Sunlight is dimming now . . .

Darker days, and current events on our planet today
want to seduce us into getting boxed into downward doomsday
mindsets that fade spirits into dark edges

Shadowy geopolitical turmoil cloud
the light at the end of the tunnel

Sometimes, the ghosts of yesteryear resurrect their haunting
Try to look upon past relationship dysfunctions with clear eyes
so that you can see from a new vantage point

Like a dying relationship, the death of the leaves
breathes in the possibility of new life . . .

Meditate on the new beginnings of a new moon

Train yourself to climb the dunes one step, one breath,
and one moment along the sands of time . . .

All we have is right now . . .
You can choose dive into the depths of your soul’s waters

Close your physical eyes for a moment, and open your spiritual eye to
see yourself opening up to abundance . . .

Say, “I am calm, I am relaxed, I am Divine Nature!”

Like our spiritual ancestors before . . .

Picture a turkey to ward off the negative energies that
want to sap your energy field . . .

When each one of us is awakening to the light of inner peace,
we are simultaneously becoming the change we want to see in the world

Just as Hell is a state of consciousness,
so too is the Heaven of a New Earth

Walk into your Divine Nature to witness the revelation
of a new dimension, while experiencing a vibrational shift . . .

See you along the trails,

Ari

Last week’s Full Beaver Moon fades into darkening skies . . .
Our clocks turned back yinward

Days are getting shorter in the Northern Hemisphere,
while temperatures are dropping dramatically

Veils are thinning . . .
Making it more challenging to distinguish between physical/spiritual reality

We passed the Samhain – the approximate mid-point
between Autumn Equinox, and Winter Solstice

Now we are moving away from Autumn,
in the direction of Winter . . .

The holiday season is arriving –
Signaling mixed feelings for many of us

It can be seductive to get caught up in
the perceptual reality of lack

Picture a raccoon to help you awaken abundance . . .

Can you see yourself receiving everything you need?

Nature gives us a good opportunity to nurture our relationship
with darker emotions now, if only we come down into our souls

But it is tempting to avoid this process through
chronic distractions and resistances . . .

Consider consciously putting on various masks and exploring
diverse, and hidden aspects of yourself

Sometimes emotional blackness carries venomous bites . . .

But allowing a feminine position of vulnerability
is part letting go of their energetic grip

Do what you can to relax your attachments to the bitter
digestion that can accompany traversing through murky emotional waters . . .

See you along the trails,

Ari

The energy of Squirrel and Chipmunk reflect heightened activity levels right now
Last week’s waning Corn Moon reminds us that we sow what we reap . . .

The seasonal harvest is in . . .
Now is the time to think about preparing for winter supplies

Short term gains should not forget long-term returns!

Nature reflects balance on an arriving Autumnal Equinox . . .

Light and Dark energies will be equal, if only briefly then . . .

For our friends in the Southern hemisphere, it will be their Vernal Equinox
They will be climbing toward peak light on their Summer Solstice in December

Here in our neck of the woods, the Sacred Feminine will gain momentum on toward
December’s Winter Solstice, where we will coax back the light from dark nights

It’s natural to come down into our souls, quiet down, sleep, rest, meditate
and become further in touch with our darker emotions

Might as well lean into, and even embrace Nature’s rhythms if you can dig it

We have descended downward the mountain from
peak light on Summer Solstice . . .

Today, our journeys trek further into the dark with fading trail lights

Try to keep an open mind and heart on your travels . . .
Picture walking in the center of the circle with balanced footwork

Moving closer to love will help you stay further away from fear
Besides, it takes more energy to hate than to love

From this perspective, we allow the truth to set us free!

See you along the trails,

Ari

Loon kicks off a deep plunge into dark, mysterious waters of a Full Cold Moon
May Yang’s rising light warm you, beneath your blanketed Dreamtime covers

Last week, the energy of Groundhog tunneled through mid-field,
digging further into Spring Equinox, where light and dark are equal again

And then sunlight will peak on Summer Solstice in June
Picture a summer of love, and let cruelty relax our field of vision

May Loon help you scuba dive into the creative waters of transformation . . .
Reawaken old dreams, while envisioning novelty within everyday doings

Time to let go of old stories, and deeply engrained behavioral patterns
that no longer serve –

What pearls from the oysters can you retrieve from your scuba dives?

Yes, it’s a wild world out there . . .
But it is also a beautiful world!

Remember the mystic swims in the waters that crackpots drown in
Be mindful of your thoughts, and examine them through a gentle deer’ gaze

Loon signals a mysterious horn that lifts the fog if you let it
Be guided through the shady grey areas so they become clearer in your mind’s eye

At the end of the day, alternative energy starts with you!

See you further up the trails,

Ari

Groundgog Day arrives this week . . .
A passing New Moon, and waxing Full Snow moon is coming soon

The energies of February eclipse season are stirring seeds of change in our world
These rising tides of changes in consciousness are not met without resistance

Just yesterday, Father Time delivered the birth of the
Chinese-Lunar New Year of the Rooster into our Mother Earth

It is also the traditional Imbolc, a time when our ancestors honored
Nature’s halftime celebration between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox

So whether or not Groundhog sees his shadow,
Groundhog medicine awakens underground forces

May the Goddess Brigid be the fiery light at the end dark tunnels . . .

Meditate on Groundhog’s spiritual guidance on death without dying . . .
What old self needs to die, what New Self wants to grow?

If you are willing to take a deeper and higher responsibility in life,
then you can transcend cause and effect

You can let go of your suffering, and be free from that kind of slavery

In spite of cold weather, and darker days

Groundhog reminds us that the seeds underground
are contemplating the waking up process to blossom in the Spring

Are you ready to tunnel into and examine the catacombs of your soul
to recycle that compost so that it will blossom in the Springtime?

If you take issue with some else’s perceived transgressions . . .
Are you able to express your feelings without going straight outta woodland?

Just because you might feel justified in your emotional expression through
provocative and aggressive language does not make your delivery OK

Love always wins in the long run,
never the dark forces of hatred and bigotry

Part of being human is learning to differentiate and individuated from our
emotions without becoming our emotions

What matters is how we express our emotions
We are more likely to get respect when we give it

Or you can be a victim and continue to live in hell

This requires us to hit the pause button, and stop, think and relax before
responding to the situation at hand . . .

Be the Aquarian New Age transformation you want to see in the world!

See you further on the trails,

Ari

As a suicide loss survivor, I understand how tragic and painful it is to
lose a loved one to an untimely and unexpected death

Many souls have left our planet at this time of year . . .

Regardless of how our loved ones die . . .
There is a deep hurt from the great void that follows

It can be challenging to hear the flat musical dirge of the funeral procession . . .

Sometimes, we are left with regrets about unfinished business . . .
Revisit those relationships, and picture them now with love and light

It takes letting go of old wounds to
expand personal identity and boundary development . . .

It can be hard to understand how not to take the pain of another personally . . .

This world can be a hard place to live,
especially when you are a sensitive person . . .

It is possible to remain your authentic sensitive self,
without slaying the dragon that breathes fire into your natural entity

But it is not always easy, nor does it always feel good or graceful . . .
Part of healing, is getting scorched

May the light of Christ Consciousness enter your being,
and allow you to feel the joyous spirit of Christmas . . .

Are you following your bliss?

May we see the light beyond our grief and loss . . .

Even in darkness, we all have an awakening light within
that wants to express itself in the outer world

Look at the bright side of Standing Rock,
There is an expression of a powerful solidarity in our common ground . . .

Everyday people are standing up to the Powers That Be . . .
Wounded soldiers, and common folk alike

Look back on the old story of gentle Deer gazing into the eyes of a
powerful Demon blocking the trail on the mountain en route to Great Spirit . . .

Remember that Deer did not back down out of fear . . .
She asserted Her right to climb the mountain to connect with Great Spirit

The way, the truth and the light is listening to Kingdom of Heaven within,
and welcoming the Divine Light of our Being . . .

We all have it, even if we have forgotten

Brighten your spirits by firing up the lights of your inner Tree of Life . . .

Climate Change is an inevitable part of a seismic shift in our
collective consciousness or Great Awakening . . .

It will blow your mind, and shake your soul to its core . . .

See you further on up the trails,

Ari

Mountain Lion inspires leadership through a gentle soft imprint
We are reminded that we can be leaders without necessarily being in the spotlight

You can’t start a fire in a dark cave without a spark of light!

The black and colorful truth is here in America is that we have all been refugees
And from a position of empathy, we are all Standing Rocks . . .

This Winter Solstice as always, meditate on gratitude, and letting go  . . .

Let your inner theatre perceive the Empire relaxing its grip through the lens of love and light!

Be a cool cat, especially when in challenging social situations
Cats see well in the dark, so they are not afraid of mysterious ways

The last Full Moon of 2016 pounces in on Tuesday
Cold days and dark nights are in the air

Winter officially arrives next week . . .
Can you dig on the drift that we are climbing the last leg of
the mountain of another year?

Tis the season for the darkest day in our neck of the woods

But remember that even in darkness,
there is light at the end of the tunnel

If you miss the sunlight and warmer weather . . .

Picture our friends in the Southern Hemisphere
Might they inspire you to change your attitude about your latitude?

Something to look forward to . . .

Seasons change, whether you want the weather to change or not . . .
Remember that Summer is arriving

From that perspective, the forecast might end up
being one more case of getting what you no longer want!

Perhaps this cat’s eye viewpoint might
awaken the light inside of your soul, and brighten the spirits of others

See you further on up the trails,

Ari
