Swan Swims Gracefully into New Age Waters

Imagine the old story of the ugly duckling growing into a beautiful Swan
inspires humanity to undergo a similar transformation in consciousness

Perhaps it looks like an unlikely story, but then again
these are the days of wonders and miracles

A Full Flower Moon rises in the skies this week

It is also called a Wesak Full Moon
when Buddha’s light was born into our world

A flowering spiritual awakening is everywhere

But where there is light, there is also dark
There are many growing dangers out there

Keep in mind it is easier to judge and hate
than to love each other and find common ground

Fear spreads like wildfire . . .
and you always fear what you don’t understand

So doesn’t it make sense to be curious and empathic
in how we approach our differences?

Remember that where there is yin, there is yang
masculine energy lights the path toward yin’s darkness

Next time you find yourself sizing yourself up to someone else –
making a comparison about why your position is right,
and someone else’s is wrong

Or just putting yourself up on a pedestal by demonizing someone else
based on your belief that your way of living is preferred
and therefore should have dominion of another

Take a deep breath, and a break from that mind-set,
whilst just considering the opposite viewpoint for a moment . . .

Allow yourself to see the opposite side of the same coin
from both your head and your heart

This is how we move beyond us and them segregation,
transition into we consciousness, and brings balance to our Earth

You get to become the author of your own story

Or you could method act scripted theater as a skilled pretender, like a gang of
con artists criticizing, then in the next breath supporting other charlatans

As we move further away from an old world, and closer to a New Age,
It is becoming abundantly more clear that we must all do our part
to become the change we want to see in the world

Replace the protective metaphorical Berlin Walls that fortify you hearts and minds
With the sunlight of Love and Truth!

Gently let your experience with your old self, past relationships, and dying world
Pass with care, and cross-pollinate into new growth

Chickadee Amplifies Gentle Fountains of Spring Songs

Can you hear the tweets from our Chickadee peeps in the trees?

Their higher wisdom reminds us that harmony can exist –
If we just remember to breathe . . .

But you can’t do that if you are attached to your position
and listening to the voice in your head, instead of
hearing the heart-mind another

How often do you hear the cheerful expression of truth
in the old world today?

The black truth is that mental illness runs rampant across our planet today
Addictions to dirty energies accompanies this insanity

We have a bloated President,
Towered by an inflated Military-Industrial Complex

New Waves of Divine Love, Light and Truth are trying to enter into
our mind-body-spirits to help us purify our souls development

They want to awaken an authentic healing wellness that resonates in our Being

Our consciousness must transform, and branch out into
greener pastures that grows roots into seven generations ahead

The higher consciousness of Chickadee reminds us that
the truth does not need to hurt but can be sung with a gentle and soft melody

You know we are living in dangerous times, where
galactic violence is accelerating . . .

Many people and Nation States are pounding their chests aggressively –
There is too much posturing, barking, nagging , and machismo military might

It reminds me of a toddler that did not want to share, or was angry
about an age-appropriate limit being set by someone older and wiser

Re-examine everything you have been taught to believe about your
relationship with yourself, and your relationship to the world around you

Look at how you have been conditioned to buy into the belief that
there are winners and there are losers, that people get what they deserve.
And then explore the opposite side of that coin

Meditate on the mantra, “Nothing is as it seems . . . Nor is it the opposite”
But please do so in your heart with  a sweet singing earworm of Chickadee

Hopping Along The Trails With Frog

A Full Pink Moon blossoms in our skies this week . . .
The intensities of the light are rising

There is evidence of new growth sprouting up along the trails . . .

Masculine energies are in full swing now, as yin fades into waning darkness –
In the Northern Hemisphere at least

As we trek further into Spring,
many folks experience frogs in their throats at this time of year

Perhaps you are unexpectedly grieving the ghosts of Winter, past relationships
or even a death of a close relative that has left this Earth

Are you experiencing heightened anxieties about the recent
human-made atrocities that have occurred in our history
and are happening right now around the planet?

Let Frog enter into your awareness to stop doing that
and replace the chatter with heartfelt visions of Love and Light

Death is just another transition really,
although part of being human is to have attachments . . .

Given part of spiritual growth is to let go of our attachments . . .
Lightening-up to our formless selves is not always easy to relax into

And it is our formless selves as souls that are created in the image of God
In our diverse expressions, we are one intricate web of life

What we do to one strand, affects the cosmic whole

When a fellow human being dies of suicide, is taken by cancer,
or a nation of people are bombed from within and also far away . . .

We are all impacted and affected by these disastrous
tragedies of human shortcomings

Let Frog breathe spiritual power into your being,
and reinforce the power of self-respect for your personal boundaries

This time of year reminds us of the transience of life . . .
The blessing of becoming mortal, is not without the curse of physical decay

But as inconvenient truth as allergic reactions to
the winds of change might be . . .

Another way to look at rain, is to look forward to the release of old,
stuck energies that are cleansed by April showers

It can be hard not to get submerged in the swamp . . .
Do what you can to rise up and make the energetic leap onto higher lily pads

Our world is ripe with the fruits of purification
Even if they come in the form and feeling of labor pains

A transformation in consciousness is occurring
Even though the awakening process isn’t happening as gracefully as it could

But somewhere over the rainbow, Frog’s sings in an unconventional voice
that spring’s forth a thunderous washout that brightens the spirits with
a colorful bouquet of fluorescent leaves and May flowers

Springing Forth On The Wings Of Robin

Robins remind us that Spring is in the air –
Meditate on the perspective of an early bird getting the worm . . .

Early days of Spring are budding ahead . . .
Movement into light energies are rising!

Red Robin’s breasts symbolize masculinity –
Red brightens spirits like a hot ray of sunlight!

Energetically, a new zodiacal year is reborn . . .
A new season turns the heat up into a budding New Aquarian Age

But retrograde in the cosmos summon ghosts of yesteryear
Time to heal comfortably numb catacombs,
and release the possessive attachments of those old wounds

Here in American, Bernie Sanders ramps up the call for expanding Medicare
so that everyone has access to quality health care

Who’s going to pay for that?

The same folks funneling billions of dollars to the mega rich,
so that the rest of us are kept from having equal access to that rightful resource

We make work cool again when people have good jobs that pay livable wages,
and ideally have good fortune to have meaningful work . . .

When you do what you love, and love what you do,
Inner peace feels like a sublime experience worth sharing . . .

May we co-create a world with purposeful and meaningful work
that feeds our planet, and in return nourishes all of us!

Part of being an authentic human

Seeing Beneath Herrings

Sea Gulls symbolize subtleties in communication . . .

Part of mindfulness is noticing body language,
and other non-verbal ways of communicating with each other

But paying too much attention to the depth of subtext,
Might make superficial conversations a challenge

It is easy for folks following a spiritual path to forget how to enjoy themselves
and take the wicked ways of the world too seriously

But if you are not feeling joyful,
what can you do to awaken that experience in yourself?

By examining your inner world in this way, perhaps you might be able to let go of
seeing yourself as a helpless bystander

When you choose to not take the happenings around us personally,
you end up feeling more empowered and less swayed by the ways of the world

Spring Equinox arrives this Monday . . .
Masculine and feminine energies are in equal alignment with one another

In the Northern Hemisphere, darkness is waning, while lighter days intensify
Til the sunlight peaks on the Summer Solstice in June

In the Southern Hemisphere, it will be their Autumn Equinox
Their days will become darker until their darkest day on their Winter Solstice

Beneath life’s herrings, Nature reveals to us opposites are everywhere . . .

Yes, we have lived in a patriarchical dominated world for a long time

But there was a time when matriarchal societies abused their power too
Can you see how a fear of feminine power turned into oppression of women?

Magic, mystery and darkness do not need to be suppressed or repressed
Besides, we tend to fear what we don’t understand

So it stands to reason that we can work on building empathy, curiosity,
and understanding toward others first, before we are understood

Sometimes, silence is a higher spiritual form of communication

Next time you find yourself waiting to speak your mind,
try keeping spirit in for a moment by relaxing your mind, and holding your tongue

Seriously, you are not a dopey dwarf for whistling while you work
or laughing at yourself with compassionate light-heartedness

The gravitational pull of our world is heavy and serious enough . . .
But don’t let that take away your right to experience enjoyment

Otter can facilitate a sweet sense of surrender,
and relax control issues

Paradoxically, there is security and empowerment in
realizing that no man is an island . . .

Your spirits will feel less tangled up in the blues when you calm
the need to control, and micro-manage every move
