When I think of June,
I reflect on the energies of Butterfly,
and the powerful transformation they symbolize.

A Full Strawberry Moon arrives on Friday, June 5th.

It is also a Lunar Eclipse, marking the beginning of an
atypical three eclipses during an astrological eclipse season.

A Solar Eclipse adds heat to the normally rising intensities of
peak sunlight light during Summer Solstice on June 20th,
while the Winter Solstice comes about in the Southern hemisphere.

As such, it will be the longest day of light or night,
depending on where you are on Planet Earth.

The day after that, a New Moon reflects new beginnings of a new season.

And then the last Lunar Eclipse arrives on July 4,
Independence Day in the United States, followed by
a Full Buck Moon on July 5th.

Remember that Deer is symbollic of gentle allurment
into new adventures in consciousness.

Everything is changing so rapidly in the Universe today.

It is more important than ever to be gentle, and kind
on ourselves, and with our one human family.

But that can be challenging when examining institutionalized oppression,
like awakening to the reality of white privilege, white supremacy,
and resentments that run deep from those power imbalances.

What is underneath the protests, and rioting going on right now?

The truth is, nobody wins from abuses of power,
not even those on top of the pyramid.

A system that is set up to divide, and conquer winners versus losers
is unjust, and immoral – regardless of what line in the sand you stand.

Notice how the growing cost of these disparities invite more chaos
to level the playing field.

And then watch how chaos fuels increased security controls,
like the militarization of the police as people take to the streets.

But now more than ever, with the virus affecting our planet, and
the down-bound economic train affecting the human plight –

It appears more self-evident to me that the movement of labor pains are
intensifying as an old world dies, and a new one is being born.

We have been discussing this theme for many years now in this blog.

This is analgous to the way many people choose to have another child,
after their first experience with childbirth –
often do so because they often forget how painful giving birth is,
and how much work the labor of love is during the early stages of child rearing.

Some people say that about forgetting the reason we might choose
to incarnate as a soul on the Earth, or make the agreement to become mortal.

The miracle of childbirth is akin to any rebirth,
as well as the birth of a New Earth.

And within the blessing of these miracles,
there are also courses in curses.

Going back to the familiarity of an old world,
and an old paradigm is akin to the better the devil you know mentality.

Back when Lincoln was President, a lot of people didn’t want
to end slavery or deal with the consequences of systemic change.

Same thing with the 60s, when old roles, and ways of doing
things were changing, as is always the case during
cultural wars, like we are in right now.

There are those who say they just want things to go back to normal.

And yet, the normal we all knew was really a nightmare that was
merely the better devil otherwise known as a security blanket in consciousness.

Some people call the Age of Aquarias a great awakening of
our superhuman powers, a new human, or Homo Luminosity.

When we focus on the positive, and look for the silver lining, it doesn’t
mean that we don’t notice the dark, and stormy.

That would be like an ostrich burying its head in the sand,
or a toddler plugging its ears, and making noise to tune out
the unwanted perceptual experience.

What it does mean is that we can focus on our breath or a mantra to
help us be in the present moment, and realize that we can’t control
everything that happens to us.

Instead of paying attention to the 10,000 things that are waiting to
distract us from the truth of who we really are, we are training our selves
to pay purposeful attention to waking up to self-actualization, or our soul purpose.

But, to a much larger degree, we can control how we respond or
react to what comes our way.

Yeah, it does take work to adjust to the changes that accompany
movement from a grub to a caterpillar to a butterfly.

It is unrealistic to spiritually bypass one form over the other.

Before you can fly in the heavens,
you have to learn how to move along on the ground.

May we recognize the butterfly effect of our actions.

What are you building in the shadow areas?

What will they look like if they were to come out into the sunlight?

Through the polorizing rise in nationalism, and globalism, we can relax this
barrier by stepping into a unified field of awareness.

Just imagine the possibilities of sustainable green energy jobs, access to
energetically clean resources, like quality education, health care, meaningful
work for our human family, and all sentient beings.

Many people were very skeptical when the New Deal came about during
The Great Depression era in the United States.

But when the private sector dried up, and people were without jobs, there was no
more hiding behind the veil of band-aids, and skeleton life support systems.

Humanity does have a tendency to be at our best, when we are at our worst.
And humans do have a strong survival instinct, and are socially driven creatures.

We are creatively cognitive creatures craving meaning with deep feelings.
You can try to quell those with a garden variety of distractions.

But at the end of the day, it would be like
trying to convince a grub to not turn into a caterpillar,
or trying to con a caterpillar not to transform into a butterfly.

See you further along the trails,

Ari

Chickadees speak the truth in ways that are gentle and soft . . .
Their energy can help you authentically speak your truth without passive aggression
or other subtle acts of violence

And they can also help you become mindful of your communicative delivery

Some say that the truth hurts
But it doesn’t have to be that be that way!

Perhaps you are pondering whether or not to vote
for the Donald or Hillary in this upcoming American political election

Remember when Hitler perceived America as
having a greater harness on propaganda than Nazi Germany?

Has a big corporation like IBM followed through with reparations from
a genocidal arrangement against primarily Jews to target and dehumanize
the rising tide of right-wing scapegoats today?

And what about all the “right-sizing” big business does to justify laser-like precision
in cutting costs by outsourcing workers to justify cheap labor somewhere else?

Regardless of outcome, it is wise to prepare for the strong possibility that a bigoted
man of silver spoon white privilege will become president yet again . . .

Or arguably even more likely, we will have our first woman take office
Like her or not, that is progress here in America
where still most of our politicians and presidents are old, white men

Synchronizing with a passing new moon,
we need to talk about and entertain new
possibilities in our collective consciousness

Economic strangulation and domestic violence –
primarily against woman, black folks, people of color
and the poor and oppressed needs to stop!

Chickadees are fearless peaceful warriors
“If you see something, say something”

Let go of your fears that a half white black person, woman president,
or an honest candidate like Bernie Sanders can’t win or will be killed if elected

Picture the authentic will of the people’s appreciation over the interest of big money

Remember to stand in your own personal authority!

The black caps of chickadee symbolizes intellect and higher level thinking
There is such primordial power in blackness

Imagine ourselves as a diversified and unified portfolio –
Sharing equal slices of humble pie . . .

We are divergent expressions of Great Spirit

When we look through a lens of equality,
we honor and respect each other’s diversity in unity

In today’s overemphasis on a marketed-sex driven world-view . . .

Human sexuality is as complex as it ever was
But it is a systemic and holistic issue that is symbolic
of our modern world’s libido-centric malaise

Intimacy is a personal issue that projects itself outward
And so it is that masculine-yang desires to express itself
in the rising sunlight of the Northern hemisphere

Just because you are not in the mood to make love
does not mean that you will not enjoy the fruits of your labor

Consider allowing yourself the viewpoint that it would be
healthy to see your follow through in this area to be a private victory
rather than a personal-relational duty and sacrifice

See you further on up the trails,

Ari

Pole-vaulting over mouse turds exacerbates a foul ball old sport . . .
Paying careful attention to Life’s details is good medicine.

But be careful of analysis paralysis.

In chewing every piece of what you eat –
You might get trapped.

When bitter digestion arrives, please remember to stomach with grace.

Mouse is an embodiment of organizing and categorizing . . .

Have you filed away some sort of knowledge into a compartment –
for further re-examination down the line?

Remember that unnecessary hoarding and anxious busyness weighs us down.
Sometimes giving away what we cling to lightens up our load.

Is your energy too scattered by trying to do too many things?

Rather than getting lost in our modern world’s distractions and shake-ups –
Perhaps we delve into the largesse of spirit . . .

Tending our soulful gardens and examining our roots . . .

Do you see we are one diverse divinity connected  in Unity?

Or do you see us as doomed demons falling aimlessly down a black hole?

Infinite wisdom is revealed through scrutinizing self-reflection.
Being quiet and unobtrusive is helpful to that process . . .

What is going on right in front of you that was missed before?

Remember to stay alert, make positive interpretations and see the silver lining . . .
While sitting with the present moment with Love and Truth as our ally.

Sometimes saying no is saying yes
(and)
Less is more . . .

Working in rest into daily routine paradoxically
creates more space for productivity . . . Smarter not harder

The Tao does nothing and yet does nothing undone

Soulful authenticity opens doors for heartfelt mutual exchanges
When branching out with birds from a different flock
Let go of fear-based rejections that blocks authentic connections

In hardship, buried treasures are waiting to be unearthed when digging on
dormant lying old wounds woken up
But pain is an informer (lick them with a patient tongue)

Rushing? What’s the hurry to kill the living moment?
Sitting with what is – a walking meditation
Indulging in awakened doing oriented rituals with sacred meaning
rather than automated drone-like roboticism

Remembering to choose trust relaxes the Doubting Thomas
Faith in folks blazes a trail that boomerangs positive responses
Ripple effects Cosmic Karma

GMO labels and no drilling in Alaskan Chukchi Sea puts the safety button on the
Global Warming trigger . . .
May we weather Climate Change more gracefully

Listen to the Wise Sage within to smoke out avoiding our problems
serving super-sizes meals of conveniently inconvenient distractions from our pain
Running away instead of weaving into a walking meditation

Speaking your truth, while honoring your feelings without being invested
(and)
Letting go of it is the antidote to co-dependency in couple relationships

Thank You to woman’s circles that inspire us to bring in an energetic perspective that asserts,
“the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”
Integration of the feminine reaffirms and therefore increases the power of redefining masculinity.

Contemplation of the weight of the world is a heavy-hearted mind-set.
But we should not let that block pathways toward opening our minds to . . .
“grand and wonderful possibilities.”

While tweeting with my peeps in the woods recently, a chickadee joined in while singing harmonically. As we look back on the Spring Equinox, waning Moon, Fireball that gleamed the Eastern Seaboard of the Americas, Chickadee’s energy welcomes the budding Spring growth yangward. Light-masculine energy is gaining momentum and spirited energies are intensifying. The black head cap sitting atop chickadee’s head represents the intellect, higher level thinking and levitation of our perceptual fields of vision. Black is a beautiful color and it symbolizes mystery, dark feminine energies and creative womb of life waiting to give birth. Perhaps this is why Aboriginal Australian and African shamans are remembered as powerful medicine makers of the Dreamtime. Ever since I was a boy, the idea of mind over matter resonated deeply within my soul. Consumption of Chickadee medicine aids us in unearthing the mysteries of the mind and effectively navigate the dark. Although small in stature, Chickadees are fearless social creatures and tend to flit about in groups. Given that there are seven kinds of chickadees, they symbolize an individual’s consciousness rising above the material plane, or a triangle (3) rising above a square (4). There are seven rays of power, seven major planets and seven chakra centers. When our chakras are balanced, we know a deeper awareness and connection to the Universal pillar of Truth.

We know the tweet sounds true that the empire is addicted to its wars and lustful relationship with violence. We can’t get enough of it in the corporate media. As such, this negativity is dancing on the minds of the masses, in many cases unconsciously. But the violence is waking us up, as Great Spirit works in mysterious ways. When we are paying careful attention, we see concrete evidence that peace is being considered a seed worth watering. For example, a Federal Court ruled against the state of Alaska’s challenge to the National “Roadless Rule” that would have nullified it and allowed for deforestation on Nationally protected land. Some of our friends that advocate for federalism are glad to switch gears by crying a river of crocodile tears for state rights. Sometimes, this delayed process strategically undermines environmentally friendly, win-win business that sees through the fog of a maximum economic profit paradigm. Moreover, one of our conservative friends in Congress has asserted, “a more restrained foreign policy is the true conservative policy.” Will actions speak louder than words by rolling back 700 American empire bases around our Planet? As things heat up in the Middle East, more folks are waking up to the need for a cease-fire in Syria, ending the war in Afghanistan, sanctions against Iran and the blockade by Israel of the Palestine. Isn’t is possible for the Phoenix Rising to be a radical shift in our collective consciousness, rather than a pocket full of terrorism disrupting the status quo? If only our birds sitting atop their hight perch would heed Chickadee’s peaceful chimes of freedom, as the truth shall set us free.

Some will assert that the truth stinks like dung. While dung is necessary for compost, the truth does not have to hurt in the sense of feeling blocked. Rather, truth may drip gently, like water gradually building momentum. This process is akin to an internal martial arts practice in that true power builds gradually. In that light, April showers bring May flowers. Chickadee reminds us to sing our truth in a cheerful way that reverberates within our flowering individual and collective souls. Has anyone felt lighter than when listening to a singing chickadee, while basking in our Sun’s vitamin D and breathing in crocuses fragrantly?

See you further on down the trails,

Ari
