with Swan’s graceful intuitive faculties –
is not always without a concerned eye of the beholder.

Making friends with uncertainty principles
dissolves synthetic illusionary trickery.

The energy of Swan is somewhat akin to a magical mystery tour
boat staying afloat in the same waters
a psychological crack-up drowns in.

Acceptance of Great Spirit’s Divine Plan
without the seduction of alteration
Yields a sweet surrender to go with the Universal flow.

Embracing our imperfections ignites the fires of humility
and illuminates the Yang mage winds of an Aquarian New Age.

A leap of faith reveals a lyrically wise assertion:
“Swan Medicine teaches us to be at one with all planes of consciousness,
and to trust in Great Spirit’s protection.”

Cultivation of the Heavenly gift of intuition
is enhanced by relaxation into gut knowledge.
Rather than persistently getting dammed up
with a foolish ship of resistance.

A Full Moon wanes with promise of a New Moon shine o’er a watery bend.

Sitting with a metaphysically inner-world theatrical movie trailer . . .
Lights, Camera, Vision!
Clairaudient audio-clips from alternate realities amplifies
a deafening sound of silence . . . What?

Flexing our soulful mind-body-spirit muscles at will –
quantum leaps out of old boxed in mind-sets . . .
We leap into new frontiers as first and fastest responders.

Skin on skin heightened perceptual touch opens up
psychometric portals in consciousness.
Awakening feminine powers of passionate sensuality – isn’t that the cat’s meow?

Dionysus inspires us to embark through the heart of the dark night of the soul . . .
Releasing fears when remembering that
“jealousy, envy, criticism, and judgment are refuges”
to the energy of insecurity . . .

Awakening to a mythical heroic quest through resurrection.

Somewhat akin to when Apollo re-appears in Rocky’s life to help him reclaim
“the eye of the Tiger.”
With Panther’s help – we can always get it back.

Formless Energetic beings are we . . .

Beneath superficial differences we are all the color of water.

How do we do leap forward without faith and trust?

a child-like sense of adventure and wonder in everyday life?
Watch children at school making authentic heartfelt connections organically . . .
Liking one another naturally.

Cleansing Auric Rainbow Meditation

This meditation loosens up our entanglement with form and lightens up our energy field. Is good medicine for nourishing our mind-body-spirit. This meditation helps us stay in alignment with authentic soul and be light on our feet. Enjoy!

Find a comfortable position, relax and focus on your breathing.
Place tip of your tongue on top of your mouth.
Make a circle with your thumb and finger of choice. Do the same with both hands and connect each circle to form a figure 8.
Picture the bottom red ray of rainbow. Breathe in color red and allow your spirit to bathe in healing red energy and bask in its light.
Picture the orange ray of the rainbow. Breathe in color orange and allow your spirit to bathe in healing orange energy and bask in its light.
Picture the yellow ray of the rainbow. Breathe in color yellow and allow your spirit to bathe in healing yellow energy and bask in its light.
Picture the green ray of the rainbow. Breathe in color green and allow your spirit to bathe in healing green energy and bask in its light.
Picture the light blue ray of the rainbow. Breathe in color light blue and allow your spirit to bathe in healing light blue energy and bask in its light.
