Letting Go of Attachments, the Sweet Sound of Surrender & Giving Inner Peace a Chance . . .

The Full Beaver Moon will happen on November 15th, 2024.

Beavers reflect the origins of this full moon because the first snow historically falls in the northern US and Canada at this time. Most of the trees and shrubs have shed their leaves, morning frost appears, and beavers are beginning to build their dams before the ground freezes. And November is historically the gloomiest month in Maine.

Beavers enter and exit their lodges through hidden underwater channels. They spend most of their time in their homes during the Winter, and keep their living quarters well stocked with Winter supplies during the colder months.

How many extraterrestrials, high ranking secret government officials or undercover journalists are enamoured by the elaborate and perceptibly invisible native beaver engineering projects that are invisible to the naked eye?

Ponder that Beaver is the animal spirit guide of the Freemasons, and that their energy medicine captures the design of political area of Washington, D.C.

Water also symbolizes the connection to the elemental forces of creation.

Beavers foreshadow the arrival of the winter months. Keep in mind that Winter reflects the death cycle in Nature.

Their energies beg the question: are we ready for Winter yet?

Ready or not, it will be be the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere on December 21st. This marks the darkest time of year.

And then after that, we will coax back the light as our days will get a little brighter every day till light and dark are equal again on the Spring Equinox in later March.

What seeds will grow inside of our inner lodges during the colder and darker months?

If it feels like the ground is shaking underneath your footing, and things are being flipped upside down in your world . . . Try to look at these shakeups as part of your spiritual growth; as well as giving yourself consideration about what is awakening inside of you.

Speaking of any upside down energies showing up in your lives . . . Remember that people in the Southern Hemisphere are moving away from their Spring Equinox. Their days are getting longer, till the light peaks on their Summer Solstice in later December. Even in darkness, there is light.

What spiritual lessons and gifts want to be dug up, unearthed and show up in your life?

It can be hard to examine the magnified shadowy side of humanity when it comes out into the sunlight. Remember that the purpose is to wake people up vis a vis the process of energetic cleansing and purification. This is a form of soulful mulching, composting and transformation.

Regardless of how intentional our commitment to our spiritual development might look like, we humans will always have attachments while we are in this form aka the 3D realm.

For example, after a long election season; The Donald was crowned President of the United States again.

By and large, the American Public, and many from the General Public around the world continue to show their support for Trump’s Cult of Personality.

And while many assert a radical opposition to another silver spoon candidate . . . We clearly have an attachment to a convicted felon who has won the American Presidency again.

Do you remember the good old days- when conservative republicans asserted that an American President should be a statesman- over an electable candidate that can win at all costs, if you’ll pardon the Billionaire Class pun?

Liberals and progressives have parroted this mindset as well. And they too, have shunned their coworkers who have deviated from voting from their perception of Coke or Pepsi being the lesser of 2 evils.

Is Coke or Pepsi Democrat or Republican?

This is how the American Public and General Public on a global scale continues to be hoodwinked and vote against their own interests. Know your history!

Think about it . . . If you identify as a white woman that talks tough on affirmative action or replaces Black Lives Matter with an asserted All Lives Matter correction . . . Do you realize that white woman have benefited the most from affirmative action policies (as in how women now edge men out in college enrollment?).

Being pro-black doesn’t mean you’re anti-white. White privilege isn’t something you have to hide behind or deny. There’s nothing wrong with privilege. Just don’t be a con artist conning yourself that you don’t benefit from a leg up in race or class.

But as always, a deeper spiritual transformation is happening on the consciousness of our planet and universe throughout. And in case you hadn’t heard it through the airwaves . . . the ringing in our ears is getting louder.

Power is often perceived as a tool or a means to achieve ends, whether in personal relationships, societal roles, or spiritual quests.

The pursuit of power frequently stems from an unconscious sense of disempowerment. Individuals may seek power as a way to compensate for feelings of vulnerability or inadequacy.

Like the changing seasons, the best thing we can do is to go with the flow, and remember that change always offers us the opportunity to keep trying, and make the necessary improvements.

In much the same way as shedding dead skin; letting go of the ancestral baggage that has been passed down to us, gives birth to new vantage points.

On November 19th, Pluto will moves solidly into Aquarius for the next 20 years. Like Beaver’s penchant for industry and multiple exit strategies; we will have the power of love to illuminate the shadows of what has stayed hidden in the darkness.

Release the old paradigms that no longer serve. Awaken to new ways of being that will create a New Golden Aquarian Age in alignment with Unity Consciousness.

The Empire’s pushback toward the inevitable changes coming down the pike reflects the patriarchy’s last stand. The chimes of freedom flashes a system that is naturally leveling itself and expelling dead air one breath, one step, and one moment at a time.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

A Spirted Full Hunter Moon, Honoring Our Ancestors During The Thinning of the Veils, and Letting Go of our Old Selves & Awakening to Who We Are Becoming . . .

Photo by Jhovani Morales on Pexels.com

The Astrological Eclipse season ended at the beginning of October, but it’s aftershocks can still be felt.

What shakeups have you noticed in your inner and outer worlds? Are you clinging and grasping to who you were before or are you welcoming the changes with open arms?

A Full Hunter Moon will happen on Thursday October 17. Although this moon goes by many names, the name Hunter Moon was inspired by the hunting of game animals in mid-late autumn; particularly deer, turkey, and pheasants.

Cooler temperatures also make it easier for storing and preserving meat for the winter. Falling leaves and more Moonlight allows for better vision to see and hunt animals at night; as well during the day because brush is not as thick and hunting and tracking are easier.

The energies of Fox are also associated with this time of year. Fox reflects the art of camouflage, which also reflects adaptability and shapeshifting. Meditation on Fox can help you fade into the backdrop, and blend into your surroundings without being noticed.

Scorpio season takes place at October 22-November 21. During this time, be mindful of highly transformative and emotional vibrations in 2024.

Meditation on the archetypal energies of the Shaman awakens new pathways revealed in our field of vision. The capacity to acquire and access novel ways of thinking are key dynamics of Growth Mindset. Meditation on shamanism reveals non-ordinary states of consciousness.

At the end of the month, it will be Halloween. Our ancestors honored the traditional observance of the Samhain on October 31st; which is where Halloween gets its name.

Other relatable spiritual celebrations include; All Saint’s Day, All Soul’s Day & The Day of the Dead, which are honored through November 2nd.

A New Moon in Scorpio on November 1st is a good time to set an intention of shedding our old skins. This process clears space for an awakening a developing new self underneath the old version of who you were before.

Our cross-cultural ancestors observed, and named this period as the thinning of the veils; where the lines between the spirit & material realm are believed to be thinner. That’s why it can be harder to differentiate between the 3-D world and spiritual realm.

Costumes, including masks are traditionally worn during the thinning of the veils period. From a consciousness perspective, the wearing of the masks can awaken shapeshifting, transformation, and portals into other alternate or imaginative realms.

But there’s nothing to get spooked about!

For example, brain science has confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt that brainwaves do change during this extra or non-ordinary states of consciousness. By simple shifting our awareness to the Third Eye, we can experience perceptual shifts into different dimensional vibrations.

People who become consistent meditators change their brains, their DNA, and their general experience with life. That’s why it’s really hard to go back to the old ways once you awaken to these novel neuronal pathways. This transformation is Alchemy.

On deeper levels, our journey is a balancing act of feeding our humanity versus feeding our souls.

It can be enticing to get too caught up in the material world or the spiritual world. This is why our ancestors came up with the mantra of walking with one foot in spirit and one foot in ground.

Finally, Mercury in Retrograde will happen on November 25–December 15, 2024. This is a good time to look into the rearview mirror, and take a closer look at what issues we may not have yet resolved in the past.

And then we can reexamine the direction we need to go so that we can move forward to see from new vistas. When we change the way we look at the world, the world changes the way it looks right before our eyes.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

Gratitude

How do you express your gratitude? That’s a good question to reflect on . . .

I try to carry an attitude of gratitude in my backpack along the trails during the walk of life. It’s always a key ingredient for feeling pleasantly full when consuming energy medicine, if you’ll pardon the pun.

Paying mindful attention to our breath is the most important way I know how to remember gratitude in every moment. When I forget, I remember to focus on my breath, and give thanks for the breath of life in the present moment that it is given and received. There’s a lot of moments in everyday life to capitalize on this opportunity.

Also, I will typically say a little thanksgiving or thank you to conclude my daily meditation practice to honor the support available, and offered to us from the spirit realm. It’s like hanging up to signal the end of the conference call with the Universe.

One concrete strategy to bring spiritual power into the material realm is to walk with one foot in spirit, one foot in ground, like our Indigenous ancestors would say. Moreover, those tuned into this blog know that I am a big fan of cultivating a walking meditation in life. Yes, it’s good to sit on the cushion. But the application of what comes up on the cushion needs to be enacted in the moments in our routine when we are not sitting in the ritual of quiet meditation.

During our more focused spiritually oriented conversations, an uncle turned me on to a simple walking meditation strategy. In that conversation, he taught me an abbreviated children’s version of how to play with an effective walking meditation to awaken gratitude, and be present in our everyday moments. This form comes from Thich Nhat Hanh’s spiritual teachings from his own experiences (as well as the experiences of others) with silent walking meditation. This technique a great way to invite spirit into the act of ‘counting steps’, like many folks do today as a way to stay in shape. Based on feedback from many adults and kids alike, this strategy reportedly really resonates with them.

All you do is say ‘yes’ when you take your first step and then ‘thank you’ on your second step. The idea is that by saying ‘yes’ on our first step- we are saying yes to what the present moment has to offer by being open to the experience without conditions or judgments.

Everybody experiences judgments and resistance. But with the ‘yes’ footstep, we are willing to move beyond them so that we don’t get sucked into the past or future mental projections. And then by saying ‘thank you’ on the next footstep, we are giving thanks to what is; regardless of whether the experience is pleasant, unpleasant or neutral.

The present moment is what it is. So we might as well say yes to it and then say thank you for the paradoxical blessing or curse of the present moment with gratitude in our hearts and heads. Easier said than done. But it is a skill we can develop and also makes for a nice positive self talk mantra.

Of course, when I look outside and see turkeys doing their thing in Nature; meditation on their energy reminds me of the shared blessings of everyday life. And for that, I am deeply grateful.

Thank you,

Ari

Rising Up To A Full Snow Moon And Surfing The Flowing Tidings Of Pisces

Pisces time of year reflects endings and beginnings. The fish bring in tidings of change, and the mystical intersection of shorelines and seasonal transitions between the death of winter and the rebirth of spring.

For example, the Fish are at the tail end of the Zodiac and they swim in between Winter and Spring. Like the oceans receiving the rest of the waterways, all the other signs flow into Pisces.

A Full Snow Moon on February 24th reveals the waning peak wintry conditions mixed with the promise of new growth, longer days and warmer weather as we spring ahead.

This will be the last Full Moon of the Zodiac before the Spring Eclipse Season in later March and early April. The winds of change will be blowing into our individual and collective souls during this time. Shakeups in consciousness are in the airwaves.

Seasons reflect the spiritual Law of Transience; everything changes and is ephemeral. The stirrings of spring are happening both below and above the ground. Can you hear the forrest coming alive?

Time to let go of the old self and whatever old narratives that have defined your life and make the transition into the new chapter or new book. There is a feeling of starting over, which can be both exciting and mysterious. What magical new adventures are awaiting?

Keep in mind that it is natural to grieve the death of the old self and say goodbye to old relationships. But it is best not to indulge in those feelings or be a suckerfish to your grieving process. Might as well say yes to the new growth that wants to manifest into new frontiers.

We made it through the tunnel! Use these energies to light your way into new pathways.

Like the yin and the yang, the two fish will come full circle and return to a new endpoint. In the death of endings, there is rebirth in beginnings. The Spring Equinox is symbolic of balance between masculine and feminine energies, as they are in equal alignment with one another at this junction.

And then around the Spring Equinox, fiery Aries carries the torch into new beginnings. Energetically, this is like a new year. It’s no coincidence that baseball season starts around this time; America’s pastime. While the Fish go with the flow and swim around in circular fashion, the Ram is I Am consciousness and wants to knock it out of the park, if you’ll pardon the baseball pun.

The Spring Equinox shows light and dark energies are equal, like the shorelines do. Water and Land are diverse expressions of elemental forces. They mark the flowing mystery of life because they are in between land and sea. May we walk with them in an ancestral footprint of one foot in spirit and one foot in ground.

Remember when the fiery energies of spring are arriving, gently allow the cool waters of Pisces to vaporize them with an ocean spray of fresh air.

Take care of yourself everyone,

Ari

A New Moon, New Year & Tracking Ahead Into A New Age and Paradigm . . .

Photo by Shelby Waltz on Pexels.com

The Capricorn New Moon on January 11, 2024 kicks off the first new moon of the new year. 2024 will be a significant energetic catalyst for powerful transformation. If we add this year’s numbers up, we get 8.

As we remember past writings, we know that the number 8 is the sign of Infinity. Infinity is where the realm of infinite possibilities, dreams, visions and solutions live.

Just imagine the new possibilities of a new chapter that are awaiting our future selves.

In the Mirror of the Mind, may we envision the Universe’s energy amplifying the intentions we set for the year ahead.

It’s hard to go wrong with committing to an intent to be happy by placing personal happiness at the top of the list.

Energetically, this new moon will embody highly transformative energy that can facilitate the release of leftover energies from last year. Letting go will support us in clearing space to receive the new energies of 2024.

May this new moon and new year bring us good fortune toward the positive systemic change we so desire! Winter’s slumber is a good time to rest and get ready for Spring’s rebirthing energies.

Movement further into the New Golden Age and Paradigm of Aquarius is guiding us toward awakening our better angels and becoming better stewards of our planet and with each other.

The energy of Aquarius inspires humanity to awaken our unique diverse expressions of spirit, coupled with knowing our oneness in 2024 and beyond.

On a cosmic level, may the Full Wolf Moon on January 25 bring levity to our souls and be a harbinger of inspiration and creative energy.

Prioritize playing and a sense of adventure in the year ahead. Like the wise old saying goes, follow your bliss and everything else will follow.

Meditation on the archetypal Wise Wolf as a spirit guide awakens a positive self talk mantra that becomes the moon and harmonizes with its environment.

Use the power of this Full Moon to release what is no longer joyful in your life and stay away from doing anything that weighs you down or feels heavy.

Also, it will be the year of the dragon on February 10th, 2024.

Dragon symbolizes power, change and spirituality and can awaken self-love and empowerment by tapping into your inner royalty and power.

Dragon represents masculine soul energy or yang.

Consider Dragon’s connection to the mythical Phoenix, which symbolizes the sacred power of the feminine or yin. The Yin and the Yang, masculine and feminine are at their natural best when flowing in balance with one another.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

Swimming Into August With A Full Sturgeon SuperMoon, And The Clean Energetic Reinforcement Of Beetles, Bees, Caterpillars & Porcupines.

Photo by Egor Kamelev on Pexels.com

A Full Sturgeon Moon will surface down the pike on August 1st. Given August traditionally being their peak seasonal catch, these fish inspired many of our ancestors to give this moon its name. This prehistoric fish’s survival power symbolizes resiliency. We all need to build resiliency, especially in this day and age because we are leaving an old world behind and a new earth is being born.

Of course, this Full Moon goes by many names. Depending on where humans inhabited the Planet, their names noted traditional observations from our ancestors. This will be the second consecutive supermoon. Supermoons are like regular full moons on steroids.

Today, we humans can stand to meditate on Sturgeon’s strong survival instinct and adaptability. They know how to stir up murky underwater floors and swim through them. Perhaps Dylan channeled Sturgeon when he captured the lyrics, “better learn how to swim or you’ll sink like a stone, fore the times they are a changin’.”

Also, animal spirit guides like caterpillars and beetles are good reminders about the tension of shedding our old skins to clear space for a renewed sense of self. We are living in a time of great metamorphosis. These creatures dig through the earth and are an integral part of the Web of Life.

All systems resist change, humans being no exception to this scientific principle. Normally, we don’t want to change, but the nature of the circumstances are requiring us to do this on the inside and out. One way or another, the soul of humanity is evolving. We might as well become more conscious of it.

During summertime, the buzzing around of bees cross pollinating are reflective of industry and a friendly reminder that hard work pays off. Given their associations with reincarnation, their longitudinal wisdom inspires us to hone in on their spirited guidance about organizing our inner and outer worlds. Doing this helps clear space for our own program development as evolving souls.

But it is wise to remember that life is sweet like honey. In the New Golden Aquarian Age of Diversity Within Unity, we need to balance our own unique soul expressions with group consciousness. The trick is to not get ensconced into our own individual worlds or the hive mentality. Too far in either direction disrupts the equitable fluidity of the yin and yang. Moving forward into a new world ahead means co-creating more equity in a more fair and just society where everyone can thrive.

Furthermore, consider looking at bees as psychic readers. Their energies are harbingers of busier times ahead. Specifically, their energies foreshadow that it will be even more important to build self care boundaries when heading back to school and back to business. It’s hard to say goodbye to yesterday, but bee consciousness can help us fly into new zones, with particular sensitivity to our expressions in creativity and sexuality. How do you want to move into the next season of your life?

Porcupine energy resurrects a sense of innocence, faith and trust toward life’s explorative path. They don’t draw their quills unless fear is present. Otherwise, they reflect an open and passive attitude toward discovery, as well as a playful, light-hearted approach in the process of being in the moment. Meditation on their skill at climbing trees is good energy medicine. Trees are like antennas on earth that connect to the cosmos. May we awaken our spirited connection to Father Sky and Mother Earth.

During this time, use the energies of Sturgeon, Beetles, Bee, Caterpillar, and Porcupine to reinforce alignment with resiliency, industry, letting go of who we were and awakening to who we are becoming. Stay open and receptive to the signs and synchronicities that will light your way. May we shift away from our fears and lean into a renewed sense of faith and trust.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

Infinite Blessed Renewals Of The Sacredness of Everyday Eternal Moments

I remember when an old friend once commented on a “missed opportunity” of a potential rendezvous that never ended up happening. It was in reference to another friend during a private conversation between us. But more poignantly, his attached emotion asserted a grieving for the dirge of a moment that did not go the way he wanted or expected. He’s not the only grown man I know that suffers from ‘mantrums.’ I’ve fallen prey to them myself. Ah, the clinging and grasping of life is the root of our suffering. We all suffer and suffering is merely part of the human experience, myself included.

Moreover, as expanding souls, it is natural for we humans to desire and want more. But it is also an opportunity for choosing gratitude for what is. Without this practice, happiness as a way of life is impossible. Even when we get what we want, it is a sad and lonely story on the inside of a person who remains hooked into the cycle of grasping and clinging. Self examination reveals this experience always leads to disappointments and the accompanying funeral procession. It’s not that I don’t have my moments here. It’s just that I tend not to get as sucked into them as I used to.

Even the committed optimist or followers of positive psychology fall prey to wanting to hold tight to what we fear we will lose. This is because it is natural to experience the tragedy of life that is not without its grieving and trauma aware process. Moreover, the same old friend once said to me, “Ari, I think you and I have different definitions of friendship.” And I agreed with him. Because his definition is more typical and normal, from an old world reality. From this perspective, it’s tit for tat, I’ll scratch your back and then you scratch mine. It’s as if there’s a punch in/punch out clock that keeps a tally of a friendship that is based on competitive acts. Who is one upping who?

Beyond this behavioral trap, I do have some old relationships that appear somewhat akin to basketball legends Larry Bird and Magic Johnson’s. It’s the kind of relationship where we don’t see each other or talk for years and then when they reconnect, it’s like we don’t skip a beat. There aren’t any resentments about the time stamp between our communication because neither of us are really keeping track. And if there were any feelings that need to be cleared up, this kind of relationship allows for a healthy conversation about it. If anything, there’s a shared experience of gratitude for the reconnection. You just never know what unexpected surprises or gifts the Universe might bring. When one door closes, another door opens.

Lets face facts here . . . All adults are like big kids. And like kids, we tend to act out. The old paradigm did not teach us effective ways to express ourselves, including how we communicate with each other. It has done a good job of teaching us to pretend and hide our true feelings, from each other but more importantly ourselves. Dysfunctional and deeply engrained behavioral patterns have taught us how to use what my “Aunt that likes to rant” has called “secret decoder rings” and how to manipulate and control each other- even in cleverly covert and subtle (or not so subtle) ways.

For example, if you are maintaining a relationship that is based on guilt driven motivations, that’s something to look at inside of yourself. If you feel like you did something wrong, based on someone else’s energetic output, that’s something to look at within yourself. Consider the ritual of gift giving. There’s nothing wrong with ritual. But the power of ritual awakens spiritually when it is done with a sacred connection and done so without a sense of expectation. But when the ritual is for the sake of ritual and the gifts have an underlying edge of expectation, there’s a difference.

As humans, we all get insecure, have attachments and want to be loved. So it stands to reason that we have a tendency to cling and grasp to FOMO (fear of missing out). Bruce Springsteen’s lyrics capture the sentiment here, “it’s sad funny ending to find yourself pretending you’re a rich man in a poor man’s shirt.” Accepting this tension of opposites, like the Boss would say, reveals “better days are shining through.”

Remember what we were taught as children: Stop. Look. Go. There’s a time and a place for running the hurry up offense, to use an American football metaphor. But most of the time we’re rushing through life, there’s no need to do so- particularly with regards to racing thoughts or what Taoism calls the Chattering Monkey Mind.

Be Kind To Your Mind Folks,

Ari

A Full Strawberry Moon, Spirit Of Gemini & The Rays Of Summer Solstice . . .

Photo by Susanne Jutzeler, suju-foto on Pexels.com

A Strawberry Full Moon will happen on June 3 or 4, depending on where you are on the Planet. Like all Full Moons, our ancestors named them based on what energies they saw reflecting back to them as humans in the naturalistic environment.

May we reawaken their organic observations from their spiritual fieldwork, rekindle our co-regulative connection with Nature and reclaim divine wisdom from the Heavens.

For example, many Indigenous people from North America noticed the spread of wild strawberries at this time. In China, it is called the Lotus Moon and is also know cross culturally around the Earth as the Garden Moon, Planting and Mead Moon.

And then a New Moon in Gemini will happen on June 18, which reflects changes and spontaneity. May we perceive a safety net when thinking about our feelings and sharing them with others. Meditation on Gemini can support us in expressing ourselves and speaking our truths more effectively right now.

Perhaps we will keep a cool head rather than a cold heart because the latter can discourage others or come across like you are being dismissive of their feelings. Remember that harmony of thinking and feeling is important, although it is not always easy for these areas to align with each other in our soulful dance steps.

Right after the New Moon, the Summer Solstice will happen on June 21st. Energetically, this is a powerful time for manifestation of the new self that wants to grow outward and expand. This time represents peak sunlight because it is the longest day of the year.

Conversely, in the Southern Hemisphere, it will be their Winter Solstice and darkest day of the year. In death, there is rebirth. One way to heal polarity consciousness is to integrate these two opposite sides of the same coin into an aligned perspective of inclusivity and wholeness. If you buy into a membership has its privileges mantra, then what has secured an attachment into your energy field?

Remember the mantra Diversity Within Unity is the new path into a New Age and Paradigm. May we make this transition together as gracefully as possible. Regardless of how you identify- male, female, non-binary, gender fluid, LGBTQ or BIPOC; these are examples of Diversity Within Unity.

We are all part of one human family with diverse expressions. Besides, the psychologist Carl Jung wrote about how every man and woman have both energies flowing within our being. Jung called this experience the anima and animus.

Notice how the light and dark are always seeking balance because we can’t have one without the other. While there is more yang in the sun of summer, there is still a need for the yin-ward femininity of the moon. Without the softness of dark waters, the light would be scorching and blinding.

We are part of the Earth and also part of the Cosmos. Paradoxically, Mother Earth’s dirt is in our bones, and yet there is also stardust in our DNA. As one interconnected family system, may we realign with the rhythms of Nature and reconnect with the sacred ways of our co-regulative connection with the Earth and the Heavens.

Visualize the right and left hemispheres of your brain in fluid communication with each other because this promotes plasticity of the mind. You’ve all heard the saying that there’s nothing more devilish than fixed ideas or mental rigidity. That’s how we awaken to expanding consciousness.

Meditation on the picture above awakens the doubly gentle softness of a snail’s pace, as well as a friendly reminder to be berry kind to your mind, if you’ll pardon the pun.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

Magical Mystery Meditation Tours In An Energetic & Sacred Universe

Spring energies are in full effect now . . .

Further movement away from the Spring Equinox brings us closer to

the Summer Solstice, the lightest day of the year on June 21, 2023.

Light is rising and will reach its zenith in the Northern Hemisphere at that time.

In the Southern Hemisphere, it is Fall where darkening days are what’s up.

And then it will be their darkest hour on the Winter Solstice.

But before that, energies will be more intense with a

Solar Eclipse on April 19-20 and a Lunar Eclipse on May 5th.

Eclipses shake things up on the inside and out.

They are powerful catalysts for change and flipping the script.

Ready or not, our inner and outer worlds are shifting and changing,

like the tides and seasons.

The reality is that nothing remains static.

The old world as we knew it continues to fade into the backdrop,

as we move further into a New Age and Paradigm.

Trying to maintain the status quo during the eclipse season

is like asking someone who is

fuel injected with performance enhancing drugs to stop working out

and sit still in calm meditation.

And then Mercury in Retrograde will co occur with the eclipses on April 21-May 14th.

Mercury In Retrograde is analogous to lucid dreaming or the old Twilight Zone TV series.

It feels like living in an alternate reality where non-localized

and non-linear time are real right brain dominated experiences.

These are the alternate realms of various forms of meditation,

where our brainwaves change form and we look at things differently.

If you try to makes sense out of these experiences from a left brain, logical or rational viewpoint,

you will probably add to your suffering by experiencing negative chi and feel more stressed.

Instead, consider this period as a good time to go deeper into

and embrace intuitive faculties and psychic phenomena.

During this period, it is normal to go through past remember when rewind episodes of yesteryear.

In this space, may we be inspired to reimagine and reexamine

where we have been and explore where we want to go in our future selves.

It is wise not to make big decisions, till after the mental fog lifts in mid-May.

Mercury In Retrograde is also a good time to relax and let go of our attachments to machines,

technology and surrender to the creative, outside the box ways of looking at things.

Because, in much the same way as the linear, order of operations ways of our left brains,

these devices tend to malfunction and not work as well during this period.

It appears that our world is ripe for massive changes.

But at the same time we will be looking back at the way it used to be:

Perhaps not without a repeated mental tape of nostalgic Fantasy Island

or Survivor Series challenges.

Systemically, what matters is to look at this current experiential crisis in human history

as an opportunity to realign with Nature and the Universe’s language of Love and Truth.

It is critical that we do not get sucked into our fears.

Keep your Third Eye open with a wide angle gaze for the

magic, mystery, signs and synchronicities in everyday life.

See the extraordinary in the ordinary.

Wishing you all much inner peace,

Ari
