Inner Peace, Coregulation, Turtles, And A Full Snow Moon.

Images Created by Aunt Barbara Merlotti

A Full Snow Moon arrives on February 27th, and welcomes back ancestral traditions of honoring this Moon for representing peak snowfall accumulation. If rocks are part of your spiritual path, it’s a good time to let them rest and recharge underneath this Full Moon so that you can recalibrate them in your sacred meditation space. We all need to rest, especially with the cultural war raging on, coupled with the slow melt of the pandemic. It isn’t just the school community I work in that is hitting the wall during these hard times. And the lingering shadows of Old Man Winter are nothing to sneeze at either, if you’ll pardon the puns. But visions of Vernal Equinox, and Big Night, when the salamanders make their romantic midnight run to get it on, dance sensuously in our hearts and heads. How do tiny salamanders make it to far reaching vernal pools against all odds? Indeed, they have great forces of Nature, and lurking predators to contend with. Maintaining perspective is a key dynamic to happiness as a way of life. Patience in communication with each other is critical to that. Building bridges of understanding in our connections with one another will support positive development in human relationships.

Switching horses for a moment, when I think of turtles, I think of survivors. Turtles have been around longer than humans, and have even left dinosaurs in the dust. If you’re anything like the rest of the planet and me, then you could probably stand to meditate on the virtue of patience. Whenever I feel like I’m pushing the river or running the hurry up offense unnecessarily, I try to remember to keep my wits about me by visualizing a turtle to help ground me to the Earth. If only I can catch the wave of a mindful moment to swim with the current by allowing what is to happen, rather than striving to make it happen. Easier said than done. In my younger days, the spirit of Rabbit dominated my energy field over Turtle, as I was almost always on the hop. Who would I be without the charge of my hypervigalant nervous woodland creature energy? Suffering from young man’s disease means that you see faster as better, and competative worrying as a strength. But as my years of living on the planet advance, I feel more connected to Turtle’s spiritual therapy these days.

Furthermore, it is wise to realize that happiness doesn’t mean that we are above or below the tones of pleasant, unpleasant, and neutral feelings. If you are paying purposeful attention to your feelings, then you’ll notice that most of them don’t last more than 15 to 30 seconds. Indeed, they are like a river. So, what’s with all the sensational headliners? Is this suffering really an outrage or will this too so shall pass? Not to project my anthropomorphism onto Turtle, but I do believe their spirits will just watch without any judgment or clinging to any primary feelings or secondary emotions that might arise in its wake. Pretty sure Turtle wouldn’t get seduced into a partisan Congressional quagmired debate. No dark earmarks, bloated military industrial complex budget, Qanon or Trumpamania either. Perhaps more likely, we might entertain a peaceful, and non-violent act of civil disobedience. But melting the ice I don’t think so. This doesn’t mean turtles aren’t fierce or that they’re wimpy. They’ll let you know when they’re angry, and are good teachers on knowing when to retreat into your shadowy shell or let your head out into the sun for some vitamin d.

More importantly, revolutionary spirit is in the air as we move in a New Aquarian Age. But what old ways still have meaning in this New Earth we are transitioning in together? Cocreating Heaven on Earth means that we are getting in touch with the better angels of our Higher Selves to support our universal connection to one another during our shared coexistence on Mother Earth. Diversity in Unity means that we are all connected. Like may attract like, but remember that even opposites attract because the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. All voices matter so that we can honor our differences, and also be true to our oneness. Clearly, there are old patterns and wounds that we still need to release and heal before we can really move forward. Part of that healing is to hear that the attraction to Trump is “a belief that government should not run our lives, and limit our freedoms.” And while I can appreciate the sentiment, he is part of the problem, not the solution. BIPOC and LGBTQ + are not a threat to humanity, but rather weave an integral part of our collective inner tapestry.

For example, take a look at Bernie Sanders as an embodiment of revolutionary spirit, and of working Turtle energy in the positive. Now that’s an elderly white man of privilege that will give you the shirt off his back. All people like him are saying is that capitalism, socialism, and the democratic process can all coexist equally.  “The spiritual war that we have in our world right now wants us to cling to these fearful stories, take sides, and blame someone for our pain. We have to remember our togetherness and really what unites us which is our spirit. Our spirit is made of all of the same Divine Light.” Letting go of the Military-Industrial Complex’s concentration of power in our lives is breaking down, and we can see that through the eyes of disorder in our world. There is no one size fits all T-shirt folks. Don’t be tricked into believing that fixed ideas and attachments to them are not the real natural disasters and war drums that divide and conquer us. There is enough, and we can all win. It is unconstitutional not to level the playing field by promoting the general welfare of the public. But isn’t that obvious?

Looking back, we have discussed the growing body of evidence that supports the existence of the UFOs, extraterrestrials, multidimensional beings, etc. But keep in mind, there are many historical reports of these phenomena that existed prior to the Roswell incident back in July, 1947. For example, Leonardo Da Vinci was reportedly visited by “light beings”, and  Michelangelo, Christopher Columbus, and Nostradomus reportedly saw some sort of UFO or otherwise unexplained apparent aerial phenomena that shifted their consciousness back then. Also, there are many culturally accepted stories by Indiginous people about “sky people” that trace lineage connections to humankind. Here in America, “multiple states” reported sightings in the 1800s. In his book Passport to the Cosmos: Human Transformation and Alien Encounters (1999), the late Dr. John E. Mack, who was a Harvard psychiatrist, and department chair, came out for his support of his clients that claimed to have been abducted by aliens. Dr. Mack believed that his clients had experienced something real that was traumatic, perhaps that their souls had really been abducted. However, it was unclear whether this experience was physical or more multidimensional in nature. A trauma informed lens would appreciate the meaningful reality of what they went through that had lead to transformational experiences in their consciousness. What is it that we need to revisit in our consciousness? What more do we have to learn about the truth of this phenomena as the Pentagon continues to relax its guarded secrecy, and disclose the information that it has been hiding from us?

Additionally, during this “dreamy” Pisces time of year, it is a time to “let go, surrender . . . (and) connect to our oneness, own spiritual path, mystical side of life, (and) reorder the sacredness of life.” It is within the elemental forces now to examine an old part of yourself that needs to die so that you can be reborn. During this process, we are invited to face our fears, and explore what is hiding in the shadows of our unconscious so that we can “bring love to it.” Meditation on Venus’ rising tide evokes passages through a death/rebirth cycle of inner transformation that reflects an out with the old, in with the new perspective that mirrors springtime. Many moons ago, I remember an old friend saying that she “got depressed” around springtime. This makes sense because it is natural to grieve the loss associated with the death of the old self. You might not even like Winter, but even so it can be hard to say goodbye to yesterday. Remember that we are part of Nature, not separate from Her, nor Her seasons. But the sun of Father Sky still rises to lighten our spirits, and the Moon still shines on and moves the tides. As humans, we are mostly water, which is a conductor of sound frequency, which Whale is deeply aligned with. “We are assisting mother Gaia (Earth) in giving birth. She has been waiting for us, patiently. Her water has broken and we are gathered ’round to assist her in any and every way possible. She doesn’t ask that we prepare in any way. She simply asks us to show up and assist her to remain calm and trust that all will go well in her delivery process. The cataclysmic occurrences on the planet as of recent have simply been Gaia’s very intense labor contractions. She needs us now, more than ever.”

Finally, according to the sacred geometrical Arcturian wisdom, “The energy of frequency helps you remain within your own energy. Quite often we conform ourselves to others, thus raising or lowering ourselves to a frequency that isn’t ours. By proclaiming your truth with love, you will start processes that may influence others. More unity will be visible!” Moreover, inner peace is about a vibrational-dimensional shift that takes place from the inside out. That being said, a trauma-informed/mental health oriented term that is gaining popularity in schools today is called coregulation. When you get down to the nuts and bolts of it, anyway you shapeshift, coregulation is when we are able to influence each other in ways that supports empathic heartfelt connections with each other.

In conclusion, you’ve all heard the old saying, misery loves company. That’s why sympathy cards and gossip generate so much attraction. But generally speaking, neither does much by way of co regulation or helping anybody. There isn’t anything wrong with holding a sympathetic perspective toward someone or indulging in a little news gossip once in a while. There can be an element of catharsis to commiserating with a fellow coworker, peer, friend or family member from time to time. But just know that it doesn’t serve anyone’s well being when it becomes habitual, and ingrained in your everyday life. If anything, this pandemic has taken away the IV drip from the gossip and sympathy addicts. What have been their replacement strategies? While that remains a mystery, a 6th greader I know took my advice and has gone on a news fast, and has reported a significant decrease in his anxiety and paranoid thoughts. Also, I know many people who have started meditating, wearing items of power like crystal necklaces or other spiritual trinkets, playing around with smudging themselves or giving themselves energy baths with essential oils, or playing with chimes, singing bowls or utilizing meditation/mindfulness apps on their phones. These are all gadgets that help you make a dimensional-vibrational shift into inner peace, or become more adept at empathic coregulation. You can always become an agent of change by starting with yourself. Or you could just march to the beat of your own hum.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

Nature Breathes In Another Berry Sweet Full Quarterly Moon Review

Father Sun will reach his zenith on the lightest day of the year
on the Summer Solstice on Thursday, June 20th.

Is it a coincidence that Father’s Day is on the Sunday before that?

Adding to the festivities is the arrival of a
Full Strawberry Moon on Monday, June 17th.

There are a lot of celebrations in the air right now.
High School graduations, and award ceremonies galore.

I wonder what would happen if these seasonal celebratory
vibes were less staged, compressed, and instead were
organically woven into everyday life?

And what if celebrations were less about recognizing winners and losers –
but more about simply catching each other being good, like
noticing random acts of kindness?

When I think about the power of empathy in relationships,
I remember to notice the common core standards of the sun and the moon.

Without one, we would not have the other.
Nor would we have any water to drink, air to breathe, or planet to live on.

The Sun has his fire, and the Moon has her emotional tides.
But they don’t judge each other for their different approaches.

They are good role models that way.

We could stand to remember that when we think about the
popular desire to win an argument with someone else.

Who really wins anyway?

If the Sun remembers to bring his light to the Earth,
and the Moon remembers to bring her waters –

Then it stands to reason that we can learn from the Nature about
the power of male and female energies working together during these
difficult times of change and transition that we are living in right now.

Nobody really wins with dripping sarcasms, and us and them kind of thinking.

Yeah, you might feel special when you are given a secret decoder ring to
belong to a club that boasts privileged entitlements.

But a sense of entitlement – that things will be given to you,
or you should get your way, is a receipt for unhappiness.

It isn’t easy to be present with someone who is saying
something that you don’t like to hear.

And it doesn’t get any easier when someone is abusing their power
by throwing their voice by using disrespectful language.

Perhaps you feel fed by getting charged, or developing an attitude
against someone or some group of people that you demonize or see as an enemy.

But you aren’t going to balance the wheels by making them pay
via a punitive, heavy hitting consequence.

A lot of people in jails still see themselves as victims,
and don’t take any responsibility for their actions.

And plenty of folks in mental institutions never leared how to emote,
or speak their truths through the voice of mental health.

To wit: that doesn’t just go for the workers in those social environments.

You all know about the rampage of school shootings these days.
We aren’t going to reduce violence by adding more bullets on the streets.

Remember that those hardest to love are the ones that need it the most.

And you are not going to be able to give love to the tough ones if you
put your nose to the grindstone,
and forget to make yourself a priority to love yourself.

Otherwise, you’ll just burnout and develop compassion fatigue.

Rather, you’ll actually strenthen their resentments, and build
their impetus to retailiate against you, instead of be more more likely
to see where you are coming from.

Just look at the way President Trump,
and plenty of faux news pundits do that in everyday current events.

A lot of people that are Trumpites, follow him because of their
hatred of Hillary Clinton, and the Politically Correct movement.

Or they saw him as the lesser of two evils, and felt like a muzzle was
taken off their mouths because he says things that you felt,
but weren’t supposed to say.

Just like that opposite side of the same coin thought when they took
down Nixon during Watergate.

Real systemic change must come from the inside out.

The times we are living in, like back in the 60s, shows us
that the stars are aligning in a way that we can
cocreate systemic transformation.

But to do that, we need to align with the
Universal pillars of Love and Truth

That doesn’t happen when you hate the guy next door
because you don’t like his politics or the way she looks.

See you at the next trail junction,

Ari

Moving Through Transitions

The spirited seasonal Harvest is in, and the Moon is Full today.
Last Saturday, we were blessed by the annual Autumn Equinox . . .

When I think of movements like Me Too,
I think about the Tao bringing in feminine waters to
levy a patriarchical world order that has blinded our
planet with too much sunlight.

Movement through Nature’s portal reflects
balance between masculine and feminine energies

These energies are flowing through us, on the inner/outer realms
of our individual and collective consciousness.

Our friends in the Southern Hemisphere will see the light rising
until it peaks on their Summer Solstice in December.
It is their Vernal Equinox there.

Here in the Northern Hemisphere,
we embark on the voyage into waning light and darker nights,
till the Winter Solstice brings us the darkest day of the year.

And then we will coax back the light

At this time of year, I like to meditate on balance,
and spiritual alignment with the spirit of the season . . .

I envision a Nature’s greeting card that celebrates
the male and female of every soul living in harmony
with the totality of our humanity!

Whether you identify as LGBTQ, or otherwise . . .

It is a natural window of opportunity to fall in love with
the sensuality of Mother Earth, and all
Her forms of Diversity in Unity . . .

Black Lives Matter, just as all Life matters in Spirit!

Perhaps it is challenging for you to have empathy in your heart for
the truth that Agent Orange matters too.

Yeah, he has a hard time not being enveloped by his narcissism.

But that’s just how a con artist cons himself into
getting tangled up in the bluesy behavioral trap of his own facade!

That’s why you see him reacting defensively
to the systemic reflection of his own misogynist ways.

The clown shows us the circus.

Even if the manufactured creation of the haves and have-nots
is a glaringly obvious power imbalance . . .

We see that people are losing their minds because the better devil
they know is being exposed by the light of consciousness.

Don’t buy into the fear that says
you should choose the lesser of two evils!

The only way to relax hate is through the power of Love . . .

You can’t hide in the dark as easily as you once could.

Your position of power and privilege
does not guarantee that you are untouchable,
like a “made guy” in the organized criminal underground of the mafia.

Do you really want to live in the reptilian ghettos of the mind,
being obsessed with order and control,
and always looking over your shoulder,
wondering if you’re going to get whacked by the end days?

The truth is that pain is a sobering fact of life.

But resisting that truth is more painful than
surrendering to the freedom to choose
to build our resilience toward tolerance, acceptance,
and even embrace the bitters that spring up in our daily steps.

Till we tweet together again peeps,

Ari

Back to School

A Full Sturgeon Moon already passed us by, and it’s back to school,
back to business is in the air . . .

But summer hasn’t ended yet,
till Autumn begins in less than a month on September 22

The eclipse season might be over,
but its aftershocks are still alive . . .

Changes in ages are like changes in seasons

Everything is ephemeral and transitory
But all life is energetic and sacred nonetheless

Have you noticed the squirrels, and chipmunks scurrying about,
and foraging like mad in their preparation for winter stockpiles?

It must run in the family, because groundhogs are gorging before
they go to sleep when consistently colder temperatures arrive

Perhaps I’m making erroneous assumptions, but in their industry,
they don’t seem preoccupied with the impending dark and stormy days ahead

Are you someone who looks forward to the crisp air,
dimming light, and colorful foliage?

Or do you dread saying good-bye to summer because fall
reminds you that winter is too close for comfort?

Like the weather, these emotional realities are fleeting,
and opposite sides of the same coin.

Might as well allow yourself to have these experiences,
observe them without judgment, and take them in as learning tools!

Like the current political climate,
resisting them isn’t going to change anything.

But you can get in alignment with the changes,
and harmonize with your environment.

“Agent Orange” in the White House is a cold, hard fact of life

But the current markets are likely to crash regardless of
whether or not he remains the President

The will of the people marches to the beat of a more
equitable, fair and just global economy

Yet wouldn’t it be ironic if We the People
were to say, “you’re fired.”?

People have been conditioned to believe that
maximum economic profit is the only way to live

The puppet masters want you to believe that private means better, and
that you should compete against your neighbor for a bigger piece of the pie

But a vibrational shift in the direction of an awakening inner peace
doesn’t mean you just sit around doing nothing, and not taking action.

If you see injustices, be like Dr. King and
connect with them head on with love.

When you become a beacon of love, light and laughter,
you are effectively dismantling the Military-Industrial-Complex

But not when you are complaining incessantly about Trump, the woes
of the world, and the abusive charlatans in positions of power

I hardly think that blue jays could spin greater
master illusionism than the fake news and quackery out there today

May we all do our part by being true wizards by
becoming the change we want to see in the world!

These internal shifts can be powerfully action-oriented,
like not feeding into spreading rumors and gossip.

Internal martial arts are intentional acts of
civil disobedience and non-violence.

When we practice in this dimension, you become a role model for a New Age
that is predicated on being your own unique diverse expression of a unified whole!

I know a lot of people who are feeling the
rapid pace of living in the world today,

It can be hard to respond to the hurry up offense
But you aren’t giving up when you surrender to the will of the Universe

Rather, you find the courage to rise up, and stand in your own personal
authority to show what the New Age of Aquarius can look like

You reveal this reality to people as it reflects from your energy field
toward someone else, even a stranger on the street

Don’t get caught up in who is or isn’t conscious or appreciative of it

Just being in this space will naturally inspire others in your orbit,
if not now, then when the time is right for it to awaken in them

Many folks are going through changes in latitudes and changes of latitudes
Relationships are part of those energetic shifts . . .

A family member that you once felt a close connection to
now might appear like an effort to get along with in the way that you want

Even more trying could be a rift in a marriage or domestic partnership

Are you burned out in a job, or feeling like you need
a fresh start in a new location?

Full Moons, changing seasons, and new ages bring these
issues to the forefront

Spiritual awakenings, and growth do that too.

Have you rebelled against convention, and traditional relationships,
and are now wondering if you should open up to explore them with an open heart?

Conversely, have you bought into doing things
conventionally and traditionally, and are now feeling moved to
become more free-spirited, with a strong desire to explore other ways of
expressing yourself in relationship?

Wherever you are at on your soul journey . . .

Be there with a compassionate heart,
and gentle softness along your communion with fellow travelers

Beaming much love, inner peace, and happiness to all of you as
you travel along the trails of your life,

Ari

Remembering When Spirit Matters

After my grandfather left this Earth recently, I’ve been thinking about my mother,
and grandmothers, whose souls departed our planet many moons ago.

Speaking frankly, my primary caretakers are gone with the wind . . .

And yet they will always be with me,
just as yours that have passed on are with you.

This is a sobering experience,
and not without feelings of grief, sadness, and loss.

Mercury in retrograde is a good time to revisit and reflect on past relationships.

You can also work with the intensities of summer eclipses that
bring back past experiences to the surface.

It can be hard not to wanderlust into an internal widespread panic,
with regards to your past fears or regrets . . .

But their spirits keep on streaming into our world . . .

They want to connect with us in spirit together,
and help us co-create Heaven on Earth.

Can you hear them wanting to help us lighten our load, and feel peace in our hearts?

What baggage are you ready to give back to them that was passed on to you?

Releasing what has weighed you down in this lifetime is a good karmic clearing.

We have all been handed down landfills
that need to be composted, mulched, and cleared.

Yeah, entanglement with form is natural for spirit,
till it leaves its mind-body connection . . .

It is also natural for it to feel free when it let’s go of the ties that bind.

Many of the children that I have worked with have lost their parents to
sudden deaths, such as drug overdoses, homelessness, incarceration, and are now
being raised by aging grandparents, extended family, or the foster care system.

We all need to keep working on love – by being in our hearts with one another,
even when tough love is called upon, do it with compassion.

It can be challenging to know how other people are going to feel
much later in life when their parents leave them behind.

It can bring up unexpected feelings of abandonment.

Regardless of your chronological age, it really doesn’t matter how old you are,
as the feelings you deal with are the same, like with our animal friend pets, etc.

We might process them differently, and we all grieve in our own ways.
But these feelings are universal, and they need to be supported, and processed.

I remember a High School teacher once sharing some wisdom that children
become adults when they wake up to the reality that their parents aren’t gods . . .

Rather they are human beings.

That bell of mindfulness resonated with me back zen,
and it rings true even more with me right tao.

I understand that many people get stuck in a vibration that looks like:

Clinging to a belief that you should hold tight to your loved ones, and
that your children should lean on you.

There is a voice that says that you deserve to suffer, and be driven by
guilt, shame, a generalized sense of duty, and sacrifice, feeling unworthy of
receiving from others, and being afraid of the mystery and adventure of life.

There is a hard-edged, nose to the grindstone security in that mind-set.
You might even feel empowered by trying to control everything in your life.

But it is a recipe for perpetual disappointment, let down, and unhappiness.
And it is difficult to Let Go and Let God in that vibration.

Consider shifting your mind-set into a receiving perspective,
of welcoming your goals and objectives as arriving, but without getting hung up
on the outcomes you desire or prefer . . .

Be open to receiving the abundant possibilities
that you might not have planned for!

Take in your experiences, whatever they are, and observe them as a
spiritual watcher of whatever events come up in your field of vision in real-time.

Floating Along the Trails with Butterfly

Transitions can be challenging . . .

But in every death by transient transitions,
there is a birth of opportunity . . .

Butterfly floats into our fields of vision . . .

Do you see that a gentle and soft perspective of yourself
can lighten-up to the vibe that the fruits of change is natural?

When we open our eyes to looking through a spectacle of trust,
we are better prepared for new times floating in

Our challenges awaken the opportunity to dissolve old ideas –
simultaneously creating new possibilities

There is nothing to be afraid of during transitions . . .
Even physical death is a transition

We landed into this world to become mortal . . .

Our physical bodies are finite, but our souls
do have a natural impetus to awaken to a mythical quest

Butterflies can remind us to flit about with joy in our hearts . . .

Life can be sweet like honey – if only we allow for it!

Till the next trail head,

Regal Seats with Kingfisher

When Kingfisher dives from the treetops into the water – in their catching fish,
these birds show us reflections of new paths, prosperity, and peace

These energies are amplified by the compassionate brightness of
Buddha’s sweet breath of a fragrant Full Pink Moon

This dying old world focuses on a rigid systemic mantra of maximum economic
profit that capitalizes on winners and losers . . .

This segregated matrix proliferates feelings of
rejection, alienation, abandonment, and isolation . . .

But Kingfisher is a healthy radical reminder that abundance is everywhere!

Life has its share of pain, trials, tribulations, and suffering
Mental illness and addiction are taking lives that matter

But Mother Earth’s children can learn from Kingfisher’s energy
that life can be harmoniously enjoyable, and prosperous as well …

New experiences and pathways of inner discovery are waiting to come untapped
Water is a source of creativity, and novel ways of thinking

When leaning into our feelings, and opening up to fluid, free thinking,
We can see down waterways toward sunlight on the horizon . . .

May we awaken our mental and spiritual faculties so that
we can cultivate intuition, and psychic perception . . .

Planted feet on the ground is a centered place for standing meditation . . .

Preface and timing are essential ingredients to luring in opportunities
But letting go of outcome is good medicine to “quit taking it personally”

Dreams and visions can help us traverse
thunderous roads of rocky mountain feelings

Meditation on forgiveness recognizes that
letting go of emotional baggage is a healthy release . . .

Here’s to wishing everyone a sensitive, and high-minded perch
that balances equality between masculine and feminine energies!

See you up the trails,

Getting Real with Blue Jay

Blue Jay commingle with energies of pretending, wearing masks
and true to the self mastership

But Blue Jay doesn’t care which path you choose –
that is between you, Great Spirit, Earth and the Heavens . . .

As part of the Crow family, these spirited birds remind us
of the primal creative element of life

With Mercury coming out of Retrograde,
the fog begins to lift . . .

Rising sunlight torches any shadowy areas with the
heart and fire of compassion!

May the energies of next Sunday’s Wesak Full Moon spring forth clarity and
compassion to purify any dark areas that need to walk into the light

It is good to revisit old aspects of ourselves, so that we can move
forward into a new chapter . . .

As we shift into new dimensions, the Earth evolves into new vibrations . . .

The more of us that become the change we want to see in the world,
the greater reflection of that playing out in our everyday experiences!

May Blue Jay can guide you into co-authoring a new script of a
new you being an agent of change in alignment with a New Earth . . .

See you up the trails,

Chickadee Springs Forth Cheerful Songs of New Growth

Saturday’s Full Pink Moon symbolizes the early
arrival of flowers and vegetation during Spring

It has been said that the violence is waking us up . . .

Here we are making the transition from the death of Winter
into the birth of Spring . . .

Love overcomes fear of loss, abandonment, and attachments

During these times of purification, may we power our
April’s cleansing showers with a sunshine and rainbow mantra
of giving peace a chance on the inside and out!

Some say that the truth hurts.
And sometimes, hearing truth stinks like mulch . . .

But we can be gentle in how we speak our truths.
Let us become gentle on ourselves when we hear it from spirit!

Given all the talk about fake news out there today,
now is an opportune time to walk home with Chickadee

When their tweets speak to us, they are helping us connect
and rise up to hearing the singing voices of our Higher Selves

Mercury in Retrograde resurrects revisited experiences with old selves,
past lives, and relationships from yesteryear . . .

Yeah, old habits may die-hard.

But you don’t have to be salty or sugar coat truth
when speaking from a place of personal authority!

In that light, it can’t hurt to invest in loss by heeding the spiritual wisdom to
diminish our collective dietary intake of sugar and salt . . .

After all, we are what we eat, and our bodies are
portals to consciousness explored!

Till next time up the trails,

Ari

Good tidings with Whale

Whale brings good tidings that we have come
to this planet to fulfill our soul’s purpose

People who are mathematically attentive
celebrate “pie day” on March 14th

I see this math symbol as a sign of infinity
and a spiritual birthday gift that keeps on giving

With a new moon coming, and a New Age on its way
we are in the letting go process of an old mechanistic world order

It’s hard not to get seduced into “turning the blinders on” from your
deeper and higher values . . .

But with daylight savings time, the light is rising
while darkness is waning

And then somewhere during that process, you might find yourself
becoming a robot, hitting the mute button,
and parroting a “business as usual” price tag of selling your soul

But the time is now to “get up, stand up”
speak your truth, and “fight for your right.”

Time to man up, dawg!

But with Whale as your spirit guide, you can always come back
to empathy, and swim in the wake of a new sea of consciousness
to the heartbeat of universal energetic equality

Spring Equinox is a good natural reminder of that
A time when masculine and feminine energies will be in equal alignment again

And from that point, the light will be rising till it peaks
on the Summer Solstice in June

Moving into the New Aquarian Age waters means that we should
focus on swimming in pods of like-minded coming attractions

Focusing on those that hide in the dark of an old dog eat dog
herd mentality are not worth you giving your power away to

Those attached to ways of the hellish nightmare
are just going to pull you down, rather than look for a leg up

Your primary focus and responsibility is to take charge of your own
spiritual development as an expanding soul having a human experience

Like the transition between Winter to Spring,
we are in transitional tides that are ebbing and flowing
between ages, and the sands of time

May we swim in these changing tides together
into the new seas of this school called Earth

Till we meet again up the trail,

Ari
