A New Moon In Virgo, Full Harvest SuperMoon and Autumn Equinox In September Will Yield A Fall Powerful Eclipse Season In October.

Dewdrops are the perfect metaphor for the transience in life.

Or as the echoes of the late musician Jimmy Buffet reverberate; changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes . . . nothing remains quite the same. As beautiful dewdrops are when we see them- the sun will shine, the temperature will rise and then they will dry up.

But there is a space between the intersection between joy and pain. If we can make friends with their transience, then we will relax the grasping and clinging of and our attachments to all moments; pleasant, unpleasant or neutral.

Between Tao and Zen, death is just another transition, even if a mystery for certain. In the mirror of the mind meditations, time spent with the ancestors is so much longer than the time spent here on this earth. Jimmy Buffet’s recent death reminds us that his lyrics live on in our heads and hearts.

On a deeper level, the energies of Parrot awakens the healing of bright color magic and the power of the sun. Buffet’s famous lyrics, searching for my lost shaker of salt is a synchronicity to the Pueblo connection of Parrot and its association with the gathering of salt.

It can be helpful to have a longitudinal mindset in life. If we pay attention to the signs and synchronicities of the Universe to light our way, then we realize there are no coincidences.

A Virgo New Moon on September 14, 2023 can draw us inward and travel back to the past, getting us to examine things to ensure we fully understand where we have been before we move forward.

We may feel that life or certain situations are at an impasse. It may be hard to move on or hard to know how to shift a dynamic.

But Mercury will go back on the 15th, so clearing skies ahead will be happening now.

While the changing energies will reveal themselves slowly, we may find it a welcomed relief to be stuck or stagnant for a moment. We may wish to enjoy the view a little longer or really soak our feet in wherever we have landed. By taking this time, we may feel more adjusted, better prepared, and more accepting of our situation and where we will move to.

This New Moon is the last before the Equinox and the Autumn Eclipse Season. This New Moon will set the foundation for the changes that are destined to come.

Returning to the grounding energies of Virgo are a good reminder that we are sovereign beings, free to be, free to express, and free to access a wealth of knowledge contained within.

On a more practical level, we can also channel the energies of the Virgo New Moon to plan, create a schedule, and get organized in our lives. We can use its energy to take a methodical and practical approach to all that we need to get done.

While we will still very much feel the stagnancy from all the retrograde activity, this New Moon acts as a turning point, lighting a path to help release us from the old.

Trust that the fog will lift and the veils will thin; in much the same way as they powerfully do during the end of October and early November, energetically speaking.

A Full Harvest Moon September 29, 2023 will be the fourth & final Supermoon. Our ancestors gave this name to the moon closest to the Autumn Equinox because it marks a time to reap what was sewn in the spring. Time to celebrate the bounty of summer while preparing for the long, cold dirge of Winter.

A historical, cross-cultural synopsis of this Full Moon reveals the powerful link between this Full Moon and the importance of an abundant harvest it yields around the world.

Eclipse Season will feature a New Moon Solar Eclipse on October 14 and a Full Moon Lunar eclipse on October 28. Remember that eclipses are catalysts for change and shaking up the status quo in our inner and outer world. New and Full Moons during eclipses are like regular New and Full Moons on steroids.

Connecting with Nature is good medicine for staying in alignment with the Universe’s orientation of Love and Truth. They go together and we need both. Perhaps you get out in your garden or listen to the waning sounds of crickets. I always forget how much I will miss their singing till Summer wanes and Fall approaches.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

Hawk Soars Into A Full Blue Moon & Welcomes Us Back To School and Back To Basics

Photo by Skyler Ewing on Pexels.com

A Full Blue Moon will happen on August 31, 2023. This moon gets its name when there are four full Moons in a single season. When this happens, the third is a Blue Moon.

Or when there are two full Moons in a single calendar month, the second is a Blue Moon. This latter is the case for this Full Moon. Of course, the saying “once in a Blue Moon” is apropos because they don’t happen frequently.

It is also a the third consecutive Supermoon, which is like a regular Full Moon on steroids.

But before that, Mercury goes in Retrograde on the New Moon in Leo on August 23rd and will stay in Retrograde till September 15th.

Our minds go into rewind mode during this time. We are often revisited by old relationships in dreams, visions and sometimes in person. This is a time to look back on our old selves to inform us how we want to move forward in our lives. While it is wise to use this time to reflect and contemplate, it’s generally not advised to finalize any big decisions when Mercury is in Retrograde.

When I reminisce about my extended family members at family gatherings during my youth, I remember them talking about watching the old black and white Twilight Zone TV series. Looking back as an adult, those past stories really put this reoccurring celestial phenomena into context in the here and now. People tend to zone out more during these episodes in the stars.

The key dynamic during this time period is to look back on who we were then in our relationships with our selves and others. We can use the energies of this review period to support the shifts that are in alignment with who we are becoming. Let go of trying to figure it all out from a compartmentalized, linear and rational perspective. This will just box you in even more in your consciousness. If anything, this time period can allow you to relax your old conditioned thoughts and open up to novel, creative thinking patterns.

Out on the trails, I have had multiple significant encounters with various Hawk energies recently. One such encounter was with an osprey, who had a fresh caught fish within the grasp of its talons. The fish made me think of the dying Pisces Age- a letting go of the sacrificial lamb. And then when I grabbed grandmother’s old field binoculars, the winged creature flew down river. Like the Springsteen lyrics sing, “where the river flows, tomorrow never knows.”

Specifically, red tailed hawks have connections to Mercury and the Temperance card in the Tarot. The connection to red is symbolic of the kundalini- our root chakra that fires our chi from the ground up. That’s why our ancestors recommended starting a chakra meditation with the root chakra, at the base of our tailbone. Buddhist Psychology would characterize Temperance as the Middle Way or walking the razors edge without getting too swayed from following the center of the path.

Hawk inspires us to be observant and pay attention to looking at reality from new vistas and a wide-angle lens. True spiritual strength means being both high minded and also deeply anchored into the ground.

As Fall approaches, it signals that it is time to get back to school and back to business. Summer play time is coming to an end. Like all transitions, there is always a grieving process for the passing of a season. But the reality is that it is time to get organized and ink up our calendars with increased doings and responsibilities.

Look at the squirrels outside and observe how they are even more keyed up than usual. They are bursting with even more nervous woodland creature energy, and busier than usual stockpiling acorns for later rainy day supplies in preparation for Winter. It’s as if they give pause to a confusing self-talk mantra, “am I going nuts, or have I just forgotten where I buried my acorns?” But then again, squirrels remind us about the balance between work and play. In the business of fall, remember to also keep the festive spirit of summer alive.

As an LCSW working in public schools for nearly the past 20 years, it has been interesting to watch these nuances play out. Teachers are among the hardest workers I have ever known. Summer is sometimes called the “off season” because they are away from the classroom. Administrators work, but at a very different pace. Schools are like ghost towns without kids around, as the custodians can attest. There is the excitement of a new school year in the air, but not without mixed feelings. It can be an unsettling transition for everyone, to say the least.

Speaking of transitions, the Autumn Equinox will happen on September 23. At this time, the light and dark energies will be equal. In the Southern Hemisphere, it will be their Vernal Equinox. For them, the light and dark will also be equal, but after that, the light will rise and climax on their Summer Solstice. In the Northern Hemisphere, the light will be waning after the Fall Equinox till the Winter Solstice, the darkest day of the year in later December in the Northern Hemisphere.

Walking Through A Lion’s Gate

Photo by Ardit Mbrati on Pexels.com

While the sun is often associated with masculine energies, Lion symbolizes the rising tide of feminine energies and the feminine sun.

Remember the Yin and the Yang are oriented to naturally flow together, just as Carl Jung talked about the anima and animus in men and women. It is wise for men to get in touch with their feminine sides, just as it is for women to get in touch with their masculinity.

Gender fluidity, non-binary and transgender folks are all examples of reflecting these forms of energetic soul expression as well.

As we have explored in this blog, the New Earth paradigm we are now living in is an era that reflects the return and rising tide of the Sacred Feminine energies.

Sadly, but understandably, the feminine has long been suppressed and repressed. You don’t have to identify as a Pagan, Witch, Conservative Republican or a Buddhist Monk to have been burned alive to understand we’re living in a world on fire. Do you believe a book burning is in order?

The hierarchical patriarchy, to a large extent, has glorified men and an archaic form of masculinity. More recently and generally speaking, the women that have broken the glass ceiling have embodied these old world masculine traits.

A gentle and soft approach has been dismissed as weak. But in the New World, those outdated ideas are changing and shifting with the tides.

Lion’s are unusual for cats because they belong to a pride and hunt best together, relying on their psychic abilities for stealth and communication.

Females do most of the hunting, work and child rearing. Males protect the pride and often scare prey into the awaiting lionesses to bring home the bacon. Males are romantic and sensual and can have a strong jealous streak with their lioness partners.

It’s hard not to think of the sensitive male ego or wanting to have your cake and eat it too, in a male privileged form of cat consciousness. Truly, there is grieving in the letting go of these old ways . . .

These cats typically kill by strangulation. My name means lion, and I remember using this tactic during experiences with getting bullied as a kid in the old neighborhood that I lived in at the time.

Looking back, it was a built in defense mechanism, and thankfully ended the confrontation before someone walked away seriously injured or killed.

The neighborhood I grew up in during my early years wasn’t as rough as the one Mike Tyson grew up in.

But like him, I learned that I could fight because I was put in the position by older bullies to defend myself, like a cat does when backed into a corner.

But even if lions hold a royal place of respect as Kings and Queens of the jungle, they prefer to avoid danger. Creativity, intuition and imagination are all specific feminine energies that are associated with Lion medicine.

These spirited powers want to awaken now, and are regularly in alignment with Nature, as well as with the New Moon in Leo on August 16th.

Leo is in its cycle of power time right now. Their energies feel safe in moments when they can impress others and get praise and admiration.

However, when stepping into the spotlight, which is natural for Leo, they may find themselves at a loss. It could be empowering for Leos to admit fear of criticism and their inability to accept criticism.

Of course, it is very important for all of us to accept feedback and use it for personal growth purposes.

For some of us who have had a hard time with criticisms or a tendency to get defensive, this is just another area to push our edge while following the trail of Growth Mindset.

In my own experience, I have learned that it is a healthy form of vulnerability to step out of my own comfort zone of self determinism and into an area of receptiveness.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

A Full Buck Moon Digs Into The Earth and Kindles the Fiery Flames of Super, Dragon-Like Lairs of New Adventures

Photo by Yoss Traore on Pexels.com

A Full Buck Moon will happen on Monday, July 3, 2023.

Meditation on the energy of Deer reveals gentle allurement into new adventures.

This moon will be the first of three consecutive Supermoons during the rest of the year.

And then the second arrives on August 1st, third on August 31st, and fourth on September 29th.

Supermoons are like regular moons on steroids.

This Full Moon goes by many names, including the Salmon Moon by Native Alaskans, Time Of Much Ripening by Mohawk, Blueberry Moon by Ojibwe, Squash Are Ripe by Algonquin and Hay Moon in Anglo Saxon culture.

Modern society forgets that pre-colonized Europe has Indigenous roots too.

Just like it forgets that early Christianity mixed paganism and shamanism into its teachings.

Christ Consciousness, which is an internal state of consciousness, is in alignment with these teachings.

Autumn Eclipse season will happen in October with a solar eclipse in the middle of the month and a lunar eclipse at the tail end of the month.

Eclipses are catalysts and always shake things up in our world and consciousness.

Also there will be two New (Super) Moons on January 21st and February 20th.

New moons are always associated with new beginnings.

A New Moon in Cancer will happen on July 17th.

Feeling safe is a good place to cultivate internally, especially right now.
In spite of emotional fluctuations, it is wise to learn to let go of the past.

Forgiveness will help avoid depression from thinking too much about things.

Having an attitude, chip on your shoulder or holding grudges are all self defeating.

Our perceptions of the world can be very subjective.

Giving yourself space to create distance without being bitter is a healthy form of self care.

A regal emotionally abundant manifestation will create a real sense of belonging in the world.

Do this with a healthy sense of detachment.

Remember the Q-TIP mantra by quit taking it personally.

Keep in mind that it’s still the year of the Rabbit according to Chinese astrology and will be until February 10th, 2024. And then, it will be the Year of the Dragon.

Dragon symbolizes power, change and spirituality and can awaken self-love and empowerment by tapping into your inner royalty and power.

Dragon represents masculine soul power or yang.

Consider Dragon’s connection to the Phoenix, which symbolizes the sacred power of the feminine or yin. The Yin and the Yang, masculine and feminine are at their natural best when flowing in balance with one another.

Give up the indoctrination that says that the light should defeat the dark or vice versa.

Can you imagine what it would be like to not have a nighttime to sleep at, or women living on the planet? Conversely, can you image no sunlight to walk around in or men around?

Equanimity of all energies are needed to sustain our well being.

Rabbit energy reinforces the calling out of our fears and a good reminder that what we resists persists. Its energy reflects fertility, the feminine powers of the moon, fertility and new life.

Do you need to start over in your life in a new chapter or even book?

May Rabbit inspire us to plan for a field of possibilities and make the necessary leaps and hops in that we need to make down the rabbit hole journey of life.

If you are paying attention, the outer changes in the world are resonating within your own soul. This magnifies the recognition that you can’t go back to the past, nor know with conviction what will happen in the future.

Also, the energy of Lizard is good medicine to tap into at this time. Use its energies to amplify your powers of perception, if you so choose to do so. It can awaken your dreams- even if you don’t dream at night, or remember your dreams rather, you can dream in the day.

However, if you become aware of your dreams, then you are lucid dreaming. If you have a lizard in your life that you connect with, study its qualities to learn more about yourself. Their energies can also help us trust your intuitive and psychic faculties.

Mediation on Lizard can reinforce the power to trust your own intuition over anyone else’s. Lizard is a powerful spirit guide to help us harmonize with our environment, through conscious dreaming to manifest what we want in our waking lives.

Envision a conversation between Rabbit and Lizard to examine any fears about what future possibilities might want to manifest. Remember to surrender and trust that the Universe will bring us to the shoreline, even if you have no idea of how that will happen.

Be mindful of control issues because this will be especially challenging but doable nonetheless, if only people oriented in this way choose to believe in and access their internal power.

It is good to have a game plan in the jigsaw puzzle of life.

But like John Lennon said, “life is what happens when you’re busy making other plans.” We can’t always control what happens to us but we can control how we respond to what happens.

Do this by letting go of the grasping and clinging to the status quo. Might as well get in alignment with the changes coming our way.

And there will be massive changes coming that will make the 60s and technological advances appear microscopic.

These seismic shifts are all connected to the New Earth Golden Aquarian Age that is unveiling before our eyes.

Yes, the world is on fire. But remember that out of the ashes, the Phoenix Rises!

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

Whale Watching & Dolphin Tales Are Out Of This World!

A Full Flower Moon will happen on May 5, 2023. Of course this Full Moon goes by many names, but we all remember the old saying about April showers bringing May flowers. This Full Moon is also a Lunar Eclipse, which is the last of the Eclipse season. Another name is the Wesak Full Moon, where the Buddha’s energy shines powerfully on Mother Earth. As we have discussed in this blog, eclipses are powerful energetic catalysts that shake things up in our consciousness. They are disruptive to the status quo and get us to look at things differently. May we be inspired by collectively compassionate heads and hearts at this time.

With flowers come hummingbirds, who are effective cross-pollinators that are flying around now. In short, they really spread joy and love in our world. Flowers bring color to the show. And when we see hummingbirds hovering about, they dazzle us with aerial feats akin to some of the unpredictable, jaw dropping movements of UFOs that we see. For those of you who have experienced these, some of you have reported a humming sound that isn’t too far off the sound of a hummingbird hovering over your head, in my mind at least.

Speaking of close encounters, our family was on a road trip recently and spotted some shore birds, dolphins and a humpback whale fishing together along the coast. They were hardly a stone’s throw from the shore and we tracked them along the beach for quite some time. It became clear that they were aware that we were watching them and they put on quite a show by breaching several times for us.

It is an interesting synchronicity that whales and dolphins are mammals. Past storytelling reveals a time when they both lived on land, back when the earth looked different. Some circles say that whales used to fly in the air and other legends tell of a time when they, along with dolphins came here from other worlds, like the Sky People, ETs or Ancient Aliens. In shamanism, whales are said to be like a living library of our planet and dolphins reflect communication. Now that they both clearly live in the sea, we know water is a powerful conductor of sound. What kind of underwater communities and USOs do whales and dolphins know about?

Looking back on the material covered in this blog, we have discussed that stardust is in our DNA, that we are multidimensional beings and that we can influence our DNA. Like with meditation, our brainwaves change, which is a form of alchemy. The more we make meditation a way of life, including physical forms of meditation like Yoga, T’ai Chi and Qigong, we discover a new normal in the way we transform ourselves. Reiki and other forms of energy work shift consciousness, as well as produce new perceptual experiences with reality too. They open you up to your formless being, which taps into more of who you really are.

In mental health, we talk a lot about the power of Positive Self Talk. As humans, our brains are prewired toward negative self talk because it has served us in our ancestry. Just think about the days when saber toothed tigers and other predators were hiding in bushes waiting patiently for their next meal. We were organically tuned to react to subtle movements to keep us safe from being killed and eaten. Today, we have to work on facilitating the transition into our prefrontal cortex by finding new forms of shapeshifting and communication, which are examples of dimensional bleeding and vibrational shifts. Any mental fog will start clearing up after Mercury goes back direct after May 14th. What new vistas will open up as you reflect back on your old self?

In much the way you may be opening up to seeing beings from the spirit realm or beings from another planet, you are also learning to make the shift from negative self talk to positive self talk. The highly evolved Arcturians reportedly amplify this sentiment. Perhaps this is the next quantum leap in our evolutionary process- becoming Homo Luminous or returning to the “original lineage of light.” Kindly and gently keep in mind that further movement into Spring and Summer are powerful times for bringing manifestation into your life. It is a time for personal growth and expansion into your budding new self, if you’ll pardon the pun.

Till Next Time,

Ari

A Full Pink Moon, New Beginnings & An Eclipsing of Springing Energies

Photo by Yunus Tuu011f on Pexels.com

A Full Moon springs into the sky on April 6.

This moon goes by many names, including the Indigenous name Pink Moon

for the pink hued moss vegetation that spreads across the Northern Americas.

It is also referred to the Egg moon and is symbolic of Easter.

Easter always falls after the first Full Moon after the Vernal Equinox.

This Nature’s junction also reflects the spiritual seeds of rebirth

and the fertile new energies of Spring.

The sunlight is rising in the Northern Hemisphere

and it is hard not to feel inebriated from our chi flowing.

Another synchronicity is that this moon is also referred to as the Frog moon.

Be mindful of tempering the intensities of the Eclipse season,

leaves budding and thunder called on by Frog.

This is a time when the frogs and thunder raises their voices.

Everyone knows the saying, April showers bring May flowers.

The rains that spring forth at this time have a purifying effect on our souls.

They stir up the muddy waters within and help cleanse and wake us up from Winter’s slumber.

May we feel an awakening to get us outside, move around and play.

Take care of yourself everyone,

Ari

Ram Springs Forth An Equinox, Eclipses Of Rising Light & A Rebirth of Novel Seasonal Vibrations

Photo by Frank Stu00fcbery on Pexels.com

Spring is officially upon us on March 20, where the light of

yang’s masculinity and the dark of yin’s femininity are in equal alignment right Tao.

An Aries New Moon reflects the new energies of a new year in the Zodiac’s rising tide.

Meditation on Ram will allow you to stand in your personal authority that is your Sun.

It is your personal power that is your Solar Plexus Chakra.

We all have these energies within our Being.

It is willfully the part of us that says, I Am!

But those with this birth sign know this assertive dimension better than anyone.

It’s like Ram is a built in animal spirit guide or

totem that makes for an organic everyday positive self talk mantra.

When visited by the downstairs brain of the

chattering monkey mind, anxiety, reptilian brain or

nervous woodland creature energy . . .

Just picture a ram to take the mountain by the horns,

if you’ll pardon the pun.

From there, you can move into the summit of the upstairs brain of your upper Chakras

to balance the rearview mirror of your old self with your budding New Self.

But not without securing your footing to dig into the earth.

We are mulching the old ways of our old selves by balancing our lower Chakras as well.

This is the interplay of duality.

Fear not the intensities of the Eclipse Season, where shakeups are natural and inevitable.

Feel the fire of the Sun co-mingling with the water of the Moon,

especially during late April through early May.

The dog eat dog ways of the old world are fading further into the rearview mirror,

which is particularly scary for those of us more attached to the devil we know.

Transitions from developmental stages of

childhood, adolescence, adulthood, death and rebirth

are akin to a snake shedding its old skin.

The rebirthing we are all going through is not without

grieving the transition, just as we do with the changing of the seasons.

It is wise to avoid getting into power struggles with yourself and others.

Keep in mind that the energy of Ram embodies the fire element which reflects a strong will.

Watch out for others that are like this, as co-mingling with them can lend itself to butting heads.

Remember to breathe and drink in the power of water to cool things down if necessary.

Meditation on the water element will help you soften your will and go with the flow,

even when your eyes are on a target and you feel called toward action and manifestation.

Even doers need rest and rejuvenation.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

Check out the Chakra chart below and Chakra balancing meditation demonstration underneath the chart:

The Imbolc, A Full Snow Moon And Groundhog’s Medicinal Guidance In Shadow Work: There’s Light At The End Of The Tunnel . . .

On February 2nd, it will be the Imbloc aka Groundhog Day.

Our ancestors honored the Imbolc because it was the approximate mid-point between the

Winter Solstice and the Vernal Equinox, or the first day of Spring.

And then a Full Snow Moon will occur on Sunday, February 5th.

Given that in certain areas, the heaviest snow usually falls during this month . . .

The origin of this Full Moon’s name derives from

our indigenous ancestors who experienced a deep blanket of snow.

Some tribes also referred to this Moon as the Full Hunger Moon,

because of the harsh weather conditions that made hunting very difficult,

and food supplies ran dry.

Meditation on the idea of practicing Mental Subtraction as a walking meditation

can help you see what life would be missing without you in it. It would be a dark void.

Your presence is a gift and a blessing that needs your inner light

to come out and shine on the world.

Energetically, Spring starts at this time, as the seeds underground start thinking about waking up.

Use the new year energies of the Winter slumber to meditate on

what you would like to see come out of hibernation and rebirth upon Spring’s arrival.

Looking back along the dirge, this writer has experienced many trails of tears . . .

One time, this came in the form of a past mental health walkabout to raise awareness

on the tragedy of suicide and its adverse affect on those of us

who have survived our loved ones who have died by suicide.

During the funeral procession,

I met a woman who was walking to support her friend’s son who ended his life abruptly.

Confused, she commented that all he left was a brief note

expressing only that he was curious about the other side.

Likewise, our relationships can change like the seasons.

As in entering or exiting a VIP entryway of secretive inner circles.

Meaningful connections can move in and out of the union privilege of our lives.

Because we are human, we develop attachments to these relationships.

Sometimes, a relationship becomes enmeshed, enabling, codependent, and even toxic.

But like an old hiking boot, the fit wears out is welcome and no longer serves the pairing.

This process is not without resistance and pulls at your heartstrings like an old Blues song.

Are you willing to go beyond your egocentric experiences with

anger, disappointments, resentments, expectations-

or even a sense of entitlement?

Meditation on the energy of Groundhog allows us to experience death without dying.

Groundhogs go into hibernation for a long time during the death of Winter.

They dig elaborate tunnels underground

and reflect the mantra that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

May Groundhog become a member of our spiritual Dream Team

and guide our spirits into soulful nighttime travels.

Paying attention to our dreams and how they connect to our waking reality

is empowering by awakening to the interplay between death and rebirth in everyday life.

We can do this while we are living out this lifetime

and stepping into the realm of Infinity while we are still breathing.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari

A New Moon, Chinese Lunar New Year Of The Rabbit And Moving Further Into The New Aquarian Age & Paradigm . . .

A New Moon in Aquarius will happen on January 21,

right after Mercury returns direct on the 18th.

And then it will be a Chinese Lunar New Year of the Rabbit on January 22nd.

As the mental fog of Retrograde lifts and our inner skies clear up,

a heightened need for emotional freedom

might connect to more amplified emotional complexities.

Part of learning how to be human is getting out and interacting with others

because being in groups of people helps us understand our feelings.

Co-regulation breathes fresh air into the dirge of negative emotions like fear, anger and jealousy.

Shadow building is when we call in our fears from our subconscious into our waking lives.

Dr. Martin Luther King’s spirit echoes the callback that darkness cannot drive out darkness.

The Prophetic King understood that only the light of consciousness will illuminate the shadows.

Remember what we resist persists.

A hallmark greeting card of Aquarius

scripts an overwhelming need for the individual to march to the beat of their own drum

by not conforming to the cultural programing of society.

And yet, there is the New Age of Aquarius paradigm

of balancing our Diversity within Unity.

We need to be who we are as authentic selves.

But at the same time, we need to find a way to fit into the oneness of group consciousness.

It is an interesting synchronicity to consider the serpent lines symbolic of Aquarius . . .

Does their propensity to travel into multiple mental dimensional airwaves

naturally align with knowledge brought to us by Sky People?

Might this knowledge help us shapeshift into new forms of evolutionary Homo Luminousity?

Soul travel is akin to dimensional bleeding.

We are of the Earth, but not in it.

One way to access spirit guides is through drumming,

which changes our brain waves, like meditation does.

In the shamanic traditions, journeying is a form of meditation.

Polaris starseeds like me share the air of a strong, single-minded streak of Aquarians.

It is in our North Star, if you’ll pardon the pun.

Energetically, Rabbit is symbolic of good fortune and reflects the powers of the moon.

It will be a good year to develop our sensitivity and artistic expressions,

as well as ambition, fitness & virtue.

Are you contemplating starting a new project?

What are you envisioning for your new self?

Rabbits are associated with sexuality and fertility.

At it’s best, sex can be a passionate soul to soul intersection between lovebirds

in a romantic mind-body-spiritual dance step with one another.

But there are many ways other than physically having sex or childbirth

to play with these experiences in our lives.

For example, you can wear different colors, play music and sing

as forms to explore your sensuality,

as well as give birth to a new creative endeavor as a way to flirt with the fertility of life.

Also, these are all healthy ways to reclaim

and nurture a healthy relationship with your inner child.

May we leap and hop with Rabbit into the Faerie realm and other

magical adventures into rabbit holes of the underworld, middle or upper world.

Alternate realities are adventurous places for our minds and souls to travel.

Let us remember a callback to keep our feet on the ground and safely return to our hutch.

Staying grounded in this reality is just as important,

like the old spiritual mantra of walking with one foot in spirit, one foot in ground.

Dawn & dusk reflect the in between times where the veil

between the spirit and physical realms are thinner.

On February 2nd, it will be the Imbloc aka Groundhog Day.

Our ancestors honored the Imbolc because it was the approximate mid-point between the

Winter Solstice and the Vernal Equinox, the first day of Spring.

Energetically, Spring starts at this time, as the seeds underground start thinking about waking up.

Use the new year energies of the Winter slumber to meditate on what you would like to see

come out of hibernation and rebirth whence Spring arrives.

We’ll delve into that next time.

Take care of yourselves everyone,

Ari
