Frogs Hop In

It has been said that Frog hears thunderclouds,
and call in the rains to give our souls a spring cleaning

And here we are living in times of purification

Giving ourselves permission to grieve and experience sadness
is part of learning how to be an authentic human being

The light may be rising, but the whispering
dark nights of Winter have left their mark

Attachments to our friends, relations, and peers is part of being human

And yet it is good medicine to meditate on
letting go, releasing, and relaxing these attachments

When racing thoughts, and the anxieties of the chattering monkey mind
are weighing you down . . .

Picture a Frog with a mantra to “stop it!”

Remember when we are feeling lost and alone,
we should honor those feelings with gentle examination

At the same time, we can trust that the sunshine and rainbows are on their way

Like the Phoenix Rising, it is always darkest before dawn

Try not to get sucked into the murky quick sand of societal’s swamp

Keep your wits about you, and remember to explore
the playground of your inner tapestry with empathy and curiosity

Even if someone gives you a superficial compliment about the way you look,
just say “thank you.”

Meditation on gratitude is always an attitude adjustment
in allowing your heart to take in the love that you deserve

It’s harder to have an icy heart, when you shine the light of compassion on it

May the arriving Wesak Full Moon in later April
shower the Buddha’s light onto your soul!

Slowing Down Our Pace with a Spiritually Protective Turtle’s Shell

Turtles have been living on this planet longer than dinosaurs
Humans have been living on Earth less than that

And yet many of us are living like dinosaurs, caught up in a karmic loop
of the reptilian mind – obsessed with order and control issues

A perpetual state of fear is the psychological reality for many
the glass is seen as half empty, which creates anxieties about the fear of loss

But Turtle’s shells reflect safety, security and protection

It’s always good to slow down and return to the mindfulness of our breath

With a Solar Eclipse New Moon, and Lunar New Year arriving this week
Stirrings of Spring energies are waking up underground

Can you feel their movement into new beginnings and foreshadowing
of above ground changes in the air, like a fading stock exchange
and military-industrial complex?

We are all children of God, even Donald Trump
The time is now to purge and release our ideas of separation

Us and Them kind of thinking is devolution
Demonizing our demons will not bring us to the Light

Why are there movements to impeach Donald Trump,
hold power abusers accountable, create a more equitable economic system,
nurture minority/woman’s rights, and
provide safety nets like universal health care?

Will Trump quit before he gets impeached, then live out the rest of his life
pontificating about being persecuted, and ensconced in seeing himself as a victim?

Why is there such push back to justify going to war against perceived enemies,
under the guise of national security?

It is because oppression needs to have a privileged few on top,
and an overwhelming majority on the bottom to feed the machine

But we are all in this together . . .

Human beings are complex creatures, and our relationships
are greater than the sum of our parts

Look upon one another as mirrors to help us reflect the light of love and truth

Remember that it takes less energy to love than to hate

It has been said that Dog is “man’s best friend” . . .

In this Chinese New Year of the Dog, meditation on Dog can inspire
a deep compassion for our human shortcomings,
and loyalty to our one human family

Chickadee Amplifies Gentle Fountains of Spring Songs

Can you hear the tweets from our Chickadee peeps in the trees?

Their higher wisdom reminds us that harmony can exist –
If we just remember to breathe . . .

But you can’t do that if you are attached to your position
and listening to the voice in your head, instead of
hearing the heart-mind another

How often do you hear the cheerful expression of truth
in the old world today?

The black truth is that mental illness runs rampant across our planet today
Addictions to dirty energies accompanies this insanity

We have a bloated President,
Towered by an inflated Military-Industrial Complex

New Waves of Divine Love, Light and Truth are trying to enter into
our mind-body-spirits to help us purify our souls development

They want to awaken an authentic healing wellness that resonates in our Being

Our consciousness must transform, and branch out into
greener pastures that grows roots into seven generations ahead

The higher consciousness of Chickadee reminds us that
the truth does not need to hurt but can be sung with a gentle and soft melody

You know we are living in dangerous times, where
galactic violence is accelerating . . .

Many people and Nation States are pounding their chests aggressively –
There is too much posturing, barking, nagging , and machismo military might

It reminds me of a toddler that did not want to share, or was angry
about an age-appropriate limit being set by someone older and wiser

Re-examine everything you have been taught to believe about your
relationship with yourself, and your relationship to the world around you

Look at how you have been conditioned to buy into the belief that
there are winners and there are losers, that people get what they deserve.
And then explore the opposite side of that coin

Meditate on the mantra, “Nothing is as it seems . . . Nor is it the opposite”
But please do so in your heart with  a sweet singing earworm of Chickadee

Turtle Guides Us Through the Land and Seas of Time

We are now in a Pisces time of year,
where our souls want to surf the mutable waters of changing tides

Time to venture deeper and higher into spiritual authenticity . . .

A New Moon and round two of February eclipses are arriving
Death of Winter, past lives, and an old age is becoming more real

Turtle is here to remind us to take shelter from the storm
Paradoxically, letting go of control awakens new beginnings in relationship

Now is the time to nurture and honor relationship with Higher Self
Love is patient and kind . . .

Turtles have been around longer than dinosaurs
They are survivors, with ancient wisdom

Turtle guides us into a Higher vibration of Love
In this dimension, we understand love is about letting go of what we fear of losing

Love is not about trying to control, change or fix someone else
Love is beyond an intellectual concept that resides in the ego’s illusion

Love is beyond tit for tat, manipulation or using your snake oil to
enchant someone else to bend their will to your bidding

A majority of people out there either think they love or hate Donald Trump
But those base emotions just feed his ego, and energize his narcissism

Not to mention drain your own energy field and gives away your power
That isn’t going to help us co-create a New World

President Trump is a metaphor . . .

His presence here is a sign of the times – a key dynamic to
becoming the change we want to see in the world

At the end of the day, any con artist with the King Midas touch is conning himself
by believing that everything he touches will turn to gold

A Phoenix doesn’t rise until it has burned in the ashes first
This is symbolic of where we are at on the clock of Father Time

Empathy in action realizes that President Trump is part of us, like a grain
of salt or star-dust in the cosmos – none better nor worse than another

Spring is arriving, and pretty soon light and dark will be in alignment again
on Spring Equinox in later March . . .

Energies are intensifying, and it becomes a time ripe for action
as we move further into the masculine energies of yang’s light

Remember, we are all One, albeit diverse expressions of Great Spirit

Slithering into New Holes with Snake

A Full Buck Moon fades into the backdrop
Peak light on the Summer Solstice sets further away on the horizon . . .

Here in Maine, Governor Paul LePage and company
represent developmentally delayed politics

Currently, we witness a parallel process unfolding
in the presidential candidacy of overt bigot Donald Trump

Now back to business with the Clinton’s . . .
Did they really go anywhere?

The torch of a smoldering Bernie Sanders campaign
cannot be extinguished entirely

Because the political waves of social-democratic change is a rising tide
of a New Age consciousness that is still weathering labor pains

Venoms and poisons are toxic to our planet
Paradoxically, we all have an opportunity for personal transformation

May we rework success from an inside out perspective!

We are living in an era where
we are shedding dead skins from a passing old world

In that, an awakening New Earth is cross-pollinating

Don’t buy into the reptilian fear-based mental tapes
that saturate the public mind

Is an alternative vote for someone other than
the proverbial lesser of two evils really a wasted vote?

Or just an energetic vote that moves closer to love and further away from fear?

See the truth of oneness through the eyes of love, light and laughter . . .

Gentle Truthful Expression by Chickadee

Chickadees speak the truth in ways that are gentle and soft . . .
Their energy can help you authentically speak your truth without passive aggression
or other subtle acts of violence

And they can also help you become mindful of your communicative delivery

Some say that the truth hurts
But it doesn’t have to be that be that way!

Perhaps you are pondering whether or not to vote
for the Donald or Hillary in this upcoming American political election

Remember when Hitler perceived America as
having a greater harness on propaganda than Nazi Germany?

Has a big corporation like IBM followed through with reparations from
a genocidal arrangement against primarily Jews to target and dehumanize
the rising tide of right-wing scapegoats today?

And what about all the “right-sizing” big business does to justify laser-like precision
in cutting costs by outsourcing workers to justify cheap labor somewhere else?

Regardless of outcome, it is wise to prepare for the strong possibility that a bigoted
man of silver spoon white privilege will become president yet again . . .

Or arguably even more likely, we will have our first woman take office
Like her or not, that is progress here in America
where still most of our politicians and presidents are old, white men

Synchronizing with a passing new moon,
we need to talk about and entertain new
possibilities in our collective consciousness

Economic strangulation and domestic violence –
primarily against woman, black folks, people of color
and the poor and oppressed needs to stop!

Chickadees are fearless peaceful warriors
“If you see something, say something”

Let go of your fears that a half white black person, woman president,
or an honest candidate like Bernie Sanders can’t win or will be killed if elected

Picture the authentic will of the people’s appreciation over the interest of big money

Remember to stand in your own personal authority!

The black caps of chickadee symbolizes intellect and higher level thinking
There is such primordial power in blackness

Imagine ourselves as a diversified and unified portfolio –
Sharing equal slices of humble pie . . .

We are divergent expressions of Great Spirit

When we look through a lens of equality,
we honor and respect each other’s diversity in unity

In today’s overemphasis on a marketed-sex driven world-view . . .

Human sexuality is as complex as it ever was
But it is a systemic and holistic issue that is symbolic
of our modern world’s libido-centric malaise

Intimacy is a personal issue that projects itself outward
And so it is that masculine-yang desires to express itself
in the rising sunlight of the Northern hemisphere

Just because you are not in the mood to make love
does not mean that you will not enjoy the fruits of your labor

Consider allowing yourself the viewpoint that it would be
healthy to see your follow through in this area to be a private victory
rather than a personal-relational duty and sacrifice

Waxing Gratitude Following a Waning Fragrant Full Flower Moon

A Whale of a Tide Rolling In

Whale guides us into deeper seas of our shared collective consciousness
May we be hip to the presence of the multidimensional wavelengths of Mother Earth

Their sonar is an empathic connection to Her planetary heartbeat

Exhale dead air and breathe in a sailor’s delight

Whales give good pod casts on healthy family matters
We are redefining family and learning to pool our resources together . . .

Through Whale medicine, we hear inside ourselves with deeper insights
Our sensitivities are powering up in the Tao of now

Spring astrological Eclipse storms are brewing
the winds of change are blowing in the air

The jet streams of nouveaux energies
want to light the torches of chi that surrounds and binds us

As luminous beings, may we awaken our “liminal” experiences
that were perhaps previously submerged underwater

A Full Snow Moon appears in the skies
As Nature’s sunlight is rising

Do you feel the underground weather heating up?

On Spring Equinox . . .
Light and dark forces will be in transient balance

Picture Whale cresting near a shoreline
beneath the bounty of a mountain range

Take in this Divine Love into your hearts

Whale blows steam into the waters of an egalitarian New Earth
May our medicine shields release and let-go of
dualities and relax tendencies to demonize ill-perceived enemies

Imagine floating cities flowing with free and clean energy
with equal access to resources . . .

See these possibilities crest on our horizon –
Revealing a New World of healthy Galactic interdependence

We are polarized right now on Planet Earth
The American political stage is no exception . . .

Art imitates reality with Trump and Sanders playing on opposite sides of the
political football field, while the other players cluster somewhere in the middle

One wants to rigidly build more divisive boarders and the other wants to facilitate
safe passage and increased traffic flow through egalitarian causeways

The Military-Industrial Complex and its group psychology of mass manipulation
Takes an authentic look at itself and realizes

Now is the time to relax the rigid and
compartmentalized grip on the public mind

Do you have the faith to allow the universal pillars of Love and Truth set you free?

Nurturing program development of a spiritually reflective lens of Self
Facilitates movement into the creative waters of an actualized soul potential

See that our suffering is largely a product of “the ghettos of the mind”

Becoming a Full Wolf Moon

Picture a Wolf as you tune in to the energies of a Full Moon arriving on Saturday . . .

May we remember our mystical connections to the Moon –
Awakening perceptual hidden knowledge and wisdom

Beaming in the light of consciousness in our everyday realities . . .

Let Wolf invoke your own wise teacher within
to help you find your own path to follow

Wolf’s tracks reveal wise spiritual guidance counsel along the trails
Encouraging us to allow our diverse hearts to beat together in oneness

Bring back balance to our energetic pack connection to one another . . .
May we harmonize with our diversity in unity

Mercury in Retrograde spins yesteryear recordings of a time
when hungry wolf packs howled outside old tribal villages

How do your past experiences play out in your present reality?
What do you have to learn about yourself from past relationships and experiences?

Sometimes we are revisited by meaningful connections in our consciousness
through dreams, visions or even physical contact

Winter is a natural time of year to open-up our hearts to feel sadness
It is healthy for us to grieve the passing
of our loved ones who are no longer physically with us in our lives

Perhaps a past relationship or a change in your identity has resurfaced for you

It is good to process these feelings about past relationships
that have faded away in time and space

May we resurrect their imprint that lives on inside our souls . . .

Training ourselves to let go of our fear of loss and shed old scar tissue
Reveals the depth and power of love

As humans, we will always have attachments
Because we are entangled with form

But as spiritual beings having human experiences
We can soften our attachments by relaxing the ties that bind

Call on your guides, like Archangel Michael to help you with this process
Or get some good therapy to help you along

Gone are the days of being a lone wolf

Contemplate your politics of anger for a moment . . .

Donald Trump personifies hiding behind the surface of this primal emotion
Just observe how he feels justified in building a Berlin Wall around his heart
and greedily buys into a segregationist us and them mentality –
Capturing those sentiments shared by the Fear Factor in others

But Bernie Sanders strikes a chord of an Aquarian we consciousness that resonates
with the collective will of the people in much the same way
as Civil Rights activists transformed their anger into positive and constructive action
Like him, many of us understands that we are all in this together

A more fair and just society belongs to all of us . . .
Equality means that the voices of black folks, GLBTQ people
and others that are marginalized
are just as important for us to hear as humans that sit in privilege

Economic strangulation suffocates all of us, whether realized or not

Are you feeding your inner wise wolf or the angry wolf?

A Buddha-Christ-like Carbon Footprint in the Park

The Winter Solstice arrives this week in the Northern Hemisphere
A Full Cold Moon on Christmas signifies a
birth of the coldest, darkest and longest nights of the year . . .

After that we will begin to coax back the light of masculine-yang

Paradoxically, our friends in the Southern Hemisphere experience peak light –
Where masculine-yang reaches its zenith on the Summer solstice . . .
And then a downhill run toward rising dark nights of feminine-yin

Like it or not, pain and suffering are part of life
But most of us want to be happy

So here we sit in a chair with paradoxical tension of opposites

Pain is inevitable, but suffering is a choice
Pain is a wound that hurts
Let yourself feel sad in your heart for this . . .

Our ancestors that have left this planet
frequently revisit us during a death cycle in Nature

Do you remember the Buddha’s God realized teachings on compassion in the park?

Become the courage to move deeper into your pain through a lens of compassion
Gently allow yourself to maintain a graceful and compassionate gaze of Deer

Happiness as a way of life is a real possibility
Sing in the whispering winds to the key of inner peace

Christmas is coming to signal the birth of Christ Consciousness
Might as well come down into your soul and Love one another

Because the gift of your presence here is worth receiving!

Remember that soap opera around your pain is of your own creation . . .
Just own it and move forward!
