Analysis paralysis is like Groundhog Day revisited –

recurring disappointments and let downs

Tomorrow never knows where the winds of change might blow

So, if global markets tank, and sure thing predictions

What good would it do for you to stress out and worry about it?

We have been programmed to fear the unknown and what is uncertain
We have all been subject to systemic propagandizing
about the better the devil you know kind of memes . . .

Is that so?

Letting go of control issues is good for personal empowerment!

A Western New Year approaches, as does a
Full Wolf Moon at the beginning of January . . .

Let us heed the echoes of Wolf’s heartbeat!
Tracking into February, comes the arrival of the Chinese/Lunar New Year of the Dog

Meditate on the spiritual energy of Dog to walk into new energies –
that awakens pathways into a deeper compassion for all of humanity,
in spite of our human shortcomings that bubble up in our wake . . .

Consider taking your repeated exposure to your:

hate-oriented images of Donald Trump, a miserly Wall Street,
reptilian minded friends in Congress
(that metaphorically represent an obsessive, manipulative, controlling, and
down right abusive dying old world power structure that pits us against one another)

And replacing them instead:

With new pictures of Love and Light!
At the end of the day, that’s how we disarm the Beast as within, so without

Let us heed the call to scale back the toxicity of a dog eat dog mentality,
and seductive militaristic fantasies of a global fascist state

Not Israel, nor any other single nation-state should be designated as an
offshore base or be given preferential capital for global supremacy!

We should all be getting the message of oneness,
and equal opportunity in a multi-polar new world!

Everyone’s intrinsic talents should be
cultivated and developed to their fullest potential

But not at the expense of stepping on someone else who falls through the cracks!

Violence, and security systems that build walls that prohibit freedom of speech,
Should be examined with a reflective, and heartfelt intellectual examination . . .

Our world, and one’s personal spiritual evolution depends on
self-reflection, and forward free-thinking!

May this New Year bring you much wellness, inner joy, following your bliss,
a relaxation on ego-driven emotional reactions, and a forgiving attitude
to inspire our planet, and universal consciousness!

Moving Further Into The Spirit Of The Season and Coaxing Back The Light

Tomorrow is the Winter Solstice . . .

It is the darkest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere

The Holiday season is upon us . . .
Merriment and festive spirits are in the air

It is a good time to come down into our souls and gather with family and friends

But darker days, and mixed-feelings come on strong
that are not always easy to make friends with

In your inner conversations with yourself, try to be gentle on yourself . . .
It is a gift to have a forgiving attitude about your humanity and imperfections –
(and the humanity and imperfections of others)

Being in that space calms down self-inflicted suffering!

Being present with yourself and others
is a far greater gift than getting sucked in to the consumerist
drive to outdo each other with manic striving to buy the perfect gifts

Notice how shopping and work are can easily
become culturally sanctioned addictions

Might as well hit the pause button, take a step back, and
take in the spiritual meaning behind this time of year

Allowing yourself to receive love and be compassionate
is a blessing that is shared by all in everyday exchanges

Meditate on healthy giving and receiving during this time of year especially
Celebrate the rising light and waning dark as it unfolds on Nature’s cycle

There will be a Full Wolf Moon on the first day of the Western New Year
May we discover new tracks into a new world

Mountain Lion Closes In On The Darkest Day Of The Year

Mountain Lion is a powerful silent leader
Her strong feminine energy guides us into the darker caverns of our souls

Winter Solstice sheds its light on our world by reflecting
the darkest day of the year in the North

Our friends in the South will celebrate peak light
on their Summer Solstice

Darker emotions are front and center right now
as are dark edges of an old world, and yesterday’s ghosts

But even in our darkest hour, there is a beacon of light
Use it as a torch to examine your self with mindful/heartfelt love

Heaven, like Hell is a state of consciousness
It is your choice whichever inner/outer world you choose to focus on

And whichever dimension you focus on, will be what reflects back to you
to reinforce the mind-set that you keep

Cats reflect mystery, much like the ways of our Universe
Mediation on Mountain Lion can help us see in the dark without fear

Learning to be human is not easy
But if we relax our fears, and follow their tracks toward love

Our experience here becomes more joyous, and light-hearted
This is a good time of year to come down into your souls

The dinosaurs of an old world feel entitled to keep their way of life
There are winners and losers, and you get what you deserve

But there is a Golden Age New World of Aquarius
that sees through we consciousness eyes of oneness and unity

Diversity is respected and appreciated here in this vibration

Those in Hell will reach out their hands to bring you down
They are not reaching out to you for a leg up

Picture them in love and light and let them go
Focus on gratitude for everything – even tragic circumstances

Doing so will facilitate releasing old demons into the fire

Like a dying relationship, the death of the leaves
breathes in the possibility of new life . . .

Meditate on the new beginnings of a new moon

Train yourself to climb the dunes one step, one breath,
and one moment along the sands of time . . .

All we have is right now . . .

On the global-political front, what secrets will be revealed

Does any of this news sound foreign, alien or out of this world?
But then again, aren’t we trying on new masks during new normal shape-shifting?

Like in a family affected by mental illness and addiction . . .
The metaphorical Elephant in the Room is partially exposed by President Trump

Does he really want to relax the secretive governance
of the Military-Industrial Complex?

Or are his motivations to expose Establishment suppressions
merely a platform to inflate his already bloated narcissism?

What does in the name of National Security really mean?

Is not the spirit of America’s political roots of We The People
a challenge to protecting the status quo of the minority of the opulent?

Just because you’ve made it to the top, doesn’t mean you forget
who helped bring you to the perch of your solid goal position!

Equal access information is perceived as a threat by the powers that be
that deliver informational food for mass consumption

A seductive mind-set that believes people are inherently bad,
and need to be controlled could stand to remember approaching situations
with openness, trust and an authentically heartfelt solution-focused perspectives!

In this space, apocalyptic, doomsday self-fulfilling prophecies
are easily target marketed into becoming accurate predictions

Seeing With the Detailed Precision of Mouse

If you don’t pay attention to the details,
and you buy into the better the devil you know way of living . . .

Then it will be impossible to see the change you want in the world,
and you will probably have a hard time not getting lost in its madness

But it is true that our world has ripened more than
any other season for purification

Fall is here, leaves are changing,
and Nature’s cycle of death is in the air

A Full Harvest Moon shines on the skies on Thursday . . .

Sadly, another mass shooting tragically took place in Las Vegas earlier in the week,
and iconic rocker Tom Petty died unexpectedly

These tragic events bring our feelings of grief and loss to the surface,
as does the natural movement yinward during this time of year

Chaos also awakens our fears, and sobers us up to our vulnerability

Beneath the headlines, what does the location of this latest
calculated and methodical act of violence
have to say to us about the times we are living in?

Let us not forget the metaphor of people not knowing how to emote . . .

Can we feel empathy for their sense of not fitting in,
belonging, or rage against the rising tide of the
Military-Industrial Complex that President Eisenhower warned us against?

Are we really shocked that people are finding more heated ways
to ignite the tinder-boxed system into leveling itself –
even if their desired outcome is disruptive, disrespectful,
and without regard for consequence?

Of course, violence begets more violence – which is why the ends
justifying the means kind of thinking has never been a sustainable solution

It’s kind of like taking your own life, or the life of another

In this space, your soul is in a dark place,
and becomes even more lost in an
even darker place after following this path

People who have been brainwashed to believe in the
savior complex of Martyrdom are carrying a heavy cross

The truth is you have to lay it down,
and surrender to the Divine Will of the Universe to truly be free

It makes too much sense to do it more gracefully,
peacefully, and non-violently

We need a more equitable global marketplace that invests in the human factor,
our planet, and the other creatures that live with Her

And the so-called “by any means necessary” mantra of facsism on the
right and left political extremes

Forgets the details of remembering to breathe in
the clean, fresh air of inner peace . . .

con artists perspectives are peddling!

We just need to love each other and make a heart-centered approach
the hallmark of our universal planetary currency

Here in our neck of the woods, the Sacred Feminine will gain momentum on toward
December’s Winter Solstice, where we will coax back the light from dark nights

It’s natural to come down into our souls, quiet down, sleep, rest, meditate
and become further in touch with our darker emotions

Might as well lean into, and even embrace Nature’s rhythms if you can dig it

We have descended downward the mountain from
peak light on Summer Solstice . . .
