Snakes are slithering around in shady areas beneath the sunlight these days . . .

As such, their poisonous venom can strengthen spiritual growth

Like the energy of Snake, bullying is a strong term,
and carries a scorching bite in today’s headlines . . .

But it certainly isn’t a new phenomenon

If you get real about it, most humans have been on both
the giving and receiving end of the bullying coin . . .

As unfair and one-sided as bullying is, bystander power is an opportunity
to become an ally, and make a conscious decision
to take a stance to promote equanimity

In these days of fake news, and con artist running the show,
it can feel overwhelming to stick to the facts,
and be impeccable with your word

To wit: “the corporate media are only as liberal
as the conservative businesses that own it”

So “don’t hate the media, become the media.”

Be true to yourself, and practice speaking your truth from
a place of inner peace when standing in your own personal authority!

Just look at the opportunities for growth
in the new skins of a dimensional paradigm shift

The energy of Snake embodies transformation . . .

What old part of yourself wants to die, shed its old skin,
and awaken a new unmasking of yourself . . .

“Anger is the bodyguard of fear”

Chew on that for a moment . . .

Is your chattering monkey mind,
and subsequent emotional reactions disguised manifestations
of headaches that stem from unexpressed anger?

If you slither down the snake holes, what fears do you unearth?

Here’s to discovering inner peace along the trails of your walking meditation!

Picture a Wolf as you tune in to the energies of a Full Moon arriving on Saturday . . .

May we remember our mystical connections to the Moon –
Awakening perceptual hidden knowledge and wisdom

Beaming in the light of consciousness in our everyday realities . . .

Let Wolf invoke your own wise teacher within
to help you find your own path to follow

Wolf’s tracks reveal wise spiritual guidance counsel along the trails
Encouraging us to allow our diverse hearts to beat together in oneness

Bring back balance to our energetic pack connection to one another . . .
May we harmonize with our diversity in unity

Mercury in Retrograde spins yesteryear recordings of a time
when hungry wolf packs howled outside old tribal villages

How do your past experiences play out in your present reality?
What do you have to learn about yourself from past relationships and experiences?

Sometimes we are revisited by meaningful connections in our consciousness
through dreams, visions or even physical contact

Winter is a natural time of year to open-up our hearts to feel sadness
It is healthy for us to grieve the passing
of our loved ones who are no longer physically with us in our lives

Perhaps a past relationship or a change in your identity has resurfaced for you

It is good to process these feelings about past relationships
that have faded away in time and space

May we resurrect their imprint that lives on inside our souls . . .

Training ourselves to let go of our fear of loss and shed old scar tissue
Reveals the depth and power of love

As humans, we will always have attachments
Because we are entangled with form

But as spiritual beings having human experiences
We can soften our attachments by relaxing the ties that bind

Call on your guides, like Archangel Michael to help you with this process
Or get some good therapy to help you along

Gone are the days of being a lone wolf

Contemplate your politics of anger for a moment . . .

Donald Trump personifies hiding behind the surface of this primal emotion
Just observe how he feels justified in building a Berlin Wall around his heart
and greedily buys into a segregationist us and them mentality –
Capturing those sentiments shared by the Fear Factor in others

But Bernie Sanders strikes a chord of an Aquarian we consciousness that resonates
with the collective will of the people in much the same way
as Civil Rights activists transformed their anger into positive and constructive action
Like him, many of us understands that we are all in this together

A more fair and just society belongs to all of us . . .
Equality means that the voices of black folks, GLBTQ people
and others that are marginalized
are just as important for us to hearĀ as humans that sit in privilege

Economic strangulation suffocates all of us, whether realized or not

Are you feeding your inner wise wolf or the angry wolf?

Hope to see you onward up the trails,

Ari

Duck awakens archetypal energies associated with emotional comfort and protection
It’s medicinal power is arriving right now in Spring and will flow into Summer

Summer Solstice sits on the horizon in later June where sunlight reaches its peak –
A fleeting tick only about a month away in clock time
A New World is revealing itself right before our eyes on Planet Earth

Water symbolizes strong feminine power, the astral plane and emotional states
May we drink in the waters of Life
So that we Nurture our Nature

Learn to recognize all stuff as small stuff without sweating it
Just let it roll off your back like a duck

Speak your emotional truth . . . then let go of it
Because getting stuck in the muck of anger can cause a flood of health problems
Or we can transform our anger into positive and constructive action . . .

Do you need to pay more attention to your emotions
and close personal relationships?

Dive beneath your anger . . .
What other emotions are submerged underneath and simmering cautiously?

If you find yourself shackled and drawn in the
gang banging prison of repetitive mental tapes then
marinate on Duck to help you relax and dissolve your attachment
to any fixed perspective you might be stewing on

Letting go and releasing old wounds is a process . . .

It is easier for us to become identified with our creature comforts
and get sucked in to their accompanying dramas while here on Earth

Imagine Duck paddling through the changing emotional tides of
Civil and Human Rights and levying the waters of our
GLBTQ crew of our human family

Do you feel the ripple effect of the sea of change in the air?

Folks are waking up everywhere . . .

Duck’s energies help us remember that
sometimes we need to land on familiar ground
that is safe and familiar to us – like enjoying a favorite pastime or
revisiting old places in our consciousness
This is good medicine to be on the ball during Mercury in Retrograde

Duck symbolizes balance during our journey into
the elemental forces on Earth, Water and air

Do you need to bring more balance into your life?

Picture a Duck guiding you into breathing in a fresh air of passion
into your work and play

Otherwise, that energy has nowhere else to go
but through the turbulent waters of anxiety

Trying to “figure it all out”, get that perfect job, new car,
wait for the perfect moment or family member to be who you want them to be
will leave a foul air in your wake
And you will probably look forward to
inhaling a chronic air of disappointment

Duck inspires our own adaptability –
Try to make the most of the situations you are in
where you might feel uncomfortable

Do you need to become more adaptable?

If only we could accept that there are no guarantees . . .
Meditation on that helps “seal the deal” of an
internal experience of comfort and protection

See you further on up the trails,

Ari

Wolves and humans share strong individualistic urges
Coupled with a strong kinship with pack family

Our legendary relationship with wolves
evolves from a shared distant constellation connection
Far out as Dog Star Sirius sounds
We all have star-dust encoded in our DNA

A passing Winter Solstice
Leaves behind many souls exiting Earth at this junction
But their imprint lives on

Honoring our ancestors helps guide us into new pathways of being together
In darkness and light we learn from our tribe

Wolf government balances pecking order
with democratic principles

What kind of new trails will we blaze into the year ahead?

We don’t always agree with one another
But may we resolve our difference in harmony

Energy is as energy does
Might as well relax into letting go of trying to control its flow

When feeling moved by annoying family members
Part of meditative path is adjusting ourselves on the inside
so that we are calm during the weather underground of another

Connections with moon
Unlocks knowledge and wisdom

What is lurking beneath your conscious experience with reality?

Wolf awakens a wise teacher within
Sitting with the unfolding mystery

Meditate on your experiences with anger for a moment . . .
Are you finding positive and constructive ways to channel your anger?

See you further on up trails,

Ari

Legend tells us that Otter symbolizes female medicinal power . . .
Mindful awareness reveals that every man has a feminine side –
Just like a woman’s masculinity flows within her being.

In their femininity, Otters embody
an adventurous, joyful and friendly lifestyle . . .
Do you know the power of love without jealousy?
Have you experienced the joy of loving other people’s kids
and their accomplishments as much as your own?

Meditate on Mother Earth and Her oceans for a moment . . .
See how they receive our rivers, lakes and streams flowing into Her bounty.
Earth and Water are powerfully natural feminine elemental forces.
Good food and drink for the soul are they!

Like meditative internal martial arts –
Water gradually building momentum . . .
Flooding us with waves of Sacred Feminine tides into our energetic seas.

Do you need to become more playful like a child and simply allow things
to unfold in your life? Is it time to stop your addiction to worrying
about things that are out of your control? Are you clinging to material
things or fixed ideas that are weighing you down?

Otter reminds us to merrily row gently down life’s stream
and float in alignment with its universal waters.

We need more empathic unity in our planetary consciousness today.
Are you feeling misunderstood?
Try to see from the position of another
rather than clinging to your own perspective.
Perhaps you will notice waterfalls of compassion inundate your Being.

To accept the present moment as it is does not mean we condone what is.

Most of us stop at the target of our judgments and get fired up accordingly.
But being touched on our hot spots is an opportunity for radical self-reflection.

Instead of melting the ice . . .

Empower yourself to stand in your own personal authority.
You are here to be in the driver’s seat of your own life –
Rather than a passenger under the command control
of society, your friends and relations.

Remember to dive deeply beneath the surface of anger and
great barrier reefs of emotional negativity –
Scuba diving into inner calm peacefully.

Are your day-to-day operations akin to a rescuer model –
in a constant state of crisis and out of touch with tending your own garden?
In a results driven world, we need to let go of outcome.

With Mercury in Retrograde, logical-left brain
calculations do not appear to compute.
Better suited to let go of the shores and go with
a vulnerable, intuitive heart-centered flow.

Are we honoring the Sacred Feminine in our world?
In taking off the Emperor’s New Clothes . . .
When Love and Truth are our politics of living
A more safe and respectful community is –
organically mulched into our soul development.

See you further down the trails,

Ari

The passion and fires burning within the Earth are also burning within humanity.  And you can bet your bottom dollar that there will be more intense energies igniting more opportunities to transform and heal – or die like the old ways no longer serving us.  The “out with the old, in with the new” earworm will amp up in 2014. Traditionally, it is natural for this to occur now as we move away from the Winter Solstice, as yin contracts and yang expands toward the Spring Equinox in March. But during our movement into a new age and paradigm, many of us are becoming more sensitive and attuned to the exponential intensity of these shifts and vibrational energies streaming in.

My sense is that it will become more difficult to ignore your soul purpose, as it will become more challenging to turn a blind eye to developing the “walking meditation” of watching the world turn with an “observation without judgment” lens. There can be a sense of losing control when we untangle our attachments, so as not to get too invested in what we identify with. But beyond that, a deeper place of inner peace is waiting for us to explore. Even if you feel that you are “wise to the ways of the world” and take ownership in a comfortable lifestyle in the material world – you also know the risky business of investing all your stock in possessions without diversification.

How do we get to know our soul potential?  How do we enact an “observation without judgment” view of our inner landscape and the world around us? Through trust, we open up our inner light to “walk in the sun” and share with others, rather than “hide her away from the rest of the world.”  Social media is one way to do this, as there is a reality to virtual connections.  But getting out in the natural environment and making face to face contact is best medicine. While our intimate relationship with our own Self is most important, we gaze deeper into the mirror through our relationships with others.  “Relationships are for a reason: for growth and learning, for nurturance and support, for love and romance, for sex and passion, for experience, for karmic debt or clearance, for business reasons, for security.”

When we look beneath the surface of our introverted and extroverted reactions to what is going on with curiosity and empathy, we begin to understand the experience of “walking in someone elses’ shoes.” We all say that we want to be seen and heard, but is that really the case? Are you afraid of your own power? Is there an underlying fear of feeling rejected or abandoned for allowing yourself to blossom into a flower or turn into a butterfly? It is a good time of year to re-work the dark and let go of external securities so that we learn to feel safe with the arrival of uncertain unknowns. There is a sense of security in “expecting the unexpected” by viewing life as “one big surprise birthday party.” The old guard of secrecy and concealment is fading into a distant memory. Do you need to resurrect old memories to re-work, transform and clear space for new co-creative experiences? Or do you want to remain ensconced in Groundhog Day, without realizing that you are unconsciously replaying old mental tapes and clinging to fixed ideas?

We are here on Earth for a reason. Waking up to our soul purpose is a key ingredient to that. It is a painful challenge to get stuck in the sphere of excuses, reasons rules and routine. At the end of the day, a way out of the suffering is to learn to live with the pain and understand the information that your pain has to shed light on finding your soul’s purpose. To avoid by exiting through anger or denial will cause more pain and suffering. But taking an authentic look at our anger and then channeling this energy in positive and constructive ways will open up new vortexes for transformation and healing.

Sending You Much Inner Peace in 2014,

Ari
