will be happening in the Souther Hemisphere in early August.

Remember that the Imbolc is the approximate halfway point between their Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. Some folks celebrate the Imbolc on the first or second day of the month, while this year some focus on August 7 as the sacred date.

In the Northern Hemisphere, the Llamas will be honoring the approximate mid-point between the Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox at this time.

Additionally, in much the same way as meditation, Pete Seeger’s pro-humanitarian civil rights protest music recognized that a good folk song can get the job done without the frills.

Together, we can co-create a more welcoming, accepting and fair and just society for everyone when we unplug from old scripts and co-author new narratives:

And just yesterday, I saw a bumper sticker that featured a picture of a Monarch Butterfly with the accompanying lyrics, “the only orange monarch I support.” Got a full bellied laugh out of that one!

Keep in mind that spirituality as a way of life embodies a playful, light-hearted, and healthy felt sense of detachment from the heaviness of the world.

We are all interconnected.

Besides, the heavily orchestrated shadowy program that parrots that we are separate from one another is merely a finely flat tuned illusionary chorus, if you’ll pardon the music pun.

May all Beings be free from suffering, and awaken to Unity Consciousness, Cosmic Consciousness, God Consciousness, Universal Pillars of Love and Truth, Inner Peace and Diversity within Unity!

Taking An Energetic Forrest Bath With Taurus The Bull & Basking In Buddha’s Light Of Compassion on The Forthcoming Wesak Full Moon on May 1st

Although Aries season is coming to an end, it’s fiery energies are not to be missed on a New Moon in Aries on April 17.

This New Moon is a powerful time for reaching out to the Universe, asserting our needs, asking for guidance, and then allowing for manifestation to show up in the creation of our lives.

Energetically, Taurus season is a period of grounding and embodiment. Time to slow down into a more deliberate rhythm that is in alignment with Nature’s cycle. 

Following the spiritually assertive fiery energies of Aries, the Bull lands and builds foundations.

From an energetic perspective, the root chakra governs our sense of safety, survival, and belonging to the Earth.

I remember when I first felt drawn to spiritual power of shamanism by creating meaningful and purposeful rituals around mundane experiences.

Creating rituals can awaken seeing the sacred in everyday moments that can breathe in new air into the dead air of stale old ways of doing things that have become robotic.

Just as an example, we can help reduce anxiety and increase our sense of stability when we recognize our inner abundance, and imagine roots growing into the ground from the soles of our feet.

Besides, this practice makes for a healthy walking meditation ritual.

When people choose to work with these energies consciously, we are invited to reconnect with the physical world as a sacred space.

And we also become equipped to develop our spiritual fulfillment through the felt sense experience of the five material senses typically associated with the 3D realm.

We are in alignment with the spiritual nature of Taurus when we turn ordinary routines such as; making tea, showering, working out or even grocery shopping into intentional rituals where we are present.

Instead of spiritual bypassing, may we give ourselves permission to be fully present in the physical body rather than escaping into abstract thinking.

Because our bodies are our sacred vessels to connect with the present moment.

Remember that a sense of Divinity awakens by stopping to smell of flowers, mindfully tasting a meal or feeling the grass underneath your feet. 

Does your daily life align with your soul’s true values?

Keep in mind that when we are working with our shadow sides, it is wise for us to be mindful of the cravings to our creature comforts or familiar routines that ends up avoiding deeper inner work.

Perhaps instead, choosing rest or a walk out in Nature could be better options for you than attending a ritualistic social engagement that will probably leave you feeling exhausted at this time.

The Wesak Full Moon will happen on Friday, May 1st, which is in alignment with the Buddha’s birth, attainment of enlightenment and physical death.

Further, the spiritual and sacred ceremony around these energies reflects Divine Love, Divine Light and Divine Power flowing down to Gaia and all Sentient Beings.Friday, May 1, 2026.

Many of our ancestors considered the Wesak Full Moon as the most powerful full moon of the year. And to this day, many spiritual travelers honor our sacred connection to the consciousness of this full moon as Master Co elaborates on in the video below (with Master Choa Kok Sui’s picture in the background) :

As you can see, May can be seen as a high octane spiritual portal month, amplified by many powerful energetic shifts and new beginning frequencies beaming in. Wide open windows to cosmic vibrations are more perceptible at this time.

For example, 2026 marks the start of a new 9 year cycle.

The beginning of May is a good time for initiating new projects, setting new foundations, emphasizing independence, leadership, and authentic identity.

See revolutionary changes in communication, connection, and social networks as on their way.

Manifestation is in the air, and those of us on a spiritual path should especially be intentional with our words and thoughts because they will carry unusual weight this year.

Keep in mind that spiritual awakenings are part of these manifestations.

Are you experiencing sudden inspirations, intense dreams, or emotional highs and lows?

Will old patterns or relationships that no longer resonate gently fall away during this time to make room for a deeper frequency version of yourself? 

May all beings be free from suffering, and awaken to Inner Peace, Diversity Within Unity, Unity Consciousness, Cosmic Consciousness and God Consciousness.

Ari Reading This Original Guided Meditation

In much the same way as the Shamans of the Americas, the Buddha recognized the reality of suffering, and became aware that the way out of the nightmare was to face it head on.

And then the Christ torched the Light of Compassion with the Power of Love; thus revealing that the Kingdom of Heaven is encoded in everything and everywhere.

Likewise, as many of our ancestors have done; a growing body of folks on the spiritual path today are awakening to the vision to go beyond the negative self talk mainstream movie reel that appears to get louder, more divisive, demonizing and repetitive as we speak.

May the we allow the light to illuminate the shadows . . .

A critical mass of people are now seeing through the smoke and mirrors that front as an illusionary curtain behavioral trap that is sold, bought and processed as everyday reality.

Because, this seemingly intangible deeply mysterious dimensional experience transcends the five senses and 3D realm.

In their Dreamtime, Indigenous people from Australia knew this experiential reality as more real than the normal Western version of reality back Zen as it is right Tao.

And yet, it is perceptible and spoken to us through stillness. It’s the in sound from way out.

The tricky part is that it takes trust to take a quantum leap of faith to hop off the lily pad onto a safe universal landing zone of Love and Truth.

Truly, we only miss the boat when we are in an identified place with our attached doubts, fears, mental tapes, concepts, and compartmentalized cognitions . . . aka the Chattering Monkey Mind or the Reptilian Brain.

From an elevated state of consciousness, we are equipped to release and let go of our wounds, control issues, hang ups, etc. and surrender to the Divine Will of the Universe.

In this free flowing expanding spaciousness, we will surf the rising tides of Joy and Light, as normative mindful states of sustainable consciousness.

Unity Consciousness embodies the recognition and intuitive understanding that we are all part of Cosmic Oneness.

From this space, we just know our interconnection with each other and everything for that matter, if you’ll pardon the spiritual-scientific pun.

May we remember to carry this pocketful of magic with us along our way, and continue to cultivate an experiential learning curve with a playful, light-hearted and healthy sense of detachment.

Spring Equinox is also arriving in the coming Pisces tides of March

Masculine and Feminine energies will dance together in equanimity . . .
Shouldn’t that be a good role model enacted by humanity?

Freeing our minds from our likes and dislikes helps heal our
natural human tendency to move away from what we
don’t want versus moving toward what we want more of

Just empathize for a moment that the gaining popularity of
the GLBTQ modern label is nothing new from the perspective of our
collective consciousness, sentient being history!

It’s just outside the box from a cookie cutter, Americancentric perspective

Consider meeting both opposite sides of the same coin with
an aware/soft mind, let it be, and let it go . . .

Cultivating sound mental health is a process of letting go of our
preferred/non-preferred experiences, yet responding to awareness instead of
reacting to our reality-based judgements

If only we meet our challenges with an aware opportunity of a soft mind,
a puncture-proof spirit of letting go, and be open to whatever
it is we are experiencing with love, and compassionate kindness . . .

But seasons don’t come and go in concrete steps in Nature
Her feminine power isn’t always cut and dry like that

The universal Law of Impermanence merely reflects Nature’s Way
that the only constant is change

An old meditative mantra of let it be and this too shall pass is good medicine
to remember always, but especially during energetic seasonal transitions

Otter, like Dolphins know how to be playful,
even when minding their daily business affairs

Our pleasures, aches, pains and injuries
will die just like we will someday . . .

May we all do the best that we can

Otters reflect relaxation as a balanced approach to work and play
Are you able to whistle while you work?

We suffer because we tend to forget living in harmony with the
changing seasons of life, which often results in fights . . .

But Otter reminds us it’s about how we flow with the fluid sensational waters of life

The gravitational pull of our world is heavy and serious enough . . .
But don’t let that take away your right to experience enjoyment

Goliath is a metaphor in our old testament consciousness that is
even more proliferated and pronounced in our world today

Just look at the NRA as part of the big business strangulation
of our sovereignty by the miserly ways of the Powers that Be

Mental illness is about doing the same thing over and over,
and expecting different results

But genuflection to the better devil you know mind-set is comforting,
even if toxic and against your own self-interest . . .

At the end of the day, nobody really benefits from a maximum economic
profit off of sickness, and death,
albeit under the guise of protection and security . . .

Is American ready to become an embodiment of showing a moral responsibility
to provide equal pay/livable wages, universal health care, and
a built-in emphasises on vacation/leisure/free choice time
to create your own self-determined experiences?

Or is that perspective only reserved for those that work hard within the
entitled, privileged inner circles of the minority of the opulent?

It is a time for outer growth and an action-oriented lifestyle

And yet, we are heading downhill now until light and dark
are equal again on Fall Equinox in September . . .

Can you sense seismic shifts of
Climate Change across the fruited plain?

As the world turns, may we remember the softness of
yin’s hands calm the nerves of anxiety ridden war mongering

May meditation on Cardinal’s whistles blow in the winds of change
that resonate with crystalline clarity in Mother Earth’s heart beat

Back to school, back to business and getting organized is in the air!
But don’t let that drive you nuts . . .

A revival of old religious traditions co-mingles paradoxically with
listening to the messages of your True self and Inner Voice that
remind vitality is always here for you to allow in any given moment!

Climate Change, dark sorcery and violence plague our streets . . .
Breathing in chaotic storm fronts are painful to watch and hard on the lungs . . .

But where are you on the map of seeing a
Silver Lining Playbook and making only positive interpretations?

The black truth is that it can be hard to find Nirvana
within the chaotically deafening traffic jam of life!

The Winter Solstice arrives this week in the Northern Hemisphere
A Full Cold Moon on Christmas signifies a
birth of the coldest, darkest and longest nights of the year . . .

After that we will begin to coax back the light of masculine-yang

Paradoxically, our friends in the Southern Hemisphere experience peak light –
Where masculine-yang reaches its zenith on the Summer solstice . . .
And then a downhill run toward rising dark nights of feminine-yin

Like it or not, pain and suffering are part of life
But most of us want to be happy

So here we sit in a chair with paradoxical tension of opposites

Pain is inevitable, but suffering is a choice
Pain is a wound that hurts
Let yourself feel sad in your heart for this . . .

Our ancestors that have left this planet
frequently revisit us during a death cycle in Nature

Do you remember the Buddha’s God realized teachings on compassion in the park?

Become the courage to move deeper into your pain through a lens of compassion
Gently allow yourself to maintain a graceful and compassionate gaze of Deer

Happiness as a way of life is a real possibility
Sing in the whispering winds to the key of inner peace

Christmas is coming to signal the birth of Christ Consciousness
Might as well come down into your soul and Love one another

Because the gift of your presence here is worth receiving!

Remember that soap opera around your pain is of your own creation . . .
Just own it and move forward!

With Frog, April Showers Bring May Flowers

Frogs help us remember how to evoke changing weather patterns by singing harmonically with Mother Nature. Perhaps these vocalizations are more raw and less polished than the popular voice. And yet, their melody is powerful and music to the clairaudient ear that resonates deeply within our souls. In the beginning, there was sound. In that vibration, our spirited songs of freedom were born. This reverberation asserts that we are all diverse expressions of Great Spirit. It is true that we are a rainbow of different orientations, but we are all cut from the same cloth. There is no us and them. We are one human family. If corporations are people too, then we wake up to the awareness that we all benefit from a spring cleaning in our souls. Developing tolerance for our diversity is a “step-up” for many folks. A step further is to integrate acceptance of what is into our Being. Frog helps us purify and detoxify blockages in our souls, so that we are equipped to move more gracefully with the changing tides during our experience with Climate Change. As more of us become hip to this vibe, we witness a proliferation of this Oneness reflecting in our material realm. In this process, we help clear the way for spirit to weave its way into our world. Ingesting Frog medicine is good food for the soul and amplifies our power by becoming clearer channels, serving as conduits for radiating cleaner energy. This internal purification and detoxification facilitates the internal experience of inner peace, which decreases pollution so within as without.

While we are one human family, we see that we have been raised with much dysfunction and toxicity. We have been programmed by our societies and parents to follow certain rules and rituals, often unconsciously and without review. In Maine, there’s an old saying, “that’s just the way we’ve always done it.” But part of our healing, especially in Spring, is “out with the old, in with the new.” We can learn from Frog and shamanic network of animal friends how to get back into alignment with Nature. Do you remember the scene in Rocky 3 when Apollo tells Rocky that he has lost the “eye of the Tiger”, but that he is going to help him get it back? Given where we are at in human history, the timing of the spiritual wisdom, “if not now, when” is critically important. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. The corollary is also true. In much the same way as the Buddha, even children raised in ideal situations have an underlying yearning to wake up to the emotional sensitivity that there is more to life that creature comforts and pampered privilege. Through our dirty waters of suffering, Frog breathes in a renewed sense of harmony into our lives and rekindles the notion that there is great peace and joy in taking time for yourself. With its connection to the water element and the lunar cycle, we look back to the waning Wesak Full Moon and are inspired by clearing out our muddy waters and drinking in crystal clear fresh water. Whether you are an atheist, agnostic or a devout believer, Frog is here to remind us to do whatever we can to get closer to Great Spirit. Some ways we can bring in this energy into our lives are going for a walk in the woods, taking in a deep and cleansing deep breath, asserting “stop”, unplugging from technology, staying away from the news for a while, taking a long, relaxing bath, going for a swim or just getting near the water for a spell. We all need to give ourselves a break from information and choice overload. In our modern world, tapping into Frog’s energy might even make you a bit of a rebel. How do you like to weave Frog’s cleansing energy into your life?

Frog is the rainmaker and is a true weather person that is capable of weather control. Its medicine encourages us to wash away the dirt in our lives. As such, meditation on Frog reflects metamorphosis and creativity into our waking lives. Given their amphibian nature, consuming Frog’s spirited energy links us to water and land and helps us stay grounded and emotionally sensitive with respect to the boundaries of self and relationships. Meditation on Frog can assist us in vocalizing our truths powerfully and respectfully. Given that Spring and Summer are its power times, we need to use its energy effectively so that we do not blow things out of proportion. Frog is good spirited soul food to consume while digesting Climate Change.
