Gentle Truthful Expression by Chickadee

Chickadees speak the truth in ways that are gentle and soft . . .
Their energy can help you authentically speak your truth without passive aggression
or other subtle acts of violence

And they can also help you become mindful of your communicative delivery

Some say that the truth hurts
But it doesn’t have to be that be that way!

Perhaps you are pondering whether or not to vote
for the Donald or Hillary in this upcoming American political election

Remember when Hitler perceived America as
having a greater harness on propaganda than Nazi Germany?

Has a big corporation like IBM followed through with reparations from
a genocidal arrangement against primarily Jews to target and dehumanize
the rising tide of right-wing scapegoats today?

And what about all the “right-sizing” big business does to justify laser-like precision
in cutting costs by outsourcing workers to justify cheap labor somewhere else?

Regardless of outcome, it is wise to prepare for the strong possibility that a bigoted
man of silver spoon white privilege will become president yet again . . .

Or arguably even more likely, we will have our first woman take office
Like her or not, that is progress here in America
where still most of our politicians and presidents are old, white men

Synchronizing with a passing new moon,
we need to talk about and entertain new
possibilities in our collective consciousness

Economic strangulation and domestic violence –
primarily against woman, black folks, people of color
and the poor and oppressed needs to stop!

Chickadees are fearless peaceful warriors
“If you see something, say something”

Let go of your fears that a half white black person, woman president,
or an honest candidate like Bernie Sanders can’t win or will be killed if elected

Picture the authentic will of the people’s appreciation over the interest of big money

Remember to stand in your own personal authority!

The black caps of chickadee symbolizes intellect and higher level thinking
There is such primordial power in blackness

Imagine ourselves as a diversified and unified portfolio –
Sharing equal slices of humble pie . . .

We are divergent expressions of Great Spirit

When we look through a lens of equality,
we honor and respect each other’s diversity in unity

In today’s overemphasis on a marketed-sex driven world-view . . .

Human sexuality is as complex as it ever was
But it is a systemic and holistic issue that is symbolic
of our modern world’s libido-centric malaise

Intimacy is a personal issue that projects itself outward
And so it is that masculine-yang desires to express itself
in the rising sunlight of the Northern hemisphere

Just because you are not in the mood to make love
does not mean that you will not enjoy the fruits of your labor

Consider allowing yourself the viewpoint that it would be
healthy to see your follow through in this area to be a private victory
rather than a personal-relational duty and sacrifice

Secure Footing in the Waters of Life with Blue Heron

Blue Heron swoops in this week . . .

Beltane’s arrival signals the mid-point between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice
A New Moon comes later this week as Yang rises

Heron is a conservative tribe that inspires
aggressive self-determination and self-reliance . . .

These powerful birds tend to view themselves as king of the marsh

Their long legs remind us of our deep connection with Mother Earth
Like the roots of a wise old tree, they reflect standing firmly in the ground

We need our legs to be securely anchored in Nature’s shifting tides
so that we do not drown in Her undertow

May the Force Awaken when you breathe in through the top of your head
Let your Chi flow downward, draining from the soles of your feet
Feel your energy flow while sinking into the ground . . .

Know how to stand on your own two legs
Your intuition will tell you when to stick your neck out and snatch opportunities

But for now, just relax and allow things to happen organically

When situational factors call for a change in your game plan,
Meditation on Heron awakens the ability to readjust our perspective

Instead of needing to “figure it all out”, paralyzed by the minutia of problems
Trust the flow of the Universe to provide novel solutions to present themselves when the time is right

A seductive vote for Donald Trump, behind the smokescreen,
simply reveals a greedy silver spoon rebel without a cause
Whilst in reality, a vote for him is a vote for more oppression by the Empire
vilifying the poor and oppressed is not being pro-American

A vote for Hillery Clinton is new on the surface,
in the sense that America would give birth to Her first woman as President,
an elderly minority of the opulent White woman of course . . .

And then there is Bernie Sanders running on the political playing field
Ever humble, modest and honest, though a minority candidate that comes
from lower middle class Jewish heritage
Did you know that back in the 90’s, powerful feminist
Gloria Steinem coined Sanders an “honorary woman”

There is a rising climate of consciousness on our Planet today that
wants to level the playing field through a motivation
for all of us to live, work and play together in a socially democratic fashion

But we are living in divisive times today . . .
Like Yin and Yang, order and chaos are mixing it up

Today’s violence reminds us of our need to step up to peace
Be part of the solution by loving yourself and one another

It is imperative to heal our illusion of us and them
May we let go of a dying old elitist world mentality that glamorize angels and demons

Remember that out of the ashes,
a Phoenix Rising is born anew

Catching and Releasing Judgments with Pelican’s Guidance

Pelican flies into our daily meditations

We are guided into the realm of forgiveness and
releasing judgments that we hold toward others and often ourselves

Our judgments can be incessant like a chattering monkey
They carry a charge and have a tendency to target others

In this space, viewing the perceived transgressions of someone else
looks like a separate entity from our own identity

It’s easy to search, find and target blame here . . .

But for now we have a spiritual opportunity here to take a
closer look at the unexamined shadow side of our own souls
to see our own reflection

Might as well go deep into your heart and find forgiveness
Dig deep to release your judgments to the Universe to
transmute them into the Light

Yang is rising now until He peaks on the Summer Solstice
in the Northern Hemisphere

Yin gains momentum in the Southern Hemisphere
where She shrouds Yang

Nature reveals that everything is transitory, fleeting and ephemeral

What looks like a curse might very well be a blessing in disguise
It just doesn’t seem like that right now from a place of judgment

When we hold on to our judgments,
We become blocked from cleaner flowing energetic waters

Pelicans are good role models for balancing competition and cooperation
They know when to catch and release fish

Meditation on forgiveness awakens the reality of inner peace
Our souls become lighter and more buoyant

Do whatever you can to let your judgements go
and allow your blossoming spiritual power to grow

Wall Street candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are
Imperial front-runner politicians advancing their
political careers in a well-oiled machine

Ask yourself who would the Klan vote for?
Then simply vote for someone else in good standing with the poor and oppressed

Look at social democratic challenger Bernie Sanders stoking the embers
of the will of the people by simply calling for our
constitutional right to promote our society’s general welfare . . .

With all these new beginnings and changing tides, a New Moon must be in the air

Into the Sea of Consciousness with Gull

Sea Gull guides us into new horizons with a New Moon this week . . .

Subtleties of communication teach us to read between the lines
Between land and sea, we hear the mystical vibrations of shorelines

Seagulls remind us that reality has both surface and depth

In their natural habitat, Herrings personify these transitional tides –
Symbolic of land and air within multidimensional realities

The reason the conflict of duality exists –
Is that there is tension of opposites . . .

When seen through our lower chakras –
We see a dirty view of doom and gloom

And there is a reality to that perception

But when perceived through the eyes of the upper chakras –
We see a Oneness and cosmic connection to All That Is

May we collectively see one another, our planet
and beyond from that vantage point . . .

Standing in the space of inner peace we can experience
Expanded consciousness in the Universe throughout

Just say fairly well to a dying old world
Grease your gears by fluidly shifting into the birth of a New Earth

“Let go and let God” . . .

Now is the time to embrace the living moment

Open your hearts and minds to the budding magic, mystery and synchronicity
They want to express themselves to you in the form of unfolding Divinity

Body language is the psychology of communication

Firing Up the Chinese New Year with Monkey

Synchronizing with a New Moon in Aquarius on Monday

Monkey fires up smart and powerful images in Chinese culture especially –
Reflecting qualities of ambition, adventure and irritability by our close relatives

Like Aquarius, Monkeys are eclectic with strong intellects
There is a sense of doing their own thing
But they also have an intense desire to connect with others
in socially conscious ways

Monkey dreams symbolize a soulful need to feel connected in community
It’s hard to feel alienated and isolated when we feel a sense of belonging

Monkey’s energy embodies mischievousness, cleverness and curiosity
By George, they can come across as merry naughty pranksters

When exhibiting monkey-like wit, intelligence and magnetism . . .
Be mindful of how your humor might repel others and might cause hurt feelings

And when you’ve been tricked by a monkey . . .
Try not to take life too seriously
“it’s only life after all”

Humor has a way of getting into our bones so that
we can look at things differently through a lighter lens

We can all stand to learn from Monkey’s eccentric nature by loosening our firm grip
by allowing playfulness and entertainment to stimulate our souls

True, our more serious of minds tend to get put off
by their sly and restless orientation

Creative solutions require ingenuity and resourcefulness

Just imagine how much good could be done with all the political money that
is wasted on commercialism, self-promotion
and advertising in American politics

Isn’t it interesting to see how the militaristic Empire shoots down Bernie Sanders
for flying into an Aquarian “we” consciousness zone?

Sanders is not new to the political football field
He just calls for a new offensive scheme that is in alignment with
a new way of doing business through win-win play calling

The time is Tao to throw away the old business as usual
conservative play calling that sells an evil is as evil does feigned choice

We do not have to buy into the commercial that says that
Power to the people can’t win

Instead of pounding our chests to patriotic God Bless American anthems
We swing to the soulful tunes of God Bless Mother Earth

Movement toward economic equality and leveling impulses
are perceived by some as a threat to our system

This land was made for Aquarian unity!

Humans, like monkeys do have a natural way of
compassion, understanding and bonding

When Nature is cultivated and supported, its jungles grow organically
And we all blossom from that kind of gardening!

Dream a Lucid Dream with Loon

Hawk and a New Moon flew past us at the tail end of last week
Loon now chimes into our Dreamtime . . .

Mercury is in Retrograde again –

Offering a deepening appreciation for increased
communication breakdowns in logical and left-brain systems

Swimming with Loon guides us into intuitive streams of thought and
powerful currents of feminine waters, creative contemplations and meditations

Powers of lucid dreaming are stronger now

Groundhog Day and a Chinese New Year of the Monkey
Arrive in early February

By then, underground seeds of spring will begin subtly stirring

But for now, Loon guides us further into the waters of our souls
Singing resurface songs to free our submerged selves

Reawakening old wishes and dreams hoping to come up for air
Perhaps their energies have been caught up in underwater stagnation

Imaginative Dreamtime wants to illuminate their slumbering darkness

The old ways of the status quo are outdated roadmaps for new business

Death is in the air this time of year in the Northern hemisphere . . .

But death without dying through lucid dreaming is a real possibility
So there is no need to be spooked by the resurrection of old ghosts

Yes, our bodies will expire . . .
But they are vessels that require nurturing for safe travels
Might as well balance work, play, rest and diet is spiritual health for our souls

The death of Winter evokes a soul facing its ultimate mortality
Part of our work here is to soften our human attachments

May we relax our fear of aging, loss and dying!

Hawk Circling Around Here Again

The magical energy of a New Year and New Moon swoop in this week –
In the wake of the visionary air of Hawk

Hawk’s energetic connections to Mercury are good reminders to not take
Retrograde Twilight Zone mind tricks too seriously

Remember the Oz like smokescreen screenplay we are all enticed to buy into
is an illusion with a reality to that perception . . .

Yes, the corporate media serves up more bad news for us to gobble up
and try to keep us afraid of our own dark sides and shades of grey

There is so much tragedy for our eyes to see

But a New hope for this Chinese year of the Monkey is a healthy opportunity
to rise to the challenge of tuning down the internalized background noises of
surround sound chatter and underlying anxieties

Or just the freedom to not pick up the incessant and repetitive mental tapes
that dominate internal voice mail systems

Hawk helps us become aware of the obvious signs and synchronicities
that might have been hiding in the shadows

Meditation on Temperance reveals

See with the wide open angle gaze of Hawk
Look at the big picture without getting lost in the details

Take responsibility instead of blaming others

A New Moon has passed over the horizon
Always a good time to ignite new beginnings in your consciousness

A Full Cold Moon arrives on Christmas day
Not long after the Winter Solstice –
Where darkness peaks at that time

Pretty soon, our days will slowly become longer in the Northern Hemisphere
Sunlight rises day after day until it peaks on
the Summer Solstice in June

Mountain Lion guides us into the true power of an internal martial artist
Cultivating energetic momentum that builds gradually like water
A cumulative effect of simmering softness of feminine energy has risen again

Accept responsibility and leap into action
Adjust your game plan at any given moment and respond accordingly

Meditate on the primal elemental forces of water and darkness . . .

How many times have we feared our own feminine nature?

Relax into any unknown adventures  along the way

Taking Flight and Movin’ On Up with Turkey Vulture

In this Moon’s darkness
The light of a New one awaits on the horizon

May we be guided by Turkey Vulture through longer nights
with a bright purifying rebirth on the way . . .

The return of the Winter Solstice is coming soon again
After that, we start coaxing back the light

Something to look forward to . . .

Come down into your souls and levitate above the old
dying emotions that have sucked life out of your energy field

Release those stuck energies and renew your power
Let them go so they can return to a black hole where they can rest in peace

Instead of hating the real perceived targets we call enemies
We shall make friends with a new world where we respect our diversity

It can feel gut wrenching to watch predator and prey do their thing
But take a closer look and examine why this moment presented itself to you
And see if the message becomes clear to you upon that self-reflection

The egoic voice in the head that judges some of us as better than others
Parrots that some of us are more worthy of being saved or damned to be cursed
Like for example the recent segregationist thinking that
says we should demonize the Islamic State

If it’s not one picture of an enemy, it’s another
as processed, sold and bought on the corporate media

There are vultures and fire everywhere
Don’t get sucked into the seductive dramas of apocalyptic doom and gloom

Change the channel and tune in to your feelings and dreams
Give back the remote control to yourself, rather than outsourcing
your inner kingdom to the outer world’s dysfunction

That old world reptilian brain wants to keep you in a fearful place
Time to release those old mental scripts that are scared of their own shadow

When the old self dies, a new identity is reborn
It takes time before the dust settles
Rome wasn’t built, nor destroyed in a day

In the burning fields, new organic pastures are growing
Might as well mulch the reality of inner peace
and transform it into a more realistic possibility

On the inside, we are discovering the freedom to take the fight out of
releasing old mountains that must now move out-of-the-way
So that we can look upon our souls from a cleaner perch

Humankind can embody its name
In the death of our divisive ways, may we embrace our colorful diversity
And use it to our advantage by sharing our resources in harmonic reciprocity
